교대근무 부적응 증후군의 개념 분석 (Concept Analysis of Shift Work Maladaptation Syndrome)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze and clarify the concept of shift work maladaptation syndrome and to facilitate development of interventions for the shift work adaptation. Methods: This study used Walker and Avant's concept analysis process. Results: Shift work maladaptation syndrome can be defined as the following attributes: 1) destruction of the circadian rhythm, 2) existence of a threshold, 3) individual characteristics (year of career, type of personality, and type of coping) 4) somatization, and 5) negative emotional conditions. The antecedents of shift work maladaptation syndrome consist of counterclockwise shift work, irregular shift cycle, night work which is breaking circadian rhythm, and lifestyle changing. The consequences as a result of shift work maladaptation syndrome are deterioration of health (gastrointestinal, neuro-psychic, cardiovascular function), reduction of social relationships, and turnover or resign. Conclusion: The results of this study can be useful as the foundation of shift work adaptation implementation.

폭력 피해 경험이 아동.청소년의 정신건강에 미치는 영향: 자아개념의 매개효과 분석 (Effects of Violence Victimization on Mental Health of Children and Adolescents: Analysis of Mediating Effects of Self-concept)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to clarify mediating effects of self-concept on mental health of children and adolescents who fell victim to violence. Methods: A survey was conducted on 4th, 5th, and 6th graders from 2 elementary schools and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year students from 3 middle schools (n=2,391). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and AMOS. Results: The mean scores of mental health and self-concept in the subjects were 4.5 and 184.9 respectively. The rate of poor mental health in students who had fallen victim to violence was more than twice as high as that in students who had never experienced it. The self-concept of students who experienced violence had a tendency to decline. Violence experience and self-concept accounted for 47.7%(43.0% for boys and 53.4% for girls) of the changes in mental health. The indirect mediating effects of self-concept were significant. Conclusion: Based on the findings, the following is suggested. Schools should offer a self-concept improvement program for students with a distorted self-concept caused by falling victim to violence. It could help such adolescents have a positive self image and improve their mental health.

경력단절 후 재취업한 간호사의 전문직 자아개념, 자아탄력성, 직무 스트레스가 업무수행능력에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Professional Self-concept, Ego-resilience, and Job Stress on Job Performance of Nurses who are Reemployed after Career Interruption)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the influence of professional self-concept, ego-resilience, and job stress on job performance in reemployed nurses after career interruption. Methods: The participants were 207 nurses who worked at hospitals with more than 100 beds located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon provinces. The nurses had experienced a career interruption of at least one year, and had less than five years of experience at the current workplace. The collected data were analyzed utilizing SPSS 24.0 program and using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The participants' job performance, professional self-concepts, ego-resilience, and job stress showed significant positive correlations. It was found that the professional self-concept, ego-resilience, and job stress had an effect on the participant's job performance in order, and explained 51.3% of variance in job performance. Conclusion: To improve the job performance of career disconnected nurses, it is necessary to reinforce job stress control, professional self-concept, and level of ego-resilience.

요양병원 간호사의 전문직 자아개념과 직무만족 (Professional Self-concept and Job Satisfaction among Nurses Working in Long-term Care Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between professional self-concept and job satisfaction of nurses working in long-term care hospitals and to consider strategies to improve these factors. Methods: Data were collected using structured questionnaires given to 135 nurses working at six long-term care hospitals in C City. The data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 by descriptive statistics, Cronbach's α, t-test, one-way ANOVA, a Scheffé test, and with Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The average score for professional self-concept was 2.78 points (out of 4 points), and the average score for job satisfaction was 3.11 points (out of 5 points). Significant differences were found for professional self-concept according to age, marriage status, total work experience, number of patients per nurse, and position, while job satisfaction showed significant differences depending on age and the number of patients in the ward. Professional self-concept and job satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation (r=.46, p<.001). Conclusion: In long-term care hospitals, it is necessary to provide education programs about nursing practice, communication, and leadership to enhance the professional self-concept of nurses. With regard to job satisfaction for nurses, it is imperative to improve the work environment of long-term care hospitals.

전담간호사의 역할갈등과 전문직 자아개념이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Role Conflict and Professional Self-Concept on Job Satisfaction of Physician Assistant Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study is investigate the role conflict, professional self-concept, and job satisfaction degree of the physician assistant nurses, and to grasp the factors affecting job satisfaction. Methods: Data were collected from September to October, 2018 and 156 physician assistant nurses working at one certified tertiary hospital, four general hospitals, using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The degree of job satisfaction of the subject was 2.76 out of 5. The influential factors in the job satisfaction of the subjects were professional self-concept (β=.51, p<.001), and role conflict (β=-.29, p<.001), affected job satisfaction by 53.5%. Conclusion: In order to improve the job satisfaction of physician assistant nurses, the role conflict should be solved and a plan to form a positive self-concept should be sought. Therefore, through the identification of the roles that are appropriate to the situation in Korea and the legal and institutional positioning, they will need to be recognized and developed.

