Found Footage Film has been increasingly addressed between film and visual art world in the age of rapid media change. With regards to this self-conscious found footage filmmaking, narrative structures are unraveled to relate new stories, images are removed from their original context only to reappear in a different context, new layers that alter the meaning are added, stereotypes from Hollywood movies are exposed, and new montages are used to destroy the illusion of the medium itself. The physical properties of the original material are also emphasized or altered in order to add a new meaning. The starting point of this study is the recognition of the origin of found footage film. It traces back to the found object from primitive impulse and found art from Dada and surrealism. Many found footage films have been at least partly inspired by Duchamp's ready-mades. These films use footages that the filmmakers did not shot, and even footage that was never intended as art. This essay deals with the found footage practices and interrogates the aesthetic implications by the concept of self-reflexivity. Self-reflexivity means consciousness turning back on itself, and found footage film is about films which call attention to themselves as cinematic constructs. It breaks with art as illusionism and exposes their own factitiousness as textual constructs. Furthermore, the inevitable mortality of celluloid and temporal reconstruction of original film will be treated. Recentely, many attention has been given to role of Found Footage Film. I hope to add the understanding of the artistic found footage film with this study.

The Korean military supplies industry tends to become limited in terms of its development to specific areas in line with strategic promotion policies of the local private direct industrial site. However, the relation between base and small cluster is getting lower of the local industrial site. In this study, information related to authorized test reports for munitions was collected through the military quality information system and subjected to social network analysis(SNA). SNA was performed through the relationships among defense quality assurance agencies, test institutions, contracts and cooperative firms through UCINET's Two-Mode Network. In the field of weapon systems, the median technology industry, and the test analysis dependent are high in Seoul, so the analysis revealed that strengthening the infrastructure for test analysis is needed. Also, it was deemed necessary for government-driven political support. Besides, the field support system was efficiently utilizing a relatively local test analysis. It was analyzed that they are overcoming the regional boundaries of small clusters by strategically changing their contract and cooperative firms' status. The research found some spatial inconsistencies between base and small clusters in the military supplies industry, and it was judged that a political suggestion was needed.

