K-factor Prediction in Import and Export Cargo Trucks-Concentrated Expressways by Short-Term VDS Data (단기 VDS자료로 수출입화물트럭이 집중하는 고속도로의 K-factor 추정에 관한 연구)

  • Gyeongbu and Namhae expressways in the country, are the major arterial highways which are connected with the Busan port in the north-south and east-west directions, respectively, and required to study the traffic characteristics about the hourly volume factors(K-factor) by concentrated midium-size and large-size cargo trucks of 20% or higher in expressways. We therefore attempted to predict the K-factor in expressways through the correlation analysis between K-factor and K-factor estimates on the basis of the short-term VDS data collected at the basic segments of the above major expressways. As a result, power model appeared to be appropriate in predicting K-factor by the K-factor estimate based on VDS data for 7 days with a high explanatory power and validity.

  • This study proposes an optimal condition to recognize a train using RFID. In order to recognize a moving train, bandwidth, an angle of antenna and the location of a tag should be considered. In this study, a field test was conducted using two different bandwidths (900MHz and 2.45GHz), four angles of antenna(0, 30, 45, and $60^{\circ}$), different velocities (10, 30 and 50km), and three different locations of tags. The field test verified the optimal condition for recognition of a train, The present study convinced that location detection and tracking of rail freight can be monitored in real time. The present technology can be applied to railway signals including detecting and tracking such as EURO Balis.

유전체장벽 방전구조의 비접촉식 저온 대기압 면방전 플라즈마를 이용한 빵곰팡이의 살균효과

  • 본 연구에서는, 전기적 충격이 없고 넓은 면적을 동시에 처리할 수 있는 형태의 유전체 장벽 방전(DBD: Dielectric Barrier Discharge)을 이용한 대기압 저온 플라즈마 장치를 제작하고 이를 이용하여 빵 곰팡이(Neurospora crassa) 살균에 대한 기본 분석을 하였다. 실험에 사용한 저온 대기압 면방전 플라즈마의 파워는 사인파 교류전압을 인가하여, 방전전압은 1.4~2.3 kV, 방전전류는 20~30 mA의 값을 가지며, 전압과 전류의 위상차는 약 80도의 기울기 차이가 난다. 이때의 출력은 약 4 W를 가지며, 공랭식 쿨러를 이용하여 유전체의 열을 배출하였다. 시료대의 온도 측정결과 방전과 동시에 쿨러를 작동할 경우 최대 10분에서 37도를 넘지 않았다. 장치에서 발생하는 플라즈마에 의한 O3의 양은 플라즈마 발생부로부터 10 mm 이내에서 약 25~30 ppm 이 측정되었으며, NO나 NO2 는 거의 검지되지 않았다. 증류수(Deionized water)속에 담긴 빵 곰팡이(Neurospora crassa) 포자를 면방전 플라즈마 발생장치로 처리하였을 때, 포자의 발아율은 처리시간 및 출력파워가 증가함에 따라 급격히 감소하였으나 VM (Vogel's Minimal) 배양액에 넣고 플라즈마 처리를 한 경우에는, 증류수의 결과와 달리 살균효과가 미비함을 보였다. MTT 측정법 또한 같은 경향성을 보였으며, 이를 통해 포자를 둘러싸고 있는 환경이 플라즈마의 살균효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 본 실험을 통해, 유전체 장벽을 이용한 면방전 플라즈마 발생장치가 플라즈마 제트(jet)와 달리 직접적인 플라즈마 접촉 없이도 미생물 살균이 가능하다는 것을 보았으며, 처리대상의 생체용액과 같은 주변 환경에 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 면방전 플라즈마 장치로부터 발생하는 O3과 같은 활성종들이 빵 곰팡이의 비활성화에도 역할을 할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Synthesis and Characterization of Comb-Type Grafted Polymer Hydrogels with Low Temperature Sensitivity (저온 감열 특성을 가지는 Comb-Type Grafted Polymer Hydrogels의 합성 및 특성평가)

  • The comb-type grafted polymer hydrogels, which composed of N-isopropylacrylamide monomer and oligo(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-tert-butylacrylamide) [oligo(NIPAAm-co-t-BAM)], were synthesized by redox polymerization in 5~10% methanol aqueous solution using ammonium peroxodisulfate (APS) at 4 oC for 24h. The lower critical solution temperatures (LCSTs) of the comb-type grafted hydrogels were decreased with increase of t-BAM content in the grafted copolymer. We observed the effect of crosslinker and concentration of oligo(NIPAAm-co-t-BAM) on the shrinking/swelling ratio of hydrogels. Changes of shrinking/swelling ratio were decreased with increase of concentration of crosslinker. The increase of grafted oligo(NIPAAm-co-t-BAM) in the hydrogel shows an fast changes of shrinking/ swelling rate. The comb-type grafted hydrogels are expected to be valuable for the sensing materials of time-temperature labels(TTLs).