뇌종양 환자의 불확실성 개념분석 (Concept Analysis of Uncertainty in Brain Tumor Patients)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to clarify the concept of uncertainty in brain tumor patients. Methods: We used the Walker and Avant's concept analysis method. We searched RISS, MEDLINE, CINAHL, and EMBASE for published articles in Korean and English from January 2002 to December 2022. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 27 articles were selected for the final analysis. Result: "Uncertainty in brain tumor" was defined as a state in which related clues during the process of experiencing a disease after brain tumor diagnosis are unclear or difficult to understand, new experiences different from before, or a condition in which it is difficult to judge fragmentarily. Moreover, the empirical criteria for the attributes of uncertainty in brain tumor patients were ambiguity of the disease process, diversity of information, unpredictability of prognosis, and complexity of management. Conclusion: Brain tumor patients with uncertainty require strategic technology development so that brain tumor patients, their families, and health care providers can use reasonable coping methods.

  • 이 글의 목적은 긍정 임상심리학의 개요를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 긍정 임상심리학의 두 가지 핵심 영역인 멘탈 휘트니스(mental fitness)와 긍정 심리치료의 개념을 살펴본 후 '고대 멘탈 휘트니스 긍정 심리치료 프로그램'을 소개하였다. 그 과정에서 전통적인 심리치료와 긍정 심리치료의 차이를 비교하였고 멘탈 휘트니스라는 개념이 도입되게 된 역사적인 배경 그리고 멘탈 휘트니스와 정신건강 교양(mental health literacy)의 관계를 조사하였다. 이러한 고찰에 기초하여 긍정 임상심리학의 제한점 및 발전가능성이 논의되었다.

구강건강신념이 주관적 구강건강을 매개하여 전신건강에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Subjective Oral Health on the Relationship between Oral Health Beliefs and Total Body Health)

  • 본 연구는 구강건강신념이 주관적 구강건강을 매개로 하여 전신건강에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 성인 249명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 그 결과 연구대상자의 구강건강신념은 평균 3.75점, 구강건강신념의 구성요인 중 민감성 3.41, 심각성 3.73, 중요성 4.22, 유익성 4.19으로 나타났으며, 주관적 구강건강은 3.77점, 전신건강은 3.06점으로 나타났다. 구강건강신념과 주관적 구강건강은 부의 상관(r=-0.54, p<0.001)을 가지며, 구강건강신념과 전신건강도 부의 상관(r=-0.30, p<0.001)을 가지며, 주관적 구강건강과 전신건강은 정의 상관(r=0.47, p<0.001)을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 구강건강신념은 주관적 구강건강을 완전 매개하여 전신건강에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 성인의 구강건강신념 대한 구강보건교육프로그램을 개발하여 올바른 지식과 태도를 바탕으로 구강건강관리를 포함한 포괄적 개념의 전신건강관리를 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있으리라 생각된다.

개인화된 건강 데이터 처리를 위한 2-Step 개방형 시스템의 설계 (Design of Two-Step Open System for Personalized Health Data Access)

  • ICT 힐링플랫폼의 목적은 만성질환 예방이며 생체신호 및 생활습관 등의 정보를 기반으로 한 질환조기 경보를 목표로 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 개인화된 건강 데이터 접근을 위한 2-Step 개방형 시스템(TOS)은 ICT 힐링플랫폼에서의 개인 건강관련 데이터 공급자와 서비스 공급자 사이를 연결하여 개인화된 건강 데이터를 중계하는 소프트웨어 엔진이다. 제안시스템은 개인건강 문서 저장부인 Inbound 모듈과 외부기관에 조회 서비스를 제공하기 위한 Outbound 모듈로 2step으로 분리하여 운용한다. 이를 위해 Step간의 데이터 교환 정의를 위해 개인화 편집 가능한 Manifest 개념을 제안한다. 설계된 시스템은 여러 건강 관련 서비스 기관들(병원, 피트니스센터, 건강검진센터, 개인건강장치 등)에 산재되어 있는 개인 건강 정보를 개인 주도하에 수집하고 개방화하는데 참조모델로 활용할 수 있다.

스포츠에 참여 중인 대학생들의 신체적 자기개념이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향: 위계적 회귀분석을 중심으로 (The Effects of Physical Self-concept on Self-efficacy among University Students in Sports : Focusing on Hierarchical Regression Analysis.)

  • 이 연구는 스포츠에 참여하는 대학생들의 신체적 자기개념과 자기효능감의 관계를 요인별 중요도에 따라서 위계적으로 분석하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구 대상자는 비확률 표본추출법 중 편의표본추출법을 이용하여, 경북 S시에 소재한 4곳의 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 377명을 표집하였다. 총 354부를 분석하여 사용하였다. 분석 프로그램은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 자기효능감의 자기 조절효능감 요인을 향상시키기 위한 신체적 자기개념의 요인으로 자기 존중감, 지구력, 건강, 유연성 요인 순으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 신체적 자기개념 요인 중 신체활동 요인을 높게 지각할수록 자기 조절 효능감에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기효능감과의 자신감과 신체적 자기개념과의 관계에서는 자기 존중감, 건강, 근력 순으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 과제 난이도 선호와 신체적 자기개념과의 관계에서는 지구력이 좋을수록 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 신체활동을 높게 지각할수록 과제 난이도 선호에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
