본 연구에서는 도시, 농촌, 어촌지역 주민들의 주거만족도와 지역사회 및 생활환경 만족도를 비교 측정하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 특성은 지역을 하나의 통제변인으로 분석에 포함시켜 제변인들의 영향력의 방향과 정도를 파악하고자 하였다는 점이다. 자료는 1993년 6월 부터 1994년 6월 동안 488명의 주부를 대상으로 수집하였으며, 대구에 거주하는 주부 254명과 경북권내의 영천과 청도 등의 농촌지역에 거주하는 주부 124명, 그리고 한산도 섬내에 거주하는 주부 110명을 대상으로 각 가정을 방문하여 면접법을 실행하였다. 회귀분석을 실행한 결과, 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 주거비와 주거소유형태였으며, 거주하고 있는 지역사회와 생활환경에 대한 만족도가 증가할수록 주거만족도도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 지역을 고려할 때, 도시거주자의 주거만족도가 농촌이나 어촌거주자의 주거만족도 보다 높은 반면 지역사회에 대한 만족도와 생활환경 만족도는 농촌거주자와 어촌거주자가 도시거주자보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역을 고려한 주거정책 관련 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 이용될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to analysis for maintenance satisfaction of Apartment Building residents in Bundang. For this purpose, questionnaire survey about the level of maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents and condition of management. and secondary statistical analysis the important factors which influence the degree of residence maintenance satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : the maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents high correlation with satisfaction of residence. and outsider entrance control level and the head of superintendent's office integrity gives high influence on maintenance of Apartment Building.

This study examined the relationship between transition in living arrangement and life satisfaction outcomes among older adults in Korea. This study utilized the secondary data of 2 waves(2005-2011) of a Korean Retirement and Income Study from the National Pension Research Institute. This study categorized living arrangement transition over time into 16 categories and used generalized the estimation equation(GEE) modeling to examine the relationship between living arrangement transition group membership and life satisfaction. The results showed that transition in living arrangement in old age was partly and significantly associated with life satisfaction in later life. In particular, the best living arrangement type in older adults in terms of life satisfaction was the coresidence with spouse compared with residence alone or residence with their children. The group of residence with their children was not related to higer satisfaction. More research is needed to explore the mechanism behind older people's trajectory in transition in living arrangement.

본 연구는 서울지역 아파트 거주자를 대상으로 거주자의 주거환경 만족도, 인구통계학적 특성과 주거형태에 따른 주거환경 만족에 차이, 그리고 주거환경 만족도간에는 상관관계가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울지역 아파트 거주자 500명을 대상으로 2009년 9월 1일부터 2009년 9월 20일까지 조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 빈도 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan Multiple Ranger's Test 등을 계산하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울지역 아파트 거주자의 주거환경만족도는 중간이상의 수준을 나타냈으며, 사회환경 중 단지질서 만족도가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 거주자 변인에 따른 시설환경 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 거주자 변인에 따른 근린, 사회환경 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 4) 주거환경 만족도 변수상호간에는 주택환경 만족도와 단지 내 환경 만족도, 단지 내 환경 만족도와 관리상태 만족도간 밀접한 상관관계가 있었다.

The main purpose of this paper is to find out the characteristics of foreign tourists comparing to Korean and how they evaluate the festival respectively. Data were collected during the 57th Baekje cultural tourism festival. The total of 674 sample sizes was collected during the festival, of which 558 respondents were domestic visitors, and 116 were foreign visitors. The empirical results showed that domestic visitors and foreign visitors are different in terms of the perception of performance evaluation, and satisfaction. Especially foreigners' degrees of satisfaction proved to be higher than those of koreans. It also expects the result of the study contribute to the development of efficient festival management policies and programs and facilities to meet the goals of cultural tourism festivals. Besides, the outcome of this research may be useful to other festivals and their future operation.

