지난 봄, 한 아파트의 엘리베이터 안에서 괴한이 아이를 납치하기 위해 폭행하는 장면이 CC TV에 찍혀 온 나라를 들썩이게 했다. 그 때 범인을 검거하는 데 기여한 일등 공신이 CC TV(폐쇄 회로 텔레비전)였다. 이를 계기로 공동 주택을 포함한 주택가에 CC TV를 비롯한 각종 보안 장비를 설치해야 한다는 목소리가 대두되면서 관련 법 개정이 이뤄질 전망이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the co-offending implementation process of robbery and burglary crime. To this end, interview data for research projects conducted by the Korea Institute of Criminology in 2013(Advancing Knowledge About Co-Offending - Burglary and Robbery in Korea) were used as secondary data. Using secondary data, we attempted a grounded theory approach. Based on the procedure presented by Strauss&Corbin (1990), the open coding stage was derived from 51 concepts, 22 subcategories and 8 upper categories. According to an analysis tool called "coding paradigm," the causal condition is the cause of the robbery and burglary crime. Contextual conditions are the formation of co-offending relationship and the reason for selecting co-offending. The central phenomenon is the co-offending implementation of robbery and burglary crime. Interventing conditions are conflict between co-offenders and occurrence of arrest factor. The action/interaction strategy is arrested all co-offenders. The consequence consisted of ending the co-offending relationship. Finally, the selective coding stage selected 'the development of conflict between formation and end of co-offending relationship' as the core category, and newly established the co-offending relationship of robbery and burglary crime through the process of 'formation-implementation-conflict-arrest-end'.

Despite the trend and severity of industrial technology outflow crime, little research has been conducted about the effect of police force on that kind of crime in Korea. Consequently, this research preliminarily empirically examined relationship between foreign affairs police forces such as policemen, budget, establishing special investigation unit and the arrest of industrial technology outflow crime due to the limit of related data. Research findings can be summarized as follows. A statistically significant positive relationship was found between foreign police budget and the arrest of crime in the country. On the contrary, foreign police force is not significantly associated with the arrest and occurrence of crime overseas. Based on the result, the effect of the police force such as hardware factors including policemen, budget on the industrial technology outflow crime seemed to be weak. Consequently, considering police alternatives from previous researches, several implications such as reinforcement of foreign police force by increasing personnel and organizational innovation, enriching training program, strengthening the domestic and foreign cooperative network between police and related bodies can be suggested. Also, the improvement of the formal statistics on the industrial technology outflow crime and strenthening public relations can be recommended.

Arrest effect of CCTV for crime prevention is very important. CCTV for crime prevention is evaluated as the tools that act efficiently in terms of criminal arrest because CCTV is used later as evidence acting as the eyes of the distance in deserted place. Necessity of CCTV is increasing gradually because of the advantages that obtaining evidence and criminal found arrest is easy. But quality of CCTV is bad and Night Recording is poor. So it is necessary to improve quality of CCTV and Night Recording should be possible for using as crime clues and evidence. In addition, through integrated building control systems of CCTV for crime prevention and extension of retention period it is possible to easily obtain a evidence.

The purpose of this study aims to examine consumer perception and current status of water park. The Naver and Daum were used for data collection channels and the keyword 'water park' was used for data retrieval. The data analysis period was limited to the study period from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016 for a total of two years. First, as a result of the frequency analysis, hidden cameras, Lotte water park, arrests, suspects, gimhae were in top 5 in 2015, Lotte water park, swimming, summer, opening, admission ticket were in top 5 in 2016. Second, as a result of the connection degree central analysis, hidden camera, arrest, suspect, female, shower room were in top 5 in 2015, swimming, Lotte water park, summer and One Mount, admission ticket were in top 5 in 2016. Third, as a result of the N-GRAM network graph, the water park/hidden camera, the hidden camera/hidden camera, the suspect/arrest, the Gimhae/Lotte water park, water park/suspect were in top 5 in 2015, and One Mount/water park, Gimhae/Lotte water park, water park/admission ticket, water park/water park, water park/opening were in top 5 in 2016. Fourth, as a result of the CONCOR analysis, three groups in 2015 and two groups in 2016 were formed.

한글 필적학 대한 연구가 부족하여 영어에서 이루어지고 있는 결과를 통해 한글 필적학에 대한 연구의 필요성 통하여 거짓말 탐지기와 더불어 범인을 검거하는데 활용될 수 있도록 그 연구의 필요성을 조사하고자 한다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 필적을 감정하는데 객관적인 기준이 되는 시스템의 제안과 필요성을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문은 개인용 휴대장비인 디지털카메라등을 통하여 차량의 앞/뒤 번호판을 자동인식하며 인식된 결과를 텍스트 형식으로 결과를 사용자에게 통보함은 물론, 입력된 차량의 정보를 부호화하고 통신망을 통하여 원격지 서버로 전달하고 원격지 서버는 복호화과정을 거쳐 전송된 텍스트 형태의 차량번호를 확인하여 차량에 대한 정보를 제공하는 시스템이다. 이는 급증하는 차량범죄 및 차량통제, 도난차량검거, 수배차량추적등 많은 분야에 효과적으로 사용이 가능하며 무선 및 도로교통에 많은 편의성과 효율성을 제고할 수 있다고 사료된다.
