BIM(Building Information Modeling) is an indispensable tool to secure global competitiveness in construction sector, as already adapted significantly in European countries and U.S. In particular, as considering School Buildings constructed by BTL Method, using BIM tools are required for the accurate estimation of construction cost in planning stage, exact design and construction, well-judged settlement and performance of maintenance schedule. Therefore, this study investigates the BIM education status and the problems on using BIM tools through a survey of 100 BIM trainees and suggests improvement method of BIM education.

설 연휴가 끝나갈 무렵 발생한 숭례문(국보1호) 화재사건으로 온 나라가 발칵 뒤집혔고 모든 국민은 나의 소중한 일부를 잃어버린 공허함에 형용할 수 없이 참담한 심정으로 하루하루를 살아가고 있다. 언제나 그랬던 것처럼 화재원인의 끝자락에는 여지없이 인재로 귀결되고, 보존관리와 소화과정에 대한 논란도 쉽게 정리되지 않을 듯하다. 우리 주변에는 화재발생 요인도 다양하지만 그 대상물 또한 지니는 특징이 매우 다양하여 소화기법이나 조사기법 등에 있어서도 그 만큼 복잡한 형태를 갖는다. 본 코너에서는 화재로 인해 심각하거나 빈번한 피해를 가져다주는 주요 구조 형태에 따른 화재의 특징을 살펴보고 화재 원인의 유형과 조사기법에 대하여도 논의해 보고자 한다. 숭례문 화재 사건은 현재 조사가 진행 중인 만큼 사찰과 함께 특수 건축물의 유형으로 분류하여 추후 논의할 기회를 가져볼 것이다. 화재의 종류에는 소방관점이나 건축법상의 대상물 등 다양하게 표현되고 분류할 수 있다. 본 코너에서는 이러한 틀에서 벗어나 화재의 특징이 달라질 수 있는 구조나 재료, 형태 등을 달리하는 건축물 또는 구조물별로 화재 현상을 나누어 그들에서 발생하는 화재의 특징을 살펴보고, 사고 후 업무와 관련이 되는 담당자의 관점에서 조사의 요점이나 화재 사례 등을 살펴보고자 한다. 접근 방법에 따라 몇 가지로 분류해 보면 다음과 같이 나누어 볼 수 있다.

성능에 기초한 내진설계에서는 구조물이 보유하고 있는 능력을 효과적으로 파악하기 위해서 비선형 정적 해석이 적용되고 있다. 그러나 비선형 정적해석은 고차모드에 대한 효과를 고려하지 못함으로써 고층구조물이나 비정형 구조물과 같은 경우에는 정확한 비선형 지진응답의 산정과 내진성능을 평가하는데 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건축구조물의 선형 및 비선형 지진응답 평가를 위하여 응답 스펙트럼해석을 통하여 얻어지는 층전단력으로부터 층하중을 산정하는 유사동적해석법이 적용되었다. 제안된 방법을 비선형 정적 해석에 적용하여 구조물의 비선형 자동응답을 비선형 시간이력해석의 결과와 비교하였다. 기존의 층분포하중에 의한 비선형 지진응답과 비교하였으며, 제안된 방법에 의한 지진 응답이 구조물의 비선형 거동특성을 가장 정확하게 표현하였다. 그러므로 본 연구에서 제안된 방법을 사용하여 비선형 정적 해석을 수행한다면 비교적 명확한 건축물의 비선형 거동특성과 내진성능을 평가할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Renaissance Age is called the Period of Discovery because of great development of the economy and the science, and is known the Period of scientific analysis of Man and of interest of Nature out of a blind obedience in the Middle ages. Especially in visual art architecture, painting and sculpture, the rational spirit of Renaissance actually and distinctly communicates the meaning of Work through the scientific and mathematical expression after a finding Perspective by Brunelleschi. So the puropse of this study is to clarify the substancial meaning of Renaissance Art by investigating the expression applied Perspective to the works of Brunelleschi's architecture, Donatello's sculpture and Masaccio's painting.

An architecture as a creative work can be expressed through its diverse conditions, such as humanitarian and social factors, the natural environments and also the each situations of that period. Thus, architects create their work based upon the experience that they have achieved in the past as well as the informations they have accumulated over the time. By this process architects used to achieve the design they hope to aim, whether it is made intentionally or not. This means that architects used to understand their works as it have the factors of the consciousness and the unconsciousness. This research looks to achieve a new design method by finding out how architects express the tradition in contemporary architecture through a psychoanalytic point of view. Hence, this research shall be a significance if it is applied to the process of modern architectural work with tradition concepts.

