Development of Multipurpose Welding Jig for Sub-Frame (서브 프레임 제작용 다목적 용접지그 개발)

  • In commercial vehicle, sub-frame which equipped in main frame supporting dump deck and oil tanker. This is the main structure for all equipment which including joint function. Sub-frame is made by welding process, this susceptible to deform and crack by its longitudinal size. Also various kind of sub-frame make it difficult to standardization in manufacturing process and exclusive jig is not adapted yet. Frame size is over 6~8m and weight is more than 300kg this make re-work more difficult. If manufacturing company made precise sub-frame, this is not only convenient for customers but also save the company money by reducing the working time. In this study manufacture the sub-frame be suitable for its main function and develop exclusive welding jig for obtain checking fixture function as well.

A Study on the Development of Quality Inspection System for Connector Components Used in Automotive Wiring (자동차 배선용 커넥터 부품의 품질 검사 시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, a quality inspection system was developed to identify the defective assembly of connectors used in automobile wiring. For waterproof connectors, an internal seal must be inserted for waterproofing. However, there are cases where it is omitted or double-inserted during production. An automatic inspection jig was designed using photosensors and touch switches to classify good and bad connector components. In the case of the existing visual inspection, 6,400 connectors were inspected when 5 people inspected for 8 hours. However, when using the inspection jig developed under the same conditions, 20,000 pieces were inspected. In other words, the productivity is greatly improved compared to the conventional visual inspection.

  • The goal of image processing is to improve the visual appearance of images for human viewers. The histogram is an important tool which can be used as basic data of digital image processing. Therefore, to effectively manage a histogram in digital image processing is very important. Currently machine vision systems are used in many appearance inspection fields instead of inspection by human. However, the appearance inspection result by machine vision system is mainly influenced by illumination of workplace. In this paper, we propose a histogram transform method for improving accuracy of machine visual inspection. The enhancement effect of area feature is obtained by performing proposed histogram transformation in area that needs improvement The proposed algorithm is verified by appearance inspection of jig plate samples.

  • RV 차량의 쿠션 패널을 생산하여 조립하는 공정은 작업자의 오류로 인한 불량이 많이 발생된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 불량을 제거하기 위한 화상검사장치를 개발함을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 장치개발은 쿠션패널 고정용 지그, 카메라 인식영역, 이송을 위한 X-Y테이블, 카메라 모듈, 제어기 로 구성되어진다. 본 논문에서 제안한 화상검사장치를 설계하고 화상인식 프로그램을 통해 불량을 판정하여 화상검사 시스템의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • 본 최종 논문의 목적은 액상 크리스탈 화면의 배면부에 냉음극선관 전극봉의 몰리브데늄 핀 제작기술을 위해 제작되었다. 몰리브데늄 핀은 정확한 시편으로 만들기가 어렵고 실제 모든 제품을 검수하기는 불가능하다. 따라서, 제작을 잘해야 할 뿐 아니라 전체 생산 라인을 관리할 필요가 있다. 이러한 일들을 하기 위해, 다음과 같은 새로운 기술을 개발할 필요성이 있다. 표면처리, 처리라인의 개발, 와이선의 배치와 절단 기술의 개발, 지그 및 고정자의 개발, 몰리브데눔 핀의 표면처리의 개발, 모든 제품의 전수검사 기술의 개발 등이다.

  • In this paper, we implemented a heartbeat-signal monitoring system that can measure and check the heartbeat of a human body in any time and anywhere. The implemented prototype is composed of heartbeat measurement terminal, gateway, and server that collect and process data. The terminal compose sensor network using ZigBee protocol. And server acquire heartbeat signal through differentiating collected data two times, and store above data to database and manage it. We can understand the status of examinee's heart without restriction and self-awareness. Through experiment, we confirmed the possibility of ubiquitous healthcare system based on sonsor network using the ZigBee.

  • In this study, we developed a wireless CROS(contralateral routing of signal) hearing aid for unilateral impaired people. CROS hearing aid takes sound from an ear with poorer hearing and transmit to another ear with better hearing. Generally, the self-voice delivered through the receiver of CROS hearing aid can be very loud. It is hard to perceive target speech because of loud self-voice. To compensate it, a self-voice suppression algorithm has been developed. we performed SDT(speech discrimination test) for evaluation of the self-voice suppression algorithm. One-syllable words was used as test speech and recorded with self-voice at a 1m distance. As the results, SDT score was improved about 11% when the self-voice suppression algorithm was processed. It is verified that the self-voice suppression algorithm helps speech perception at a time to communicate with others.

  • This paper proposes a technological solution for improving the recognition direction of target objects for automatic vision inspection by machine vision. This paper proposes a technological solution for improving the recognition direction of target objects for automatic vision inspection by machine vision. This enables the automatic machine vision inspection to detect the image of the inspection object regardless of the position and orientation of the object, eliminating the need for a separate inspection jig and improving the automation level of the inspection process. This study develops the technology and method that can be applied to the wire harness manufacturing process as the inspection object and present the result of real system. The results of the system implementation was evaluated by the accredited institution. This includes successful measurement in the accuracy, detection recognition, reproducibility and positioning success rate, and achievement the goal in ten kinds of color discrimination ability, inspection time within one second and four automatic mode setting, etc.

  • The molybdenum cup and molybdenum pin, which are the main materials of the molybdenum electrode used for the LCD BLU CCFL electrode, did not been developed in Japan and all of them are imported and used from Japan, is giving a competitive burden. In this research, to develop the manufacturing technology of molybdenum pin used for CCFL electrode of LCD BLU, development of linear processing technology, development of molybdenum wire surface treatment technology, development of wire cutting technology, production of molybdenum pin, design and fabrication of JIG and Fixture for inspection, molybdenum pin prototyping and analysis, and development of 100% molybdenum pin inspection technology. In this paper, especially, research on design and manufacturing of JIG and Fixture for molybdenum pin manufacturing and inspection is treated.

  • Precision parts and instruments are tested to evaluate performance in development-process and product-step to prement a potential defect due to a failure design. In this paper, Environmental test technology, which is the basis of reliability analysis, is introduced with examples of test criterion, test method for products, encoder and traffic signal controller, and measuring instruments. Recently, as the importance of the environmental test technology is recognised. It is proposed that tranining of test technician and technology of jig design and failure analysis are very essential.