A Study on Automatically Information Collection of Underground Facility Using R-CNN Techniques (R-CNN 기법을 이용한 지중매설물 제원 정보 자동 추출 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to automatically extract information on underground facilities using a general-purpose smartphone in the process of applying the mini-trenching method. Method: Data sets for image learning were collected under various conditions such as day and night, height, and angle, and the object detection algorithm used the R-CNN algorithm. Result: As a result of the study, F1-Score was applied as a performance evaluation index that can consider the average of accurate predictions and reproduction rates at the same time, and F1-Score was 0.76. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that it was possible to extract information on underground buried materials based on smartphones, but it is necessary to improve the precision and accuracy of the algorithm through additional securing of learning data and on-site demonstration.

  • This paper presents a vehicle detection system using the video as a input image what has moving of vehicles.. Input image has constraints. it has to get fixed view and downward view obliquely from top of the road. Road detection is required to use only the road area in the input image. In introduction, we suggest the experiment result and the critical point of motion history image extraction method, SIFT(Scale_Invariant Feature Transform) algorithm and histogram analysis to detect vehicles. To solve these problem, we propose using applied Gaussian Mixture Model(GMM) that is the Vehicle Detection GMM(VDGMM). In addition, we optimize VDGMM to detect vehicles more and named VDGMM 2.0. In result of experiment, each precision, recall and F1 rate is 9%, 53%, 15% for GMM without road detection and 85%, 77%, 80% for VDGMM2.0 with road detection.

  • 본 논문은 ATMS와 ATIS에서 요구되는 교통관리 및 정보제공의 효과분석을 위해, 운전자의 주행 및 경로선택 의사결정과 교통제어에 대한 반응등 운전자 행태를 모의실험에 반영함으로써 교통시스템의 실시간 특성을 모사할 수 있는 모형을 구축하고 이를 기반으로 하는 미시적 교통 모의실험기를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 운전자, 차량, 교통망, 검지 및 신호시스템, 교통정보제공시스템 등을 교통시스템의 주요 구성요소로 설정하였으며 운전자 및 차량특성, 차두시간분포와 차량발생모형, 차량주행모형, 차로변경 및 간격수락모형, 경로선택모형을 주모의실험모형을 구성하는 부모형으로 결정하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 각각의 부모형들에 대한 최근의 연구결과들을 검토하고, 현실모사 능력과 함께 다른 부모형들과의 연계, 모의실험기의 구현상에서의 적합성 등을 고려하여 적정모형의 선정 및 수정, 새로운 부모형의 구축을 수행하였다. 구축된 부모형을 통합하여 교통모의실험기를 개발하였으며 구축된 모형의 타당성 및 적용성 검토를 위해 현장자료 및 가상자료를 이용한 검증을 수행하였다. 검증결과 모형의 목적인 교통제어 및 정보제공등의 시스템 대안의 평가에 이용 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 논문의 연구결과는 교통제어 및 정보제공전략 대안의 평가뿐만 아니라 차량추종 및 차로변경 등의 미시적 교통모형 연구, 동적기종점 통행량 추정, 동적통행배정의 연구에도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문의 연구모형은 현단계에서는 현실의 모사 및 분석을 위한 도구보다는 새로운 대안들간의 비교평가를 위한 도구로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이에 따라 현실모사의 정확도를 확보하기 위한 검증 및 개선이 필요할 것이며, 각 부모형들에 대한 계속적인 연구와 새롭게 발표되는 연구결과를 수용한 지속적인 개발이 필요할 것이다.유기적인 연계에 있음을 밝히고 있다. 건설을 위한 정책적 시사점과 동북아 연구개발정보 Portal 및 APEC APGrid 연구망 등의 구체적인 정보인프라 구축방안을 도출하였다.술 주기를 도출하고, 산업 내 평균 권리 청구 항목 수를 이용하여 각 산업의 기술 범위를 비교하였다. 각각의 동적 분석을 통해 시간에 따른 변화 양상이 관찰하였고, ANOVA 분석을 이용하여 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 현재의 기술 패러다임 내에서 Pavitt이 제시한 산업 분류의 근거를 보충 설명하였고 특허 정보를 이용하여 기술혁신의 산업별 유형에 대한 폭넓은 분석방법을 제시하였다.별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다.. Improvement of Traffic Information Contents of Portal Site focused on User's Satisfaction (이용자 만족도 중심의 인터넷포탈 교통정보 콘텐츠 개선방안)

