As elderly population increases their use of public libraries also increases, and thus, public library services for older people need to be more developed. The information needs of older population are mostly related to the everyday life, such as health, medical care, social welfare, the main services of public library community information services or information and referral services. Through a literature review, foreign case studies, homepage surveys, site surveys, this study explores types and content of community information for elderly people, and suggests, ways of enhancing community information services for elderly people.

뉴욕시 정부의 이민자들에 대한 다각적인 접근과 시도에도 불구하고 의료 서비스 제공자들과 대상자간에 언어적 장벽과 문화적 차이로 인한 상호협조의 어려움은 계속되고있다. 본 연구는 뉴욕시 보건국 소속 다민족 다문화 계층의 의료수준 향상을 위한 노력의 일환으로 실시된 프로젝트 중 일부이다. 뉴욕시의 한국 이민자들이 뉴욕시에서 증가하는 추세를 감안할 때, 이들의 의료시설 이용 및 서비스 수혜에 대한 기초 조사를 실시하여 한국 이민자들의 문화적 배경과 그로 기인한 건강 신념을 알고자하는 시 정부 차원의 요구가 이 연구의 배경이다. 즉, 한국이민 사회의 독특한 특성을 뉴욕시 정부 관련 의료서비스 제공자들에게 그 이해를 높여서 한국 이민자들의 미국에서의 의료서비스 수혜의 기회를 높이고자 한 것이다. 기초 관련 연구가 전무한 한국 이민자들의 건강관련 이슈를 다루기 위해 미국 센서스와 병원 입퇴원 기록 현황에 나타난 한국인 혹은 아시안의 의료보장 실태 등을 고찰하였고, 한국이민사회의 주요 기관의 대표들과의 면담과 이민자들을 대상으로 한 직접 설문조사로 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 한국 이민자들은 한국어를 주요 언어$(83\%)$로 사용하는 것으로 나타나 문화의 동화율이 낮았고, 낮은 문화 동화율은 의료 서비스 접근도를 낮추는 요인으로 나타났다. 또한, 의료 보험이 없는 것$(55\%)$이 가장 큰 요인으로 지적되었는데, 이는 미국 직장에 적응하기 어려운 이민생활로 자영업을 주로 하는 생활 양태가 비싼 사 보험(private health insurance)을 사지 못하는 요인과 관련되어있다고 본다. 따라서, 주로 이용하는 의료 서비스의 종류에도 많은 제한점이 있어서, $60\%$가 한국인 의사를 선호하며, $31\%$가 한국인 약사에게 건강관리를 의존하는 것으로 나타나 미국사회의 의료 서비스 접근도는 극히 취약한 것으로 드러났다. 의료서비스 접근을 막는 주요 장벽으로는 비싼 의료비 $(53\%)$ , 의사소통장애$(37\%)$로 나타났다. 보건의료 서비스를 위해 주로 이용하며 생활의 정보를 얻는 통로로는 한국어 신문$(69\%)$과 한국어 TV$(61\%)$, 한국어 라디오 $(57\%)$로 밝혀졌다. 결론적으로 한국 이민자들에게 좀더 나은 의료 서비스 수혜를 위해서는 문화 친밀도가 높은 의료환경 조성 및 의료 서비스 제공자들의 이해를 높이는 일 등과 함께 한국 이민자들이 의료보험을 살수 있도록 한국어로 된 의료 서비스 정보를 제공하는 등의 노력이 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

In this paper, we describe a method capable of measuring biological signals including respiration, heart rate, blood pressure, and blood sugar, using UWB (Ultra Wide Band) pulses, while does not contact the human body. Physiological signal is a basic data for checking the health. Because life is longer and active area of human becomes very broad, the medical system and the physical human resources which are focused on existing hospital must be located close patient, In that way, they hope be to engage in healthy life by stepping a quick step and treatment. Thus, it must be fitted closely to the patient. It is necessary to monitor the health without inconvenience on an ongoing basis. How to utilize radio waves in this way have been studied for a long time. However, the characteristics of radio waves on the human body has not been accurately grasped and developed as such. Accordingly, it is a level that can not be applied clinically. So, it is not widely put to practical use. In this paper, We analyzed and described the impact and characteristics of UWB pulses to the human body is a problem existing.

This study was conducted with the purpose of presenting data for preparing elderly work policies and mental health policies by comparing and analyzing the effects of working ability on depression of urban and rural elderly people. Data from the 16th year of the Korea Welfare Panel (2021) were used for the analysis data for this study, and data from 4,838 elderly people aged 65 and over were extracted and used for analysis. For the analysis method, descriptive statistics and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0. As a result of the study, it was found that the depression decreased when the elderly were able to work. It was found that health status and household type had an effect on urban elderly, and health status and education level of rural elderly affected. Therefore, it is necessary to provide local social welfare services that are appropriate for the local characteristics, suitable for the resources and environment of urban and rural areas.

