This paper proposes a face recognition method for access control of apartment building. Different from most existing face recognition methods, the proposed one does not require any manual process for face enrollment. When a person is exiting through the main entrance door, his/her face data (i.e., face image and face feature) are automatically extracted from the captured video and registered in the database. When the person needs to enter the building again, the face data are extracted and the corresponding face feature is compared with the face features registered in the database. If a matching person exists, the entrance door opens and his/her access is allowed. The face data of the matching person are immediately deleted and the database has the latest face data of outgoing person. Thus, a higher recognition accuracy could be expected. To verify the feasibility of the proposed method, Python based face recognition has been implemented and the cloud service provided by a web portal.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of the residents of the new city by examining the consciousness of the occupants to understand the characteristics of the residents of the city of Bundang. As a result of evaluating and analyzing the durability by visual inspection and some equipment tests at the site of the on-site investigation, it was found that there is a problem with the quality, and continuous maintenance is required to improve the durability and usability of the apartment house. In particular, many cracks appearing in the rapidly deteriorated part should be repaired promptly, and a systematic plan should be formulated and carried out. In the apartment housing perception survey of Bundang new city residents, about 93.4% showed above-average satisfaction, and 43.4% showed a favorable preference toward the residential area.

기존 도어락의 핀 인증 방식은 사용자에 따라 불편함을 느끼기도 한다. 이에 대한 솔루션으로 안면인식 도어락을 제안하며 Jetson nano에 face recognition 딥러닝 모델을 적용한 도어락을 제작한다. 거주자의 이미지를 촬영한 뒤 얼굴의 특징점을 분석하여 저장한다. 사용자가 도어락의 카메라에 인식되었을 때 저장된 안면 정보를 바탕으로 사용자가 거주자의 특징점과 일치하는지 확인한다. 거주자임이 인지되었을 때 도어락은 unlock되어 열리게 된다. 안면 인식 도어락 사용 시 보안상 취약해질 수 있는 기존 도어락의 핀 인증 방식에 대해 보안을 강화할 수 있으며 카메라를 통해 촬영된 사용자의 사진 및 영상을 활용하여 여러 서비스를 적용할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to reduce the anxiety factors of fires by following evacuation tips in case of fire in an apartment household. This study analyzed the moderating effects of the control offices' competence in control on safety awareness and fire response. The study results were as follows. First, the residents and control staff's safety awareness had a positive effect on the fire response performance. This indicates that the higher the residents and control staff's safety awareness level, the higher the fire responsive performance. Second, the higher the control offices' control competence level, the better the apartment residents and control staff's safety awareness had a positive effect on the fire response performance. These results indicate that the higher the control office heads' leadership, the higher the apartment residents' housing satisfaction and that the more communicative the control office heads' attitude toward the residents, the better their attitude had a positive effect on the fire response performance. Lastly, the control offices' control competence was analyzed to have a moderating effects on the effect of the apartment residents and control staff's safety awareness level on the fire response performance. These results showed that the change in the model's R² value showed an increasing trend in stages as the value increased more in the stage 2 than the stage 1 and even more in the stage 3 with the interaction terms of the moderating variables added. For this reason, the control offices' control competence which was a moderating variable was analyzed to have a moderating effect on the effect of residents and control staff's safety awareness level on the fire response performance.

The purpose of this study is to propose the system architecture of intelligent ubiquitous house which is able to team the human behavior by itself and to predict the forthcoming situation, and to provide the customized and personalized service based on human behavior. The suggestions for advanced intelligent ubiquitous house are as follows; 1) Service should be combined with dwellers' behavior pattern, location moving pattern and service pattern in order to provide the personalized and customized service. 2) The system should be equipped with 4 components such as Agent, Database, Working Memory, and Log Data. Especially. This proposed system architecture of advanced ubiquitous house, which are equipped with these 4 components, will be the basis of providing customized service to every dwellers by learning dwellers' behavior pattern, accumulating dwellers' information, and recognizing dweller's lift style as time goes by.

본 논문은 실내에서 홈 거주자의 위치를 인식하기 위해 근접성을 이용한 위치 추적 시스템 환경을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존 실내의 고정된 위치에 있는 구조/시설물 및 가전제품의 ON/OFF 스위치를 이용하며 기타 추가적인 스위치 및 센서를 부착하여 개폐동작이 일어날 때 발생되는 신호를 검출하여 실제위치를 얻는다. 발생되는 신호는 Pull-up 저항을 이용한 신호 검출 방법으로 눌려진 스위치나 센서에서 발생된 아날로그 신호를 검출한다. 검출된 신호의 고유한 ID값은 Sensor TMO로 송신되어 수집된다. 수집된 센서ID는 소켓통신을 이용하여 홈서버인 실내위치추적시스템으로 보내질 뿐아니라 원격 모니터링 GUI를 통해 실내 거주자의 위치를 GUI의 가상공간 좌표와 매핑된 홈 거주자의 위치를 보인다. 본 논문에서 제안한 실내위치추적시스템은 홈 거주자의 위치를 주기적으로 모니터링하고 거주자의 이동 패턴과 활동 상황을 파악하여 헬스케어 정보로 활용할 예정이다.

This paper deals with a context-aware application based on Bayesian network in the smart home. Bayesian network is a powerful graphical tool for learning casual dependencies between various context events and obtaining probability distributions. So we can recognize the resident's activities and home environment based on it. However as the sensors become various, learning the structure become difficult. We construct Bayesian network simple and efficient way with mutual information and evaluated the method in the virtual smart home.

The purpose of this study is to present basic data that can assist on projecting the plans of use of balcony space, by identifying the problems derived from balcony remodelling for the sole purpose of securing practical space, and to further research on the role of balcony space in an apartment. The results of this study revealed a high demand on balcony space, thus the key area of research would be on developing various methods of utilizing such balcony space differing among the different types of available residential space, rather than a standardized extension of balcony space.

This study is aimed to survey on the perception of residents about general contents and current status of urban traditional houses in Cheongju. A study on methods is using questionnaire which 12 items of attraction in Urban Traditional Houses and experimental study focusing on residents in Seowoon-dong and Seokgyo-dong where traditional houses are concentrated. As a result, residents of urban traditional houses were categorized 6 sectors, which 4 sectors of Seowoon dong and 2 setors of Seokgyo-dong, caused by the road construction. The urban spatial structures of these sectors are maintained, comparing with aerial photography on 1960's. And residents recognize eco-friendly attraction higher than awareness on traditionality, locality and aesthetic beauty. It is proposed to prepare political alternative about traditionality, locality and aesthetic beauty. Low awareness about traditionality and locality have influenced that residents hope the change of the traditional houses.