  • Recently, use frequency for traffic information which provides shortest paths and traffic condition is increasing. Specially, in the survey, it is shown that users prefer internet portal sites which can be used the most easily among traffic information media. But, there are not many verification systems for traffic information contents of internet portal sites which collect and provide information than traffic information contents which are provided by public service. The purpose of this study is to investigate real accuracy and accuracy felt by users about information provided by portal sites. Therefore, in this research we verified accuracy of information by portal site with real field data and investigate real usage about contents and experienced accuracy by users through survey. Also, users' expectation and satisfaction were surveyed and the contents to be improved were selected by using IPA technique. By the result of accuracy verification by field data using portable DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) devices, it is shown that average error was 14~32% and sometimes very high rate. Also, it is shown that 28.3 % of total respondents prefers the information by portal sites and 50 % of total respondents felt that contents of traffic information by portal sites are not accurate. Real-time traffic condition was selected as the most inaccurate one among all contents of traffic information and it was analyzed that intensive efforts for improving information about real-time traffic condition are needed.

Detecting Vehicles That Are Illegally Driving on Road Shoulders Using Faster R-CNN (Faster R-CNN을 이용한 갓길 차로 위반 차량 검출)

  • According to the statistics about the fatal crashes that have occurred on the expressways for the last 5 years, those who died on the shoulders of the road has been as 3 times high as the others who died on the expressways. It suggests that the crashes on the shoulders of the road should be fatal, and that it would be important to prevent the traffic crashes by cracking down on the vehicles intruding the shoulders of the road. Therefore, this study proposed a method to detect a vehicle that violates the shoulder lane by using the Faster R-CNN. The vehicle was detected based on the Faster R-CNN, and an additional reading module was configured to determine whether there was a shoulder violation. For experiments and evaluations, GTAV, a simulation game that can reproduce situations similar to the real world, was used. 1,800 images of training data and 800 evaluation data were processed and generated, and the performance according to the change of the threshold value was measured in ZFNet and VGG16. As a result, the detection rate of ZFNet was 99.2% based on Threshold 0.8 and VGG16 93.9% based on Threshold 0.7, and the average detection speed for each model was 0.0468 seconds for ZFNet and 0.16 seconds for VGG16, so the detection rate of ZFNet was about 7% higher. The speed was also confirmed to be about 3.4 times faster. These results show that even in a relatively uncomplicated network, it is possible to detect a vehicle that violates the shoulder lane at a high speed without pre-processing the input image. It suggests that this algorithm can be used to detect violations of designated lanes if sufficient training datasets based on actual video data are obtained.

Study on Structure Visual Inspection Technology using Drones and Image Analysis Techniques (드론과 이미지 분석기법을 활용한 구조물 외관점검 기술 연구)

  • The study is about the efficient alternative to concrete surface in the field of visual inspection technology for deteriorated infrastructure. By combining industrial drones and deep learning based image analysis techniques with traditional visual inspection and research, we tried to reduce manpowers, time requirements and costs, and to overcome the height and dome structures. On board device mounted on drones is consisting of a high resolution camera for detecting cracks of more than 0.3 mm, a lidar sensor and a embeded image processor module. It was mounted on an industrial drones, took sample images of damage from the site specimen through automatic flight navigation. In addition, the damege parts of the site specimen was used to measure not only the width and length of cracks but white rust also, and tried up compare them with the final image analysis detected results. Using the image analysis techniques, the damages of 54ea sample images were analyzed by the segmentation - feature extraction - decision making process, and extracted the analysis parameters using supervised mode of the deep learning platform. The image analysis of newly added non-supervised 60ea image samples was performed based on the extracted parameters. The result presented in 90.5 % of the damage detection rate.
