최근 화재 발생시 화재의 열적 영향에 의한 인명 피해보다 연기 발생에 따른 피난로의 미확보, 독성 가스의 발생에 따른 질식사고에 의한 인명 피해가 급증하고 있다. 건물 내 화재시 발생되는 다량의 연기 및 독성 가스는 건물 내의 거주자의 피난을 방해하여 인명 피해의 중요 원인이 된다.(중략)

본 연구는 거실조명환경을 시계열적으로 분석하기 위하여 1985년, 1991년, 1996년의 조사결과를 고찰한 것이다. 그 결과, 평균조도가 증가되기는 하였으나 아직도 충분한 밝기를 확보하지 못하고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 조명환경이 향상되었음에도 불구하고 거주자의 의식 및 평가는 그리 높지 않았다.

The KGBCC(Korean Green Building Certification Criteria), which is the assessment standard of green buildings, is not enough to reflect all the current demands of residents. Therefore, the comparative analysis between the certification score and the residents' satisfaction of a promotional green apartment, a awarded green apartment, and a certified green building apartment was carried out to derive improvements of the KGBCC. The residents of selected three apartments were surveyed through the assessment items of the KGBCC. According to the research, the certified green building apartment shows the highest certification score and residents' satisfaction overall, compared with other two apartments. Finally, the improvements of KGBCC were determined through the reason of the residents' dissatisfaction. The KGBCC that is improved by this study can be used for the new assessment standard of green buildings.

As a part of "The method of suitable design for resident," the purpose of this study is to figure out the resident aptitude of client through "Saju-Myungrihak" more effectively and precisely. That is, the study is to find out the relations between individual character and environmental interior tendency through experimentingss to make Images based on one's individual inherent aptitude and character. For all these reasons, we proudly launch to develop the interior design program based on emotional inherent-aptitude technology for our clients with applying Nakamitch Mizuo's emotional technology thesis "the Expert System." However, a critical implication made by Nakamitch Mizuo's emotional technology, elucidates the fact that there was a problem for understanding the system of client's inherent aptitude. 1. 디지털 삶에서 인간들은 더 이상 보호막으로써의 건축 환경이 아닌 함께 상호작용 할 수 있는 감성반응 환경을 요구한다. 즉, 실내 공간은 사람들의 요구를 충족시키거나 사람들의 기분을 만족시키기 위해 건물이 마치 살아 있는 유기체처럼 쉬지 않고 변하는 공간이다. 그러나 건축공간의 물리적 특성의 한계에서 유동적인 감성반응 환경의 요구를 충족시키는 데에는 많은 한계점이 따른다. 그래서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 디지털 환경을 이용한 가상공간에서 실행하였다. 이는 실제공간에서의 시행착오를 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 빠른 시간 내에 인간의 반응을 연구할 수 있다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 감성반응의 실내배색에 의해 실내공간에서의 디지털 벽면의 디자인을 가상공간에서 개발하여 거주자의 감성 반응을 평가하는 것을 연구 목적으로 두었다. 이와 같은 거주자의 감성반응형 환경 디자인은 미래의 디자인의 패러다임이 될 것이다.

Today, many studies are progressed about source of vibration oscillator in reinforcement concrete structures. Source of vibration oscillator is load when it is happen from walking inhabitant. It is transmitted to another inhabitant through reinforcement concrete plate, and it is type of elastic wave. Those descriptions are ram wave and primary wave, secondary wave, and the are through the surface and inside plate. Analysis studies of those waves are used to piezoelectric materials. But, they are difficult to 3 axial type of transmitting elastic wave in concrete element. In this study, a fundamental study for source estimations of vibration oscillator using micro accelerometer are discussed.

Recently, newly built apartments in Korea are provided various home automation (HA) systems based on information technology(IT) for residents' safer, healthier and more convenient living. However, the residents in these digital apartments are often not able to use the home automation systems effectively because of lack of their IT knowledge, attitude, or education. However, there are few researches have been done to find out the HA systems' real problems with regard to residents' aspects who use those systems everyday. The purpose of this study was to find out residents' current uses, satisfaction level and existing problems of HA systems by residents' POE. The findings of this study will give useful information to digital home construction companies to provide user-friendly digital home services for increasing users' satisfaction. One distinctive apartment equipped with home automation systems located in Seoul was selected for in-depth personal interview. The researcher developed a survey instrument and collected the data from 58 residents in January, 2007 who had been living there for more than a year. The results of the study found that critical problems were existed in several systems and they caused a lot of dissatisfaction from the residents. Also, some residents do not use several systems although they need to use them due to the burden of maintenance fee. Further detail findings and suggestions of this study were discussed.

본 연구는 연구로 1,2호기 해체과정에서 발생되는 자체처분대상 콘크리트폐기물을 재활용하기 위해서 NUREG-1640 에서 제시하고 있는 시나리오에 대하여 외부피폭선량을 평가하였다. NUREG-1640에서는 콘크리트폐기물 재활용에 적용시 7가지 시나리오를 제시하고 있으며, 각 시나리오를 살펴보면 대량의 콘크리트에 인접, 콘크리트폐기물 수송, 콘크리트폐기물 처리, 매립을 위한 처분활동, 매립지 폐쇄 후 거주자, 콘크리트폐기물 이용 도로건설, 도로포장재로 대량의 콘크리트 이용이 있다.(중략)

경관특성평가(Landscape character assessment)는 지속가능한 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획을 찾는데 있어 점점 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이 연구는 농촌경관(Rural landscape)평가방법의 잠재성에 초점을 두고 전문가에 의한 쉐필드 그린벨트의 경관가치 평가가 그린벨트 안이나 주변에 사는 거주자들의 의견을 반영했는지를 연구하였다. 쉐필드 그린벨트지역을 대상으로 경관특성평가를 하였고 설문지 조사 결과는 경관에 전문지식을 갖고 있는 전문가에 의한 평가와 일반인에 의한 평가결과를 서로 비교하는데 이용하였다. 결과를 통해 두 그룹사이의 유사점들과 차이점들을 판단할 수 있었고 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획을 위한 경관특성평가 과정에서 일반인의 참여의 가능성을 제시할 수 있었다. 앞으로 지속가능한 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획의 중요한 수단으로서 진보된 경관특성평가의 접근방법이 개발되어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

In this paper, several count data model of travel cost recreation demand with Poisson and negative binominal specification are applied to estimate the value of access to the estuary area of Yeongsan river from visitor survey data. The results show that the negative binomial model that accounts for truncation and overdispersion provides the better goodness-of-fit, and therefore the value per visit(i.e. consumer surplus) is 89,350 won for resident of Jeolla province and 432,526 won for that of other provinces. If don't correct overdispersion by relying on Poisson estimates, the consumer surplus will be underestimated. Whereas the consumer surplus will be overestimated unless correct truncation by using estimates of untruncated models. As a result, the truncated negative binomial model should be applied to estimate the travel demand and the consumer surplus per visit by using survey data from single site visitors.
