해안지역 건축물의 자연재해에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 해안지역 건축물의 태풍 및 침수피해 사례를 조사하였으며, 국내 해안지역 주민의 의식조사를 실시하여 현재 해안지역의 방재대책에 대한 문제점을 조사하였다. 그리고 건설현장의 전문가에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 해안지역 건축물의 문제점을 분석하였다.

A Numerical Analysis for Fire Spread Mechanism of Residential Building Fire (주거용 건축물의 화염전파 현상에 대한 수치해석적 검토)

  • This study is intended to present a computational thermal model for a residential building. As the Performance Based Design is more popular, fire-intensity and fire-load have turned out to be very important factors for building design and can be predicted through some computational work. To predict and estimate the fire properties of a residential fire, we made some numerical models of combustibles and residential building. In a bid to validate the estimate values, computational analysis results from numerical models were compared with real fire tests. For computational analysis, the Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) was used with Large Eddy Simulation (LES) model for turbulence. Consequently, fire-intensity was well predicted and flash-over of rooms were successfully estimated.

  • 건축법 중 건축물의 설비기준등에 관한 규칙의 일부가 지난 2월 13일 개정, 공포되었다. 이번에 개정된 주요 내용은 그동안 공동주택 및 다중이용시설의 환기설비기준이 없어 적정수준의 실내의 공기 질을 확보하지 못하여 국민건강을 해치는 등의 문제점을 개선하여 △공동주택의 필요환기 횟수를 시간당 시간당 0.7회 이상이 되도록 하고 다중이용시설 중 지하 역사의 경우 필요 환기량을 1인 기준으로 시간당 25㎡ 이상이 되도록 하는 등 건축물의 용도에 따라 환기설비기준을 정함으로써 공동주택 및 다중이용시설의 실내의 공기 질 개선을 통해 국민의 건강 증진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 △피뢰설비의 설치기준을 강화하여 건축물의 높이가 60m 이상인 고층 건축물은 측면에 낙뢰방지시설을 설치하도록 개정함으로써 고층 건축물의 벼락 피해를 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본지는 건축물의 설비기준등에 관한 규칙 중 신∙구조문 대비표를 게재하오니 회원사 여러분의 많은 참고를 바란다.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the urban land used by the Urban Land Use Information System (ULIS) which can supply the micro-level land usc information for the understanding of micro-level urban spatial structure and district-level planning and managements(such as urban design, redevelopment planning and district-level transportation planning, etc.). The study evaluates the current situation of urban land use database and suggests the prototype of urban land use database using GIS. The planning and management of post-modern city which has characterized by diversity and the mixture of land use, need more detail and quantitative information about land use. Recent redevelopment and reconstruction of existing physical condition are increasing the density of activity. It raises urban problems such as the shortage of infrastructure and traffic congestion, etc. In this process we need to construct information system which monitors current land use situation.

  • The aim of this study is to represent the residential population distribution in Seoul, Korea more precisely through the dasymetric mapping method. Dasymetric mapping can be defined as a mapping method to calculate details from truncated spatial distribution of main statistical data by using ancillary data which is spatial data related to the main data. In this research, there are two types of data used for dasymetric mapping: the population data (2010) based on a output area survey in Seoul as the main data and the building footprint data including register information as ancillary spatial data. Using the binary method, it extracts residential buildings as actual areas where residents do live in. After that, the regression method is used for calculating the weights on population density by considering the building types and their gross floor areas. Finally, it can be reproduced three-dimensional density of residential population and drew a detailed dasymetric map. As a result, this allows to extract a more realistic calculating model of population distribution and draw a more accurate map of population distribution in Seoul. Therefore, this study has an important meaning as a source which can be applied in various researches concerning regional population in the future.

  • In this research, we studied an estimating method in client's sight to estimate the total construction cost which is based on the historical cost data at the early stage of the office buildings as a public phase. It is very difficult to analyze the estimation accurately and logically. When a client estimates a project, he/she has to consider there are many issues at the planning step, according as office buildings become gradually diversified as well as their roles continuously extended. Therefore, those are usually make problems for wasting the budget in accordance with the cost estimation errors. Moreover, many kinds of public construction projects, especially such as school, office, sports complex, and the others, have been invested the private finances defined as BTL(Build Transfer Lease) method that are required to manage the detailed process more strictly from initial planning. In order to make an effective planning, the long-term users amount and the building life cycle at the beginning of project should be considered previously and then it may enable to achieve an appropriate project plan. But actually considering overall variables in a building planning is impossible. Accordingly, suggesting a regression model based on the historical cost data from many similar types of office building to support client's role known as estimating the total cost at the early stage. And then performing the test against the proposed model to research the reasonability as using the historical cost data of Japan office buildings.

  • 지능형 건물 인증제도의 적용대상은 건축물의 용도에 따라 크게 주거용 건물과 비주거용 건물로 나눌수 있으며 건축시점에 따라 신축건물과 기존 건물로 나누어 고려해 볼 수 있다. 또한 시행주체에 따라 공공발주 건물과 민간발주 건물로 나눌 수 있으며 건물의 규모 및 집합형태에 따라 적용대상을 단일건물, 복합건물 등으로 구분할 수 있다.
