Today, many kind of buildings are higher than those of previous generations, and Curtain Wall is adapted broadly as an outer wall material. But weather and environmental condition could cause problems in curtain wall construction in most construction projects. High wind speed and unplanned lifting equipment's allocation could cause construction delay and cost increase. To solve these problems, we suggest using a curtain wall mullion as a rail to lift curtain wall which is less affected wind speed. And we would like to show a preliminary data of its economic advantage evaluation.

Recently, major public owner and general contractors in Korea are actively preparing and improving BIM manuals and guidelines to effectively apply BIM technology in construction projects. These guideline has a purpose to define the scope of the applying BIM technology to each construction phase and to explain the minimum technology guidance required for the initial stage. In situations where BIM data are to be submitted within a limited time and cost at the design stage, a BIM data preparing process should be carried out in advance to meet the BIM interoperability between the pre and post of construction precess. In this research, we propose the scope of the BIM guidelines to meet and to be considered for the BIM based review of constructability and economic evaluation of Apartment.

In this study, the remodeling of the insulation for the study of economic evaluation to find out. Targeting first Hyomin Domitory in Dong-Eui University, the purpose of the study is to carry out insulation work to conform to the strengthening of legal insulation standards. Studies in the way of insulation construction surveys of students who after living through the Survey. Exterior walls and windows with a comparative analysis of the thermal transmittance insulation performance is calculated according to the annual heating costs. The study is about 108 years after the investment is recovered through the break-even point was to know. Resolve residents' complaints, the gap wind reduction, reduction of environmental pollution and other problems solved.

Construction projects are being the skyscraper and the large size by limited site condition and developing construction technology. Therefore, Steel structure work is steadily increasing caused by easy to work and structural safety. However, steel-frame work has the large incidence of heavy accident potentially. Recently a research group has recently developed newly designed self-supported steel joint for enhancing safety of steel erection work. Before applying the steel joint in a construction site, economic evaluation should be performed. Thus, we proposed the method for measuring economic efficiency of the new steel joint and verified economic feasibility of the steel joint method through a case study. As a result, Steel erection method using by self-supported steel joint showed economic rather than the one using by H-beams.

Nowadays, Precast Concrete is adopted on most of construction, because of shortening construction period and good quality. In precast concrete, steam curing is necessary for getting proper strength, but it causes much CO₂ and economc. Therefore, on this study, by using type III cement and hardening accelerator, early compressive strength was shown 13MPa for 6hr. From the result, removal form could be shorten. Furthermore, annual CO₂ was reduced as much as 24% and also annual cost was decreased as much as 12%.

건설R&D 사업은 1994년에 12억원으로 시작하여 2007년에는 1,648억원을 투자하였다. 그동안 연구개발자는 연구성과 실적을 한국건설교통기술평가원에 제출하였고, 이를 기반으로 건설R&D성과 관리가 이루어져 왔다. 건설R&D사업 성과실적이 연구자의 주관적인 분석결과와 보고자료에 의존함으로써 건설R&D 성과의 객관성 및 신뢰성 확보가 어려웠다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설R&D 성과 중 개발기술의 현장적용 비용절감액 분석과 객관적이고 신뢰성있는 경제적 파급효과를 분석하고, 건설R&D의 현장적용 활성화 방안을 마련하였다.

