The purpose of this study was to find more effective mental health intervention for school based intervention with mental health problem in an elementary school. A systematic review was conducted according to the PRISMA checklist. We accessed databases including RISS, KISS, and the National Assembly Library of Korea. Subject studies were classified according to type of intervention, subject characteristic, and evaluation. Finally, twenty-five studies matched the inclusion criteria. According to types of intervention, it was classified into four types which are psychoeducation(self-management skills, social skills, social emotional learn ing), behavior intervention(positive behavior support, modeling), psychotherapy(art therapy, counseling and parent coaching), and recreation intervention(robot intervention, horticultural therapy). The most of subjects were intellectual disability, the following subjects were ADHD. The most areas of evaluation were emotional change and attention. The findings of this review support school based intervention and provide evidence. And it can be used as an important basic data for preparing more effective mental health-related school-based interventions.

Morbidity, mortality, mental health and problem behavior appears to be high in adolescence, but there is no proper intervention. This quasi-experimental study examined the effects of the neurofeedback training on the general health status, mental health and problem behavior, and the brain function quotient through structured questionnaires and brain waves of 11 high school students (experimental group 5, control group 6). The study was conducted at I high school in Seoul from September to December, 2012. The subjects participated in the neurofeedback training twice a week for a total of 20 sessions by trained researcher. The data was analyzed using paired t-test or Wilcoxon signed rank test depending on the normality using SPSS 20.0. Significant improvement was observed in the emotion quotient and stress resistance quotient (left, right) among the brain function quotient, but not in the general health status, mental health and problem behavior.

The objectives of this study were to identify recognition, intention and practice to premarital examination of women and to define the predictors of intention and compliance to examination. The subjects for this study were 257 women at a university, college, a bank worker and health clinic visitor in Busan city. The date for this study was collected from August 25th to September 24th 2006 by structured questionaries, and were analyzed mean, standard deviations(SD), $x^2$-test, t-test and multiple Logistic regression using SPSS/WIN 12.0. The mean performance of the premarital examination was 28.4%. Thirty-five point five percent of unmarried women and 71.6 percent of married women had experience of heard premarital examination. The score of attitude toward premarital examination were that single women was 23.04 and married women was 22.55, respectively. The scores of behavioral control cognition between unmarried women and married women were statistically significant different. The predictor of premarital examination intention was necessity of premarital examination, and the predictors of examination compliance were experience of hearing examination and behavioral control cognition. The objectives of this study were to evaluate oral health status of children in multicultural families and compare oral health behaviors of multicultural mothers with those of ordinary Korean families. The mothers' social characters, oral health behaviors and oral health status of children were investigated so that the data from this study can be utilized in developing programs for oral health care promotion especially designed for multicultural families. The subjects were 135 pairs of multicultural mothers and their children who participated in the community programs in suburban areas of Ik-san city and 168 pairs of ordinary Korean mothers and their children residing in Ik-san city. The results were as follows : 1. The dft index and dfs index of multicultural subjects were 4.17 and 6.67, respectively, while ordinary Korean subjects were found to have 2.69 and 4.63($p$ <0.05). 2. The frequency of tooth brushing per day of children from multicultural families was lower than that of children from ordinary Korean families($p$ <0.01). 3. The ratio of practice of oral health behaviors of mothers from multicultural families was lower than that of mothers from ordinary Korean families($p$ <0.01). Tooth brushing instructions were the most frequently carried out by multicultural mothers, which was followed by teaching the importance of oral health, restriction of carbohydrates, and dental check-ups. Significant correlations were not detected between mothers'oral health behaviors and children's dental caries experiences($p$ >0.05).

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting female college students' behaviors in seeking reproductive health information on the Internet and to explore the relationships among these factors. Based on the Health Belief Model(HBM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB), perceived sensitivity, perceived severity, perceived benefit, perceived barriers, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and affective evaluation were defined as key factors, and the study was designed accordingly. An online survey was distributed to female college students in Seoul through the university student's online community, 'Everytime.' The results showed that the intention of female college students to seek reproductive health information via the Internet was associated with higher perceived sensitivity, perceived benefit, and subjective norms, and lower perceived barriers. There were statistically significant differences between groups in terms of sexual experiences, experience with reproductive system disorders, and the level of health interest. We believe that this research outcome will contribute to assessing the level of awareness regarding reproductive health among female college students, thereby aiding in the development of online health information literacy education or related service programs by university libraries, health institutions, and similar entities targeting female college students.

Objectives : Although the seasonality of suicide is a well-known phenomenon, little is reported about the seasonality of non-suicidal self-injury. The purpose of this study was to identify the seasonality of wristcutting behavior and to examine its relationship with meteorological factors. Methods : To identify the presence of seasonality, we investigated whether there was a difference in the average number of visits per month to an emergency room (ER) of an urban hospital for 226 patients with wrist-cutting behavior enrolled between December 2014 and May 2019. To ascertain significant meteorological factors, we used the multiple Poisson regression using generalized additive model with time, monthly temperature, monthly sunshine hour, and atmospheric pressure in the prior month as explanatory variables. Results : In males, the average number of monthly visits to the ER for wrist cutting behavior differed by month and was the highest in September (male : p=0.048, female : p=0.21, total : p=0.28). As a result of multiple regression analysis, the average number of patients admitted to the ER for wrist cutting behavior was related to the interaction between atmospheric pressure in the prior month and temperature in males (p=0.010), and showed a positive correlation with sunlight in females [p=0.044, β=4.70×10-3, 95% CI=(1.19×10-4, 9.27×10-3)]. Conclusions : Wrist cutting behavior shows seasonality in male, which is associated with changes in meteorological variables.

This study was performed to determine health-related dietary and lifestyle of characteristic factors associated with sodium hyperingestion of korean adults by sexual difference. Study subjects were 30~69years (n=1,622) adults who participated in the 2010 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES V-1). Subjects were divided into the hyperingestion group (HG, n=1,494) and normal ingestion group (NG, n=128) by 'WHO growth standard sodium intakes(2,000mg/day)' and the relationships between Comparison of demographics and physical measurement, eating behaviors and health-related factors were analyzed. By logistic regression method, risk factors for sodium hyperingestion group revealed in this study were gender(female), number of family', 'breakfast', 'lunch', 'dinner', 'nutrition labeling use'. and In case of male, risk factors for sodium hyperingestion group were 'lunch', 'dinner', 'self-rated body image' of eating behaviors. In case of female, Which were number of family' of demographics, 'breakfast', 'lunch', 'dinner' of eating behaviors. In these results, according to different sexual aspect of sodium hyperingestion, we suggest that nutrition label use and proper nutrition intake criteria among sexual, recognition promotion campaign along with education program for repressed sodium hyperingestion related to hypertension prevention of korean adults should include eating habits improvement and demographics lifestyle modification.