우리나라 주거양식의 근대화는 단순히 전통한옥에서 현대의 주택, 아파트로의 교체가 아니라 일련의 연속적인 변화과정 속에서 시대를 살아온 사람들의 생활양식과 문화를 담고 있다고 볼 수 있다. '주택이란 삶을 담는 그릇'이라는 표현에서 볼 수 있듯이 주택이란 거주자의 가치관을 포함한 주생활양식과의 대응 속에서 주거환경의 질적 향상이 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 주거양식의 변화에 관한 연구 또한 이러한 삶과 문화에 대응하는 방향으로 이루어져야 바람직할 것이다. 이상의 배경 하에 과거 전통주택에서부터 근대화 이후의 여러 주택유형에 이르기까지 다양한 유형을 포함한 우리 나라 주택이 가지는 공간구조의 변천을 시대적으로 조망하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 전통사회의 양반주택, 도시형한옥, 표준주택, 일반단독주택, 작가주택, 아파트에 이르는 다양한 주택유형을 포함하여 총 104개의 주택평면을 대상으로 공간구조의 변화에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 다양한 주택유형들이 보여주는 공간구조와 그 통시적 변화를 객관적이고 계량적인 방법론을 이용하여 관찰하고자 공간구문론의 분석방법을 이용하여 주택형식에 따른 기능적 형상학을 뛰어넘는 사회학적 형태학의 관점에서 우리나라 주거의 변천과정을 고찰하고자 한다. 상기한 바와 같이 개개의 주택형식에 대한 고려보다는 시대적 상황과 배경을 설명해주는데 용이한 대상을 중심으로 전반적인 변화의 양상과 그러한 변화에 내재한 사회적 동인과 배경을 파악하고 이해하고자 하였다.

I'm going to endow with any characters to the mixed history of Korean Contemporary Architecture, and rearrange the relations between motive of transfer and the ideology which is concluded in expression through considering the transitional period which is based on the modernity, tradition and additional area such as ideology, politics, technology, literature, sculpture and painting etc. This abstract explain only characters of revivalism in Korean Contemporary Architecture. Revivalism have some complexed nationalistic leanings. Our transitional succession returned to revivalism that is limitted by its form. Of course, that is dued to complexed operating such as the Ideal Nationalism against the severance of our culture which had been done by Japan, the Superior Nationalism which is developed by antagonism of our own ideology was dued to dividing into sections of our own country, and the Resistant Nationalism against foreign culture.

This thesis examined the characteristics of constructivism that brought about expanded expression of modern jewelry, and also organized how the constructivism was utilized for jewelry. The objective of this study is to examine the attempts of new materials based on constructivism and various expression styles, and also to understand the concept of constructivism developed into an element of complex formative expression. For this, this study organized the characteristics of constructivism that was initially expanded from Bau Haus in the aspect of expression through the composition of material and space, and also analyzed the jewelry artists' methods and attempts to express various materials. As a result, the constructivism showed the expansion of the formativeness of jewelry in the formative aspect of steric expression and in-depth concept through the composition of architectural pattern, visualization of space, and use of other materials, which becomes an example of basic formative element of modern jewelry design. However, it is limited to the material formative element of constructivism, so the expansion of design would be needed. Thus, there should be more researches on the expansion of various jewelry designs that could express the philosophy of constructivism.

Men's jewelry are thought to have a limited role as assisting women's jewelry or wedding gifts. The variety of designs are limited, and most of them are just copies of Japanese designs. In order to bring out a new kinds of variety in men's jewelry design, I have chosen architectural structures as a motif. Architectural structures have strong symbolical meanings that express man. They are powerful and challenging, and symbolize wealth and authority. Mario Botta, the wolrd famous architect is an architect with this kind of spirit. His architectural style does not lose his own color in a chaotic situation, but keeps the feeling of shape and space on the basis of locality. In this study I have started with a motif that may express specific and modem feelings by compressing the shape and spatial images of Mario Botta's structures minimally into men's jewelry in order to grope the possibilities in all aspects. I have done these in order to rediscover the beauty of the architectural structures by using the shape and spatial images that are found in Botta's structures, so that I may propose a new kind of men's jewelry with stresses on their shapes.

When people who are not expert need remodeling or interior construction in their houses or buildings, there might be several problems. A lack of knowledge and unforeseen can lead expressing wrong design or construction that they did not want. The aim on this thesis is to develop virtual construction designing experience web-site in order to help non-professional to predict the actual construction working result by self-construction design, provided by virtual reality program, sharing knowledge of architectural design and materials on internet to solve certain problems. The way of study is using case of virtual reality technology which is practically using in architecture era recently; in construction design, deducting realizable virtual reality technology of limitation and its solution; analyze case of construction designing program which is currently used by professionals; constitute required essential functions as UI when constructing. Followed by result of study, as a proposal, in service, technical, and UI sectors are the way to construct its objectives for internet based virtual construction experience web-site.