금강 유역과 같이 복잡한 하천유역 시스템의 관리를 위해서는 시스템 요소들을 통합적으로 분석할 수 있는 효과적인 의사결정지원 도구가 필요하다. K-MODSIM 모형은 단기 물관리, 장기 운영계획, 가뭄 대비계획 및 물관련 분쟁 해결을 위해 보다 개선된 유역관리 전략을 수립하기 위한 컴퓨터 기반 도구로 개발되었으며, 본 연구에서는 K-MODSIM 모형에 저수지 운영률을 반영하여 유역의 용수배분을 평가하였다. 유역 저수지군 운영 환경 및 제약조건을 반영한 네트워크를 구성한 후, 두 단계의 모형 검정을 수행하였다. 먼저 물리적 검정을 통해서 전체 대상 수계의 상하류 물수지를 검토하고, 다음 단계인 운영 측면의 검정에서 물리적으로 나타나는 상황이 댐 운영이나 제약 조건 등에 부합하는지의 여부를 검토하였다. 대청댐과 용담댐의 통합 운영을 위한 최적 운영률의 개발은 동적계획법 소프트웨어인 CSUDP를 이용하여 수행하였으며, 여기서 사유한 접근법은 음해 추계학적 동적계획법이다. 이 접근방법은 유입량 시계열을 추계학적으로 모의발생시키고, CSUDP 모형은 모의발생시킨 유입량 시계열에 대한 최적운영률을 찾기 위해 사용하며, CSUDP의 최적화 결과에 대한 통계적인 분석을 통해 월단위 운영률을 도출하였다. K-MODSIM 모형에 저수지 운영률을 반영하여 유역의 용수배분을 평가하였다. 유역 저수지군 운영 환경 및 제약조건을 반영한 네트워크를 구성하고, 대청댐과 용담댐의 통합 운영을 위한 최적연계 운영를을 개발하여 다음과 같은 운영 시나리오들을 개발하고 평가하였다. $\cdot$ 금강수계에 대한 용당댐의 영향 평가 $\cdot$ 댐 연계운영시 수요량 변화에 따른 영향 평가 $\cdot$ 하도추적을 고려한 일별모형의 검증 개발된 운영률과 하도추적방법을 K-MODSIM 모형에서 검증하기 위해서 vb.net 스크립트 파일을 개발하여 적용하였다.L이하로 이를 유등천 상류부에 공급할 경우 유등천의 수질은 BOD 6.7mg/L, TN 9.80mg/L, TP 0.90mg/L를 나타낼 것으로 예측된다. 고도처리시설의 도입 후 금강 합류점에서 갑천의 예측 BOD는 7.4mg/L로 현재 9.0mg/L에 비하여 개선되지만 이는 금강수계 오염총량 관리계획의 시$\cdot$도 경계지점 목표수질인 5.9mg/L를 만족시키지 못하므로, 이를 만족시키기 위해서는 방류수 BOD 7.2mg/L이하로 처리해야 할 것으로 판단된다.which support only concepts or image features.방하는 것이 선계기준에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 밸브 개폐에 따른 수압 변화를 모의한 결과 밸브 개폐도를 적절히 유지하여 필요수량의 확보 및 누수방지대책에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.8R(mm)(r^2=0.84)$로 지수적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 유거수량은 토성별로 양토를 1.0으로 기준할 때 사양토가 0.86으로 가장 작았고, 식양토 1.09, 식토 1.15로 평가되어 침투수에 비해 토성별 차이가 크게 나타났다. 이는 토성이 세립질일 수록 유거수의 저항이 작기 때문으로 생각된다. 경사에 따라서는 경사도가 증가할수록 증가하였으며 $10\% 경사일 때를 기준으로 $Ro(mm)=Ro_{10}{\times}0.797{\times}e^{-0.021s(\%)}$로 나타났다.천성 승모판 폐쇄 부전등을 초래하는 심각한 선천성 심질환이다. 그러나 진단 즉시 직접 좌관상동맥-대동맥 이식술로 수술적 교정을 해줌으로써 좋은 성적을 기대할 수 있음을 보여주었다.특히 교사들이 중요하게 인식하는 해방적 행동에 대한 목표를 강조하여 적용할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.교하여 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 또한 HSP 환자군에서도 $IL1RN^{*}2$ allele 빈도와

This article examines how Brecht's Gestus is borrowed and transformed into the film. I examined the critical debates on the film's use of Brecht and the style of Brecht's acting adopted in radical experimental films and Hollywood films. In addition, through the case of Korean film actor/ress, I sought to apply the Brechtian theory. First, despite the criticism that the film's acceptance of Brecht is overly formal and mechanical, film theory and practice reflect Brecht's ideas. In particular, regardless of the socio-political situation of Brecht's day, his Gestus is suitable and useful for film acting. Brecht's thought was realized by technological innovations such as montage and computer special effects, and above all, the social attitude of the actor was popularized through the education of the audience. Second, his strategy on performance is no longer unfamiliar, and goes beyond the boundaries of contradictory daily life and art, and becomes the pleasure of popular film. Although the intentions of naturalism and anti-naturalism in acting arts are different, the process and effects look at the same point. Third, through the case of Korean film actor/ress as an attempt of popular understanding about Brecht strategy, I could confirm the possibility of searching identity of Korean film actor/ress.

