최근 전 세계적으로 서비스 산업의 노동력 비중이 늘어나고 서비스업 뿐만 아니라 농업 및 제조업 분야에서도 서비스의 가치 비중이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 최근까지 서비스는 대부분 제공자의 직관과 경험에 의존하여 운영되었기 때문에 서비스의 성과와 고객 만족도는 미미한 수준에 그칠 수밖에 없었다. 이에 따라 서비스의 생산성을 향상시키고 서비스 수준을 혁신하는 방법을 찾는 것이 산업 사회의 주요 현안으로 떠올랐고 이러한 배경 하에 서비스업의 본질을 과학적으로 규명하여 서비스 분야의 혁신을 이루기 위해 경영학, 사회과학, 산업공학 등 여러 분야의 지식을 종합하여 서비스 과학(Services Science)이라는 새로운 학문 분야를 만들려는 움직임이 일기 시작했다. 서비스 과학의 목적은 공급자와 고객 사이에 가치를 창출하는 일련의 과정인 서비스를 보다 과학적인 방법을 통하여 측정하고 예측할 수 있는 것으로 변환시킴으로써 서비스의 미래 가치와 위험을 정량적으로 예측하고 나아가 서비스의 성과와 만족도를 높이는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 U-city 건설에 중추적 역할을 할 것으로 기대되는 지리정보시스템(GIS)의 비즈니스 모델을 대상으로, GIS 정보 서비스의 특성을 규명하여 이러한 정보 서비스가 높은 생산성을 갖기 위한 방안으로서 다학제적 관점의 공유를 통해 다양한 학문 분야의 지식을 종합 적용하고 서비스의 특성을 고려하여 직관과 경험이 아닌 과학적인 도구와 방법론을 통해 GIS 정보 서비스를 관리할 것을 제안한다.

산업재해라고 하면 으레 육중한 기계장비가 시끄럽게 돌아가는 공장이나 위험이 항상 도사리는 건설공사현장과 같이 육체노동을 주로 요하는 사업장엣 일어나는 사고를 떠올리곤 한다. 그러나 현대 산업사회에서는 오히려 업무와 관련한 스트레스나 과로, 정신적 노동으로 인한 질병 등에 의한 산업재해가 많은 비중을 차지하고 있고, 법원 역시 근로자인 원고 측에서 인관관계를 구체적이고 직접적으로 입증하지 못하더라도 어느 정보 개연성이 인정된다면 산업재해를 인정해 주는 추세에 있다. 근로자에게 예상치 못한 재해가 발생하면 피해자 개인에게도 매우 불행하고 힘든 일이지만, 회사 입장에서도 금전적 측면에서나 대외적 이미지 면에서 큰 손실이 아닐 수 없다. 그래서 산업재해를 당한 근로자에게 신속하게 보상이 이루어지도록 하고, 사업주(기업가)에게는 갑작스러운 경제적 부담을 덜어주기 위해 산재보험제도가 도입된 것이다. 회사를 위해 열심히 일하다 재해를 입은 직원의 조속한 업무복귀를 도모하고 기업의 사회적 책무를 다 하기 위해서라도 기업을 경영하는 사업주 역시 산업재해에 대해 기본적인 지식을 알아 둘 필요가 있다.

Many cities are utilizing their cultural capital as a means for urban regeneration and tourist attraction. Museums form an essential component in these culture-based urban regeneration efforts, the Guggenheim Bilbao being a frequently cited example of success. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has benchmarked the Bilbao case study as they were looking for alternative income-generating industries in the post-oil era, embarking on a city-building project on the Saadiyat Island where resorts and cultural institutions of massive scale are being constructed. The Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi were pursued under this scheme, aiming at attracting tourism and elevating their status in the region as a cultural capital. This study examines the political, economic, and cultural background behind the Saadiyat city project and the pending issues behind the construction of the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. This study purports that besides funding and an ambitious plan, social and cultural developments in the region over time will be essential for a successful localization of a Western brand museum in the region.

The modern society has been drastically changed from the industrial economic society to the knowledge based society, to catch up with the knowledge and the change of technology required for the modern people, the people can not live in the modern society without the continued study or education. In case of architectural design firm, it is concentrating on the productivity of enterprise by cultivating the working level through the self education focused on the improvement of inner capacity. In connection with this, the efficiency of enterprises are analyzed by carrying out the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) utilizing the financial ratio index in the various field of industries recently, the analysis study for the efficiency utilizing DEA is increased in the construction industries as well. However, in case of construction industries, the study focused on the efficiency of administration only has been progressed, it is the real situation that the approach for the analysis of education efficiency of each enterprise is very insufficient. Therefore, this study analyzed the education efficiency of architectural design firm after the selection of input and output variables by utilizing the DEA model and utilizing the AHP analysis technique by deducting the variables through the preceding study in relation to the education efficiency and the interview with the specialists.

