가축사료가 인간의 건강 위해의 잠재적 원인의 하나라고 생각되지 않았던 것이, 치근 다양한 식품안전 위기로부터 사료도 식품안전과 관련이 있다는 것이 명백하게 되었다. 소해면상뇌증(일명 광우병)의 발생이 반추동물에 포유동물 육골분사료 급여와 관련되어 인간의 CJD 와의 관련가능성, 1998년 citrus pulp의 다이옥신 오염사례, 2001년의 사료의 다이옥신 오염과 농장에 영향을 미친 가축사료의 호르몬(MPA) 오염 등이 가축사료 안전성과 관련된 사례가 유럽 도처에 있었다. 이러한 사건의 모두는 가축사료의 안전에 대한 주의를 필요로 하고 있다. 이러한 특정의 문제 외에 가축사료와 관련하는 잠재적 위해를 주는 것은 마이코톡신(사료원료의 곰팡이 생성으로 인한)을 포함하여 살모넬라균속과 같은 전염성 물질, 제초제, 살균제등의 농약잔류 및 산업/환경 등에 의한 다른 외부 오염물(수은, PCB, 납, 카드뮴) 등이 있다. 가축과 인간의 건강에 잠재적인 영향과 사료품질은 농장에서 사료 원인 작물의 성장에서부터 곡물 수확 시까지 모든 단계에서 좋은 상황에서 이루어져야 하고, 농장에서부터 철저하게 관리하는 사료의 안전한 이용을 위한 가이드라인이 설정되어 있다.

2013년도에 자전거 판매량이 100 만대를 돌파하면서 자전거 운동에 대한 사람들의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 서울시 등 각 지방 자치에서 자전거 도로를 설치하고 자전거 코스를 제공하는 등 국민의 건강관리에 힘쓰고 있다. 자전거를 통한 건강관리에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 스마트 디바이스를 활용한 운동 관련 어플리케이션도 역시 증가하고 있다. 본인의 기록을 측정하기 어렵고 별도의 장비가 필요하던 과거와 달리 이제는 누구나 가지고 있는 스마트폰만으로도 자신의 운동을 효율적으로 자신의 운동을 관리할 수 있도록 하는 어플리케이션이 인기를 끌고 있다. 이러한 수요에 맞추어 스마트 상의 GPS 센서를 이용한 자전거 가이드 시스템 '자전거로 달려볼까'는 별도의 센서를 부착할 필요 없이 스마트폰에 기본적으로 포함되어 있는 GPS 센서를 이용하여 사용자에게 운동 기록 측정, 기록 보기, 코스 및 날씨정보를 제공한다.

The importance of disease prevention and risks of infection for funeral workers is present but it has not been studied about disease prevention of funeral workers in Korea. Health cares of funeral workers in Korea live in poor surroundings, because it depends on only effort of Funeral home or workers. And nationwide survey and guideline made for the infection of funeral workers almost do not exist. We propose the guideline about high infectious disease, personal hygiene, physical and spatial management in Korea. We aim to exploit the guidelines in the control, or ideally the eradication, of the disease or infection conditions we are considering. This guidelines contain a guide to funeral director's control procedures and equipment for infectious disease.

The Occupational Safety and Health Research Institute is currently evaluating spirometry tests used for worker health examinations by applying the 2005 American Thoracic Society (ATS) and European Respiratory Society (ERS) spirometric test standardization guide and reviewing the application of the 2019 ATS/ERS guide. To compare results obtained using the new evaluation criteria with previous results and determine whether it is appropriate to apply them to Korean workers' health examinations, we reviewed spirometry results from 325 special health examination institutions. Although evaluation criteria such as extrapolation volume, correction error, and forced inspiratory vital capacity were applied more strictly, institutions had higher reliability scores. Primarily because the acceptability and repeatability of forced expiratory volume in 1 second and forced vital capacity were judged separately, and thus, deduction width was reduced. The study shows that adopting the new evaluation criteria would reduce the possible use of inappropriate data, increase tester and doctor understanding of result selection and interpretation, increase result reliability, and reduce the testing burden.

The worldwide population is aging rapidly. In this circumstance, Korean society is in need of the urgent comprehensive countermeasures that will help the elderly with their health problems and infection control in their daily life. Universal design has supportive, adaptable, accessible and safety-oriental design standards for the elderly. Is this study, we propose the guidelines of the mobile application development based on the application of the universal design for infection control in the elderly. From the perspective of the universal design, there are several important guidelines including 'generalized access', 'simple and intuitive usage', 'low physical effort', and 'visualized language' based on the KCDC(Korea centers for disease control and prevention) principles for the elderly. These findings show that the guidelines for improving the health literacy of the mobile application via universal design are necessary to enhance the health behavior of infection control for the elderly.

Objectives To initiate and develop a treatment guideline in multidisciplinary approaches for related professions who are either working and/or living with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders who show behavioral problems. Methods To collect and reflect opinions from multiple professions who assumedly have different interventions or mediations on behavioral problems, a self-report survey and Focus Group Interview (FGI) were conducted for a group of child and adolescent psychiatrists, behavioral therapists, special education teachers, social welfare workers, and caregivers. Results According to a self-report survey and FGI results from multiple professional groups, aggressive behavior is the mostly common behavioral problem necessitating urgent interventions. However, both mainly used intervention strategies and effective treatment methods were different depending on professional backgrounds, such as pharmacological treatment, parent training, and behavior therapy, even though they shared an importance of improving communication skills. In addition, there was a common understanding of necessity to include parent training in a guideline. Lastly the data suggested lack of proper treatment facilities, qualified behavior therapists, and lack of standardized treatment guideline in the field needed to be improved for a quality of current therapeutic services. Conclusion It is supported that several subjects should be included in the guidelines, such as how to deal with aggressive behavior, parent training, and biological aspects of neurodevelopmental disorders. Also, it is expected that publishing the guideline would be helpful to above multiple professions as it is investigated that there are lack of treatment facility and qualified behavioral therapists compared to need at the moment.