It is more urgent that the humanities have the capacity to cope with the many challenges that the humanities need to ask, seek and solve. At this point, I think that virtue that humanities should have is communication. As humanities are the study of human beings, if all the world that human beings perceive and experience is the subject of humanities, it is also the subject of semiotics, so that as our life changes, semiology also changes, Semiotics can be done with the closest friend created by humans, at that time providing the tools. I believe there is a reason why humanities in this age should speak semantics. We believe that this new semioticism can give a fresh impression to us who thought that the method and nature of truth pursued in natural science and humanities are totally different, and this is also a very experimental field and I believe that this area of future semiotics will be developed in the future. As such, semiotics is a discipline that shows reasons beyond boundaries, so the area it can deal with is also infinite. This paper aims at providing a critical view over the cybernetics theory especially of first generation on which the artificial intelligence heavily depends nowadays. There has been a commonly accepted thought that the conception of artificial intelligence could not has been possible without being influenced by N. Wiener's cybernetic feedback based information system. Despite the founder of contemporary cybernetics' ethical concerns in order to avoid an increasing entropy phenomena(social violence, economic misery, wars) produced through a negative dynamics of the western modernity regarded as the most advanced form of humanism. In this civilizationally changing atmosphere, the newly born cybernetic technology was thus firmly believed as an antidote to these vices deeply rooted in humanism itself. But cybernetics has been turned out to be a self-organizing, self-controlling mechanical system that entails the possibility of telegraphing human brain (which are transformed into patterns) through the uploading of human brain neurons digitalized by the artificial intelligence embedded into computing technology. On this background emerges posthuman (or posthumanism) movement of which concepts have been theorized mainly by its ardent apostles like N. K. Hayles, Neil Bedington, Laurent Alexandre, Donna J. Haraway. The converging of NBIC Technologies leading to the opening of a much more digitalizing society has served as a catalyst to promote the posthuman representations and different narratives especially in the contemporary visual arts as well as in the study of humanities including philosophy and fictional literature. Once Bruno Latour wrote "Modernity is often defined in terms of humanism, either as a way of saluting the birth of 'man' or as a way of announcing his death. But this habit is itself modern, because it remains asymmetrical. It overlooks the simultaneous birth of 'nonhumaniy' - things, or objects, or beasts, - and the equally strange beginning of a crossed-out God, relegated to the sidelines."4) These highly suggestive ideas enable us to better understand what kind of human beings would emerge following the dazzlingly accelerating advancement of artificial intelligence technology. We wonder whether or not this newly born humankind would become essentially Homo Artificialis as a neuronal man stripping off his biological apparatus. However due to this unprecedented situation humans should deal with enormous challenges involving ethical, metaphysical, existential implications on their life.

The status of the forest owners and the ownership arrangement has been surveyed in the joint ownership forest of the total 250.59 ha, 17 plots including plot No. 2, in Cha-ri, Duseo-myeon, Ulju-gun, Kyongnam. It has been surveyed that the total number of the practical owners relevant to the ownership is 133 persons. However, the number of the owners is recorded as 55 person in the official documents and there has been a big difference between the number of the practical owners and that of the practical owners and that of the owners in the official documents. As 79 forestowners, 59% of the total forestowners, can not be certainly guaranteed in the execution of their legal rights to the ownership, it could be one of the factors which will hinder the promotion of the investment willingness to forest works. In order to go through with the formality of the ownership registration correspond to reality, some necessary works such as the boundary survey should be followed. Therefore it is required that any governmental or public organizations should take part in technical and financial aids to solve these matters.

Radiography-Testing that verify the quality of welding structures without destruction are overwhelmingly used in industries, but many safety precautions are required as radiation is used. The workers for Radiography-Testing perform the inspection by moving the Iridium-192 radiation source embedded in the transport container of the gamma-ray irradiator within or outside the facility. The general facility is completely blocked about radiation from the outside with thick concrete, but if it is difficult for worker to handle object of inspection, facilities ceiling can be opened. A general facility may be constructed using a theoretical dose evaluation method because all exterior facilities are blocked, but if the ceiling is open, it is not appropriate to evaluate radiation safety with a simple theoretical calculation method due to the skyshine effect. Therefore, in this study, the radiation safety of the facility was evaluated in the actual field through an ion chamber survey-meter and an accumulated dose-meter called as OSLD, and the actual evaluation environment was modeled and evaluated using the Monte Carlo simulation code as FLUKA. According to the direction of the irradiation, the radiation dose at the facility boundary was difficult to meet the standards set by the regulatory authority, and radiation safety could be secured through additional methods. In addition, it was confirmed that the simulation results using the Iridium-192 source were valid evaluation with the actual measured results.