대부분의 국방정보시스템의 소프트웨어는 높은 가용성, 신뢰성, 신속성, 정확성 등을 요구하는 대규모이면서 복잡한 실시간 시스템이다. 이러한 국방정보시스템의 소프트웨어 개발사업에 있어서 저비용 고효율의 미개국방경영 건설을 위하고 강한 전투력을 육성하기 위해서는 국방정보시스템의 효율적인 소프트웨어 개발사법이 요구된다. 따라서, 국방정보시스템의 소프트웨어 사업관리자가 개발사업을 관리하고 감독하는데 있어서 개발자와 사용자간의 조정 및 통제 기능을 수행하고 해당 국방정보시스템의 특성을 파악하여 성공적인 사업수행을 할 수 있도록 기술적인 사업관리 측면에서 구체적이고 상세화된 방안/지침을 제공하기 위한 전문가시스템의 지식베이스 도메인 지식개발에 관한 연구이다. 기존의 국방정보시스템의 사업관리자가 경험을 동해 축적해 온 기술, 정책, 아이디어, 노하우 등에 대한 지식을 습득하고 사업 관련자료에서 제시한 소프트웨어 생명주기 단계별 방안이나 지침 등을 바탕으로 하여 식별된 사실이나 내용을 지식베이스로 구축하여 국방정보시스템의 사업관리자가 필요로 할 때 설명모듈을 거쳐 임무 및 세부활동사항을 게시하여 줌으로써 사업관리 경험이 부족하거나 사업관리자가 교체되었을 때 사업관리자들이 업무를 지속적으로 연계시켜 임무수행이 가능하도록 기초/기반 여건을 제공하고자 한다. 본 논문은 국방정보시스템의 소프트웨어 개발사업에서 소프트웨어 생명주기 단계별 사업관리자의 임무 및 세부활동사항 지원용 전문가시스템을 개발할 때 이용할 수 있도록 도메인 지식을 개발하는 것이며 논문의 결과를 활용시 기대되는 효과는 본문을 참고 바란다.의 장점을 취합하여 설계되었다. 본 시스템은 기존의 UN/EDIFACT표준을 사용하고 있는 EDI환경과 기존 VAN 방식의 EDI 중계 시스템과 연동되며, 향후 관세청의 XML/EDI 표준 시행을 미리 대비하는 선도연구로서 자리매김이 된다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 XML/EDI 통관시스템은 향후, 서비스의 최대 걸림돌이 되어왔던 값비싼 EDI 사용료의 부담에서 벗어날 수 있게 할 것이며, 저렴한 EDI구축/운영 비용으로 전자문서교환의 활성화와 XML이 인터넷 기반의 문서유통 표준으로 자리매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. Voice of the customer(VOC) is a term used in business and information technology(IT) to describe the process of capturing a customer's requirements in enterprises or various organizations. Recently, in order to satisfy customer's needs, enterprises try to utilize VOC at recurrence prevention of problems and their improvement activities, planning and development of product/service by processing, storing, and analyzing VOC. Until now, VOC management systems are introduced around service industries such as hotel business and insurance/financial business, etc. This paper proposes an integrated management scheme of VOC which are captured by various communication channels and describes a case of implementing an integrated VOC management system on the basis of the proposed scheme for the large-scale manufacturing company. By the implemented system, VOC are stored and utilized as the important knowledge assets of enterprises.

In the past, the design education focused on the technique and skill to satisfy the production and consumption activities of a corporation based on beauty and practicality in the industrial age. Now, it's time to switchover to a life-quality enhancing education by harmonizing and meeting the public's physical and mental needs because design education is a character education which enhances the quality of life by uplifting people's aesthetic sense. This paper has emphasized on the importance of public education of design through the theoretical investigation on social environmental changes caused by the emergence of information society,,education problems, public education, and the necessity of design education. The reason why this study should be done has been suggested by investigating the necessity of this research and bringing up the issue. Furthermore, the current status and problems of public education on design have been analyzed. Then, based on the result, the development direction of design education has been suggested. This study can be concluded as follows: First, the design education should change from its vertical structure to a horizontal one. It should be widely spread to the public, getting off from its privatization for a certain group. Second, designers and the public should correct their way of thinking about design. The ordinary people as well as the designers should cultivate their capability to find and take care of design related issues in their everyday lives. Third, all people should be the subject of design education for the public. As a part of cultural education on the public's aesthetic sense, design education should be reborn as a field of study in which a sound public culture can be developed by the integration of human life and culture, exceeding the limit of school curriculum.
