For statistical analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 26.0 program. The results of the study showed as follows. As a result of the regression analysis, gender (β= -.045, p<.05) and residence status (β= -.048, p<.05) among the demographic characteristics as control variables had a statistically significant effect on the level of medical service satisfaction. Among the health characteristics, IADL (β=-.044, p<.05) had a statistically significant effect on medical service satisfaction level. In the case of medical service characteristics, satisfaction with medical facilities and equipment (β = .290, p< .001), medical staff's level of understanding of disability (β = .404, p< .001), health-related service use (β = .182, p<.05) had a statistically significant effect on the level of medical service satisfaction. Based on the results, practical alternatives to ensure health equity in the community medical system were suggested in the discussion to enhance the health management and self-determination capabilities of the disabled elderly.

  • With the paradigm shifts towards consumer-centered health service, it is expected that more health care consumers will keep their health information and manage their own health in the future. Thus, this study was conducted to compare "Understanding", "Utilization" and "Management" of Personal Health Record(PHR) between medical users(healthcare students) and health care providers(medical students). We collected data from 208 health and medical students via using self-reported questionnaires form April to June, 2011. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, t-test, Chi-square on SPSS 19.0 version. There was no significant difference in "Understanding" of PHR between two groups. Looking at the order of the importance of PHR contents, two groups equally emphasized medical records, surgical history, and test results. There was significant difference in both time and effectiveness of PHR(p=0.02). Intergrated type of PHR was preferred by both groups. Recently, PHR reflects needs and demands of users more than ever. However there are many limitations to promote the utilization. In the future, it is necessary to implement targeted strategies for the elderly groups and specific types of disease.

As for the research method, a survey was conducted on 608 workers at hospitals in the metropolitan area from April 20 to July 30, 2021. As research tools, questions related to work loss, oral health status, and oral health quality of life were investigated. For the analysis methods, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA test, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed. As a result of controlling exogenous variables, gender(β=0.108), systemic disease(β=0.136), oral health level(β=0.201), and oral health status(β=0.463) were found to have an effect on the quality of life. Initiating regular oral health education for non-medical hospital workers will be of great help to promote oral health and work.