With the cultural background of whiteness I did examine the universal meaning of absolute good, the special of psychosis, and the fantastic of femininity and memory/record. As an example I analyzed the symbolic meaning of white used in Korean films. Unconditional goodness, white as a generality: White color in all the films of good-evil confrontation falls into this category. The most obvious and the simplest configuration are the black-white dichotomy. In Nameless Gangster: Rules of Time(2011), The Merciless(2016), Asura: The City of Madness(2016) and The Bad Guys: Reign of Chaos(2019), white is the absolute good but it is not limited to a fair key figure. Paradoxically, black is not given only to the side of absolute evil. White is used to be a flexible visual device that reflects the socio-political situation without changing the meaning of the general good. Psychosis and pills, white as a peculiarity: The visual function that emphasizes sado-masochism in the absolute good and the universal symbol of white extends to psychotic specificities such as hysteria. In all the films creating horror, white symbolizes the mentally disabled and the pill for healing. Femininity and haunted white: White of absolute good is expressed by the socio-cultural tendency of femininity and the black-white contrast of vision is applied to the gender difference. In general the women's sexuality is emphasized in color red, but white is arranged in the background. In TaeGukGi: Brotherhood Of War(2004), 71: Into The Fire(2010), My Way(2011), The Front Line(2011), Roaring Currents(2014), Northern Limit Line(2015), The Battle: Roar to Victory(2019) and Battle of Jangsari(2019), white given to female figures sticks to the traditional femininity such as motherhood, sacrifice and weakness. The concept of specters is applied to desires, memories/records, history, fantasy, virtual/reality and social media images. The film history capturing to list memories and moments brings up the specters of socio-political genealogy. Most of films aiming for socio-political change are its examples and white constituting Mise-en-scene records to remember a historical event in Peppermint Candy(2000), The Attorney(2013) and A Taxi Driver(2017).

In the twenty first century of rapid cultural change performing art requires new mode of expression based on imaginative power and creativity as well as establishing its own identity. The modern technological environment support this with advanced technology and bring about the expansion of reason from new experience. The introduction of digital media on artistic expression in particular, expands the physical ability of human body which is the main subject of performing art. A virtual body from digital technology is freed from physical boundaries and goes over space and time. It also suggests the possibility of new mode of communication with audience. This study aims at examining the subject of performing art and its digitalized movement focusing on EveR, the world's first professional robot actor. The robot actor which came on stage according to the new expression medium, a digital body, stands in need not only of technological value but also of cultural and artistic application for expression in art. In this endeavor to meet the demand, this study examines the development process and function of 'EveR' the robot actor. Also it searches into the performance of Ever which replaced human being as well as the historical significance of the title:the world's first. To be more specific, there is a example research on two performances:a pansori play "EveR is simply stunning(2009)" and children's play "The Robot Princess and Seven Dwarfs(2009)." Through this example research, it is enabled to anticipate the influence of robot actors on performing arts and to search for the better way of them to evolve. Furthermore, it aims at finding ways to create high value through promoting robot actors to be familiar to the public as well as supporting them to become active cultural contents. The performance with robotic technology is one of the artistic experiment that may cause the change of the future of performing art by actualizing technological imagination together with human body and machinery. As a consequence, it is expected that the meeting of performing art and robotic technology gives positive influence on activating performing art as one of the integrated cultural phenomenon which satisfies the taste of modern era. Moreover, this study may also be the beginning of the expansion of performing art to stretch to diverse field.