본 연구는 근린환경에 대한 거주자의 인지도를 파악하고, 현재 거주하고있는 지역의 근린환경에 대한 만족도를 조사하여 앞으로의 주거이동 성향이 어떻게 나타날 것인가를 예측해보는데 그 목적이 있다. 측정도구의 신뢰도계수($Cronbach's\;\alpha$)는 0.865이며, 분석방법은 빈도, 평균, $x^2$ 검증, t-검증, 일원변령분석 요인분석, 피어슨의 상관계수, 중다회귀분석, 다변량판별분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째 '입지성' 속성에 대해 거주자의 인지와 만족이 가장 긍정적이었고 '쾌적성 및 정체감' 에 대해 가정 부정적이었다. 둘째 근린환경 인지도가 높을수록 부인의 교육수준이 높을수록 주거소유권이 자가이고 상가주변지역에 살고 있는 거주자들의 근린환경에 대한 총 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째 거주기간 총 만족도, 주거용도 지역, 주택규모, 소득수준이 주거이동 성향을 판별하는 변인으로 나타났다.

The statistical analyzing of environmental-friendly planning elements is getting important because it is getting concerned with the change of residential types and environmental friendly housing. However, in terms of the high-rise residential complex, paper about green building rating system and research about residential satisfaction to residents are lack. Therefore, this paper is analyzing of impotentness and satisfaction about housing subdivision, inside of building, facility, and maintenance. In addition, residential satisfaction(satisfaction, loyalty, preference) and impact relationship of environmental-friendly planning elements are analyzed by PLS structural equation. To sum up, first, improving of green building rating system in housing subdivision is impacted on loyalty if satisfaction was fulfilled. Second, increasing of environmental-friendly planning elements in inside of building is impacted on loyalty if both satisfaction and preference were fulfilled. Third, providing of green building rating system in facility and maintenance is analyzed as preference, but satisfaction hypotheses is not valued.

This study is a study on the satisfaction of the living conditions of the residents of Chungcheongnam-do, and the analysis data was based on the results of the Chungcheongnam-do social survey conducted in 2020 by Statistics Korea. The results of the analysis on the satisfaction of the living conditions of the residents of Chungnam Province are summarized as follows. The level of satisfaction with the quality of life of the living environment, which is a personal characteristic, was 5.92 out of 10 for the degree of satisfaction with one's life, and 6.28 out of 10 for the overall value of the work one is doing. The overall life satisfaction of the region (city and gun) was analyzed as 5.81 out of 10, indicating that the satisfaction of Chungnam residents was more than average. In addition, satisfaction with the residential housing environment was analyzed with the highest frequency and ratio of 43.5%, with 226 people being slightly satisfied. Satisfaction with facility use was also slightly higher in 231 people, showing 44.5% response rate, and slightly higher in women than in men. This study is meaningful in that it provides basic data such as policy implications for improving the quality of life by grasping the social interests related to the quality of life and the subjective consciousness of the people of Chungnam.

This study aims to examine the effect of housing characteristics of older adults on the willingness to continue living in local communities in order to realize the Aging in place of the elderly in Korea. Considering that the health status of the elderly is important for aging in place, both healthy and unhealthy cases were analyzed in the analyses. Housing characteristics include home ownership, housing cost burden, housing convenience, housing satisfaction, and residential environment satisfaction. The study sample is 9,798 elderly people from the 2017 survey on the elderly. Key findings are as follows: First, while 6,704 older adults (68.4%) chose to continue living in the community, 3,094 (31.6%) of the elderly did not choose to live in the local community. Second, the elderly who chose to stay in the local community are likely to have more real estate assets and less burden of housing expenses than the elderly group who did not. Third, the results report that older adults with more real estate assets and lower the housing cost burden are likely to choose sustainable living in the local community. The findings suggest that the majority of the elderly actually preferred Aging in place. This study concludes with practice and policy implications for realizing aging in place considering the elderly's needs.

중ㆍ고등학생의 점심식사가 학교급식의 형태로 점차 전환되고 있는 실정에서 수도권에 거주하는 중ㆍ고등학생을 대상으로 점심식사 유형에 따른 만족도를 조사하여 학생들의 만족도를 증가시킬 수 있는 점심식사를 제공하는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 수도권 거주 중ㆍ고등학생의 경우 응답자의 54.2％가 학교 급식을 하였으며, 37.4％가 도시락을 싸오고, 3.7％는 도시락 전문점, 1.6％는 학교 식당, 1.1％는 학교 밖 식당을 이용하였으며, 1.1％는 기타, 1.1％는 먹지 않는다고 조사되었다. (중략)
