최근 첨단 정보산업의 발달에 따른 OA기기의 도입 및 업무시스템의 변화는 office 환경의 근본적인 대응을 요구하고 있으며 이런 변화들을 수용하기 위한 건축환경 측면에서의 노력이 매우 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 이러한 기술의 발달과 사회적 need의 증대에 따라 인텔리젼트 빌딩(IB)에 대한 필요성과 수요가 급증하고 있다. IB는 각 분야의 기술이 종합되어야 하며, 본 장에서는 건축환경계획 분야와 기반화설비에 대해 중점적으로 알아보고자 한다.

This study examines the characteristics of architectural review opinions as unstructured data, focusing on the most challenging risk for developers of small and medium-sized apartment projects in response to the increasing number of single-person households in Korea. Using multidimensional analysis methods, the study analyzes the review opinions of 25 projects in B City. Correspondence analysis and MDS (Multidimensional Scale) analysis show that, consistent with prior research, the keywords related to 'structure' and 'planning' dominate architectural review opinions in B City. While the MDS model's stress is very poor at 34.4%, correspondence analysis reveals that this is due to the characteristics of unstructured data in architectural reviews. In addition, the non-structured data analyzed in this study, such as architectural review opinions, exhibited a probability distribution with low kurtosis and high skewness, as they involved various combinations and occurrences of data depending on the discretion of the review committee members and the specific formats of different local governments. This often led to the emergence of keywords that differed significantly from commonly mentioned terms. Although the study has some limitations, it provides a foundation for future detailed analysis by identifying the characteristics of architectural review opinions as unstructured data.

Freeform buildings have become the main trend that reflects complex and diverse nature of the society with the progress on the digital technology. Therefore, the demands of the researches about architectural freeform surfaces have increased rapidly over the past few years. As the fundamental research for the successful construction of the freeform buildings, this study focuses on the definition of terms, and the classification of curved-form, the methods of panelizing, and the optimization of panelizing through an integrated perspective.

Although the development of free-form architectural technology continues, it consumes a lot of money and time due to the one-time formwork and the difficulty of maintaining quality due to manual work. To this end, in this study, a shape connection technique was proposed and verified to improve the limitations of implementing the curved surface of the existing lower multi-point press. In order to improve the accuracy of the shape, a curved surface was implemented using a silicon cap and a silicon plate. As a result of the error analysis of the shape, a small value of less than 3 mm was found. This study can implement more accurate curved surfaces than conventional technologies and produce high-quality free-form panels.

This study examined the effect of the sale price by excluding the PHC-pile cost from the construction costs for basic type (CCsBT) as an additional cost. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport excluded the PHC-pile cost in the CCsBT and new method so that only the designed pile quantity was recognized as an additional cost. The effect on the sale price was analyzed by comparing the pile cost of the existing and new methods. For this purpose, seven cases were selected, and the PHC-pile cost was estimated. The existing method was estimated as the ratio of the pile cost to CCsBT. The new method was estimated based on the bill of quantity. As a result, the CCsBT decreased by approximately 2-3% when the PHC-pile cost was calculated in the new method. Furthermore, as a result of comparing the sale price, excluding the PHC-pile cost with the sale price, the CCsBT decreased by approximately 1%. These results are expected to help improve the understanding of the CCsBT. Also, this paper contributes to promoting national housing stability through institutional improvement.
