제6차 아시아건축사대회가 지난 94년 12월 12일 필라핀 국제컨벤션센터에서 '건축교육을 위한 혁신'이라는 주제로 개최됐다. 우리협회를 포함 아시아지역 15개국 건축사협회가 참여한 이번 행사에는 특히 아시아의 건축환경의 개선과 사회경제적, 문화적 삶을 향상시키고자 시행된 '아카시아 건축상' 시상식과 우리 협회가 3년여의 노력끝에 출판한 '아카시아 북' 출판기념회가 성황리에 개최된 바 있다. 또한 이 행사는 국가간의 건축정보교류 및 건축교육의 활성화 방안을 통한 개방화, 세계화에 적극 부응하는 계기와 WTO체제에 따른 각국의 대응방안이 심도있게 논의되는 등 5일간의 일정을 마치고 16일 폐막됐다.

The Circumstance of Construction Industry is speedily changing. For example, the stock of building, housing etc , will be measure up in KOREA soon. And. Variety and Complexity of Construction Purpose are increasing. So that Clearness and Frankness of Project Process are inquired more than ever. We need to approach by Fundamentally, Radically, and Dramatically. The purpose of this study is Qualitative Prosperity by Reconsideration of Principles of System and Positive Action to Changing Condition on Construction Industry. In the other words, when all Stakeholders are participates in construction project, Creative Genius, Liability and Responsibility are important. Construction System need to Competitive Sense and Organic Integration as Social Open System. In this paper, Project Process, Stakeholder, Organizing Process and Total Project Operation System are considered.

Recently, global pollution reached the critical level. Thus, new paradigm for the development and conservation of natural resources appear. This is so called Environmentally sound and Sustainable development. Ecological Architecture proposed as a proposal for the paradigm. This research deals with Christian Thoughts about the Ecological Architecture planning. The results are as follows; First, Sustainable development is new paradigm that is suitable for the Christian Integrity of Creation. Second, Ecological Architecture will be better when the people have full of the Christian love.

최근 학교폭력 및 묻지마 범죄가 꾸준히 증가추세에 있다. 2011년 12월 학교폭력에 의한 대구중학생 자살사건, 2010년 2월 김길태 사건과 6월 김수철 사건, 2016년 5월 강남역 노래방 살인사건과 6월 섬마을 여교사 사건 등 사회적 약자인 소년, 여성 대상범죄 및 묻지마 범죄가 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 범죄예방 도구이자 전략으로써 CPTED가 하나의 대안으로 부각되고 있다. 국토교통부는 건축물, 건축설비 및 대지에 관한 범죄예방 기준인 '범죄예방 건축기준 고시'를 2015년부터 시행하고 있는데 적용대상 건물 등은 이 기준에 따라 설계하고 건축해야 한다. 현대 위험사회에서 강력범죄 및 경범죄의 사전예방을 위해서는 사회 안전시스템 구축이 요구되며 그 대안으로 환경설계를 통해 범행기회를 심리적, 물리적으로 차단하는 정책을 모색함으로써 환경범죄학 입장에서 범죄예방에 접근할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to present a method of preparing for a more enduring built environment, being fully aware that, in consideration of time flowing from past to present, there is no ardlitecture in creation that is not abandoned. Efforts were made to find the problem solutions in relation to the hierardlial structure, evolvement and adaptation of living beings. The process of study was as follows, ·The built environment's affordance to human beings and the designer's role was explained. ·Having an understanding of the necessity of user minded planning, the architectural adaptation of the multi-layered hierarchy system of holon theory and adoption of time conception into architectural space were examined to explain that the importance in ardlitecture should be placed in transition, not in perfection. ·The design of Parc de La Villette by Bernard Tsdlumi was analysed from the above viewpoint. Having a practical case analysed, this study is expected to offer a basic information for use in case of visual presentation of a theoretical viewpoint.

본 연구는 미국 소재 T 대학교의 학생아파트를 대상으로 하여 창밖으로 보이는 외부 환경의 차이와 거주자의 환경조절 행태 사이의 관계를 분석하는 관찰연구로 진행되었다. 거주자와 거주환경간에 발생하는 부조화는 환경 스트레스의 한 원인이 된다. 이러한 환경 스트레스에 대한 대응 전략으로 거주자는 그들의 환경을 조정하곤 한다. 본 연구는 실내에서 식물을 키우거나 거주자의 취향에 따라 커튼을 교체하는 등의 환경조절 행태를 분석의 대상으로 한다. 창문과 현관 영역에서 발생하는 환경조절 행태의 정도를 비교 관찰하기 위해 군집형과 일자형으로 되어 있는 두 개의 배치 유형을 연구의 대상으로 선정하였다. 군집형 유형(cluster type: type A)은 상대적으로 도로에 가깝고 거실 창문의 조망이 다른 건물에 가로막혀 있으며, 일자형 유형(parallel type: type B)은 가로막고 있는 건물이 없어 자연경관을 거실 창문을 통해 조망할 수 있는 배치상의 두드러진 차이점이 있다. 관찰연구를 통해 군집형 유형에서 일자형 유형보다 더 높은 빈도로 식물 화분과 개별 커튼 등을 이용한 개인적 환경조절이 이루어진 흔적이 발견되었다. 이러한 결과는 창문을 통해 보이는 외부 경관의 특성이 거주자의 환경조절 행태에 미치는 영향의 정도를 암시하고 있다. 결론적으로 관찰연구에서 나타난 거주자의 환경조정 행태를 반영하여 디자인 고려사항을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The main purpose of this paper is to assess a body of research evidence that articulates the impact of environment-related factors on behavioral health and quality of life for people with dementia who reside in long-term care facilities. The study also aims at identifying design implications that can be incorporated into design process and design decisions to improve behavioral health and quality of life for people with dementia. Methods: Comprehensive literature review has been conducted to identify empirical studies and that link the design of dementia care facilities to health- and QOL-related outcomes and scrutinized peer-reviewed articles published in many different fields including architecture, psychology, to nursing. Results: The review identified a growing body of literature that articulates environment-related factors that improve health and quality of life for people with dementia living long-term care facilities Implications: The findings of the review can be translated to design decisions to promote psychological and behavioral health and quality of life of people with dementia in long-term care facilities.

미국에 유학중 박사과정을 마칠 때쯤인 92년 P/A 건축상을 받은 김병선교수는 건축 분야 중 건축환경 분야에서 주목받는 과학인이다. 학교에서 '빌딩 사이언스 연구실'을 운용하고 있는 김교수는 "건축이야말로 막대한 자금과 노력을 필요로 하는 대상이고 잘못된 설계는 개인적으로나 국가적으로 큰 손실을 가져다주므로 사회적 필요성이 절실히 요구되는 분야"라고 강조한다.

20세기 건축가들과 디자이너들은 사회적, 시대적 환경변화에 대응하여 새로운 디자인 언어를 수립하고자 다양한 노력을 전개해 왔다. 알바 알토는 모더니즘에 지대한 영향을 미친 건축가이자 가구디자이너로 평가받고 있는데, 그의 건축디자인과 가구디자인은 상당한 연관성이 있는 것으로 파악되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 알바 알토의 건축디자인 특성을 가구디자인과의 관련성의 측면에서 파악하여 그 상관관계를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 알바 알토의 건축 디자인 특성 중 유기적 측면에서 정리된 디자인의 불연속적 특성, 불규칙적 특성, 통합적 특성, 자연요소의 특성의 측면에서 그의 가구디자인 사례를 건축디자인과 비교하여 가구디자인에 반영된 건축적 특징을 파악하였다.