지구온난화에 따른 전 세계적 급격한 기후변화로 인하여 자연재해가 발생하고 있으며, 우리나라에서도 매년 태풍을 동반한 집중호우로 지역별 피해가 속출하는 등 자연재해로 인한 많은 인명피해와 경제적 비용의 부담률이 증가하고 있다. 국민안전처에서 발간한 재해연보에 의하면 10년간 전체 종목 중 공공시설물들의 피해액이 매년 비교적 가장 높은 비율을 보이고 있으며, 공공시설물중에서도 하천과 소하천의 피해가 최근 5년(2010~2014년)간 평균 32.91%로 피해율이 가장 높았다. 국외에서는 미국(HAZUS-MH), 일본(피해경제조사메뉴얼), 영국(MCM) 등 공공자산의 홍수피해 예측방법을 개발하여 각 국가의 특성에 맞는 재난손실에 대한 추정을 실시하고 있지만, 우리나라에서는 이러한 방법론적 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 자연재해로 발생한 피해의 규모와 이에 따른 경제적 피해를 예측하기 위해 피해율과 피해액 추정 기술을 개발하였다. 미국의 HAZUS-MH와 피해복구지침, 새주소 시스템 DB, 건축법 내 용도별 건축물 종류 등을 활용하여 국내 공공자산 인벤토리(안)을 제시하고 이 중 소하천에 대한 2010~2014년 5개년의 국가재난관리시스템(NDMS) 재해 자료를 기반으로 지역적 특성을 고려한 손상함수를 개발하였다. 함수개발은 강원도 일부 시군에 대해 실시하였으며, 과거 피해자료를 대상으로 검증하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 시군단위의 재해로 인한 소하천 피해 정도를 산정하고 한국형 피해예측시스템 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: At the moment, a lot of Public Hospitals in Korea have adopted 5 or 6 bedrooms as a standard multi-bedroom type. However 5-6 bedrooms have many problems related to inpatient satisfaction and nosocomial diseases. Therefore 4 bedroom is under considering for standard multi-bed room in Public Hospitals in Korea. This paper tries to prove that adoption of 4 bedroom in Public Hospitals has nothing to do with economic loss which is now an obstacle in adopting 4 bedrooms. Methods: 3 Methods have been used in this paper. 1) Comparative analysis between medical insurance fee and service cost for hospitalization has been conducted through literature survey. 2) Scenario analysis has been used for the estimation of inpatient number when 4 bedrooms are adopted in Public Hospitals. 3) Relation analysis between profit and proportion of 4 bedroom in Public Hospitals. Results: Adoption of 4 bedroom as a standard multi-bedroom in Public Hospitals has been proved to have nothing to do with the economic loss of hospitals. Implications: It is necessary to introduce and expand 4 bedrooms instead of 5-6 bedrooms in hospitals for the upgrade of hospital environment and easy control of cross infection in inpatient bedrooms.

Incheon Free Economic Zone's Songdo Area is a newly constructed city built on land reclaimed from the seaside and the surrounding area. Yeongjong Area is made after Land reclamation between Yeongjong Island and Yongyou Island began in November 1992. The first phase linking these islands to create the Incheon International Airport (phase 1) and the Airport Town Square community was finished in March 2001. However, if we take a look at the overall status of the project as it is carried on at present, it is hard to deny that the project is trapped inside the same legal restrictions as are all other existing cities, which permits Songdo Area and Yeongjong Area to meet only very minimum standards. This study intends to analyze and assess the Incheon Free Economic Zone's Songdo Area and Yeongjong Area of environmentally friendly construction and to rate its current development status, exposing any problems and offering alternative solutions. In this paper, the current state of constructions in Songdo Area and Yeongjong Area were reviewed. Then a quantitative analysis and assessment for the Songdo Area and Yeongjong Area constructions of apartments, complex buildings, office buildings, school facilities, store and hotel facilities were conducted by using green building certification criteria. Finally the synthetic results of environmental performance evaluation for Incheon Free Economic Zone's Songdo Area and Yeongjong Area constructions and follow-up suggestions were described.

건설공사 발주자에게 건설현장 근로자에 대한 안전보건관리 책무를 부여하는 안전보건대장 제도가 「산업안전보건법」 전부개정에 포함되어 도입되었다. 안전보건대장 제도에 대한 낮은 인식과 이행률로 발생되는 제도의 실효성 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 경제성 측면에서 제도의 효과성을 설명할 필요가 있으므로 본 연구에서는 안전보건대장 도입 당시 논의되었던 자료를 근거로 비용편익분석을 활용하여 안전보건제도 이행의 경제적 효과를 분석하였다. 안전보건대장 제도 이행에 있어 추가적인 비용이 발생하는 것은 설계안전보건대장의 작성 및 관리로 분석되었다. 작성비용과 산업재해 감소로 발생되는 직·간접적 편익을 비교한 결과 편익이 비용보다 높게 평가되었으므로 안전보건대장 제도는 건설공사 재해 감소와 경제적 효과를 발생시키는 것으로 판단된다.