독거노인의 수가 증가함에 따라 노인의 건강한 생활 패턴 유지 및 응급상황탐지 등을 위해 생활모니터링에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단순히 사물에 대한 접촉만으로 일상생활행위(ADL : activity of daily living)를 인식하기 보다는 노인의 행동과 연관이 있는 사물의 접촉을 함께 고려한 행위인 요소ADL를 인식하여 정확하게 최종 ADL를 인식할 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 행위센서로부터 인식된 물리적 행위분류는 간혹 튀는 데이터들로 인해 잘못된 결과가 나오므로, 이를 보정함으로써 인식의 정확성을 더 보장한다. 실험결과는 8개의 요소ADL에 대해 97% 이상의 인식 결과를 보이며, 이는 최종 ADL을 인식하는데 효율적으로 적용할 수 있음을 보인다.

유비쿼터스 시대를 맞이해서 휴대용 진단 진료 기기를 환자가 쉽게 휴대 및 착용해서 환자의 질병 및 건강 상태를 모니터링 하여 위험한 상황을 미리 예측, 통지가 가능한 시스템을 발전시켜야 할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이를 위하여 다양한 특성을 가진 휴대용 의료 계측 기기 센서들을 환자의 신체에 부착하고 다양한 센서들이 네트워크를 형성하여 인터넷과 통신하는 것은 물론 이동이 가능해야 한다. 즉, 센서 네트워크 기술과 이동성 기술이 접목된 네트워킹 기술이 필요하지만 아직까지 실질적인 적용에 대한 구체적인 연구는 없는 형편이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구사항을 만족시키는 U-헬스케어 시스템을 구축하기 위해 각 센서 노드에 IPv6 를 적용하여 항상 인터넷에 연결되어 실시간 모니터링이 가능함과 동시에 네트워크 단위의 이동성을 지원하는 프로토콜과 연동하는 시나리오와 구조를 제시한다.

통계청의 65세 이상 독거노인의 실태(통계청의 '2010 고령자 통계') 통계에 의하면, 2010년 65세 이상 노인이 홀로 사는 '노인단독가구(독거노인)' 수는 1,021천 가구로, 총 가구의 6.0%를 차지하고 있으며, 2030년에는 노인 단독가구의 비중이 11.8%에 이를 것으로 전망하고 있다. 또한 이런 독거노인들은 열악한 환경 속에서 건강문제, 경제적인 어려움, 외로움, 소외감 등 여러 가지 복지서비스적인 문제점이 나타날 보여 진다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 앞으로 점점 고령화사회로 진전이 이루어질 것으로 보이기 때문에, 독거노인의 증가로 인해 발생되어지는 문제점을 현실적으로 파악하고, 이들이 요구하고 있는 복지 수요를 대처하기 위한 실버케어시스템을 설계하여 제안한다.

지구상에서 일어나고 있는 기후변화와 식량부족 문제에 대응하기 위한 방법으로 디지털농업화는 선진국을 중심으로 빠르게 전환되고 있다. 농촌에서의 노령화에 따른 노동력부족은 스마트팜을 비롯한 디지털농업화를 더욱 요구하고 있는 실정이고 농업이 지속 가능한 산업으로 자리잡기 위해서는 많은 변화와 정책적지원이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 디진털농업화에 따른 농업경영체의 기업성과 결정요인에 관한 연구를 정부지원정책 프로그램 활용의 조절효과 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농업경영체의 디지털기술혁신지향성, 운용혁신지향성, 생태계건강지향성, 기업가정신지향성이 기업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 불확실한 환경 하에서 정부의 프로그램 중에서 재정적지원과 기술개발지원의 조절효과를 살펴보고 기업성과를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

수명의 연장과 생활수준의 향상으로 인해 건강하고 아름다운 삶에 대한 관심과 욕구가 높아지고 이에 따라 미용 서비스 산업은 급격한 신장을 이루었고 이러한 미용업의 발달로 인해 미용분야는 전문화·세분화 되고 있다. 하지만 현재 우리나라는 이러한 미용업의 발전을 뒷받침할 수 있는 독립적 미용업 관련 법률을 갖추지 못하고 공중위생관리법으로 미용분야의 규율이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 미용산업의 독자적인 발전을 도모하고 미용업의 특성에 맞는 법적 규제를 위해서는 미용관련 독자적인 법률의 제정이 요구된다. 미용관련 독자적 법률의 제정의 방향은 면허권자를 보건복지부 장관으로 하고, 전문분야별 세부적 면허제도를 마련함이 필요하다. 또한 학력에 따른 지식이나 기술을 고려하여 면허의 종류에 따라 할 수 있는 업무범위 또는 개설영업범위를 달리하는 방법 등을 마련하여야 하고, 미용업에 대한 면허제도의 합리적 정비를 전제로 미용업 개설의 신고제는 유지됨이 타당하다.

In this paper, we propose a distributed model that recognize ADLs of human can be occurred in daily living places. We collect and analyze user's environmental, location or activity information by simple sensor attached home devices or utensils. Based on these information, we provide a lifecare services by inferring the user's life pattern and health condition. But in order to provide a lifecare services well-refined activity recognition data are required and without enough inferred information it is very hard to build an ADL activity recognition model for high-level situation awareness. The sequence that generated by sensors are very helpful to infer the activities so we utilize the sequence to analyze an activity pattern and propose a distributed linear time inference algorithm. This algorithm is appropriate to recognize activities in small area like home, office or hospital. For performance evaluation, we test with an open data from MIT Media Lab and the recognition result shows over 75% accuracy.
