본고는 연세대학교 대학원 주생활학과 조명은씨가 $\ulcorner$아파트 거주자의 위생생활행위 실태분석$\lrcorner$의 연구결과에 따른 것으로 연구대상은 서울시 아파트에 거주하는 주부를 대상으로 1970년대부터 1990년 이후까지 건설된 아파트를 조사대상으로 하였으며 설문조사의 대상범위는 서울시 아파트 거주자들로 계층은 저소득층과 상류층을 제외한 중류층 거주자들을 대상으로 하기 위해 아파트 평수를 20평에서 49평까지 제한했다.

본 연구에서는, 현 시점에서의 주거소음환경 수준 고찰을 위한 설문조사를 실시하고, 유사한 방법으로 실시한 1986년의 설문조사 결과와 비교 고찰함으로써, 1980년대 중반 이후 거주자들의 소음환경에 대한 의식변화 추이와 소음환경 개선상황 및 문제점을 파악해 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between apartment residents'satisfaction and preferences and their environments on purpose to provide useful data for developing new apartment environment based on resident's needs and wants. this research was executed through a questionnaire survey method. The major findings are as follows : (1) Preference of large space of apartment dwelling is still prevailing. The older people have the tendency to prefer orientation to vista. (2) Among environmental factors of livingroom, size is mostly ranked higher than vista and orientation. Result of higher ranking of vista than orientation can be explained with the change of life cycle and patterns based on social environmental change and development of environmental control systems. (3) The highest concern about interior design is targeted to livingroom, and quality of finish materials is preferred at the highest.

The purpose of this study is to get some data to repair the existing apartment housings to energy saving house : The data are a repair requirement, a repair preference, and so on. For this purpose, an interview was carried out for the dwellers who is living in the estates constructed in about 10 years ago. If there would be a financial support of the government, which is to make a loan 1,400 thousand won and the 3.5% interest, then the 53% of dwellers have agreed to repair their houses. And the best preference repair item was a window, the items what is disturbed to their ordinary life would be not easy to be repaired. This survey has limited to only the apartment housings, so the additional survey will be carried out to get the data to practise the government's Green Home project for existing houses.

The purpose of this study is to analysis for maintenance satisfaction of Apartment Building residents in Bundang. For this purpose, questionnaire survey about the level of maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents and condition of management. and secondary statistical analysis the important factors which influence the degree of residence maintenance satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : the maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents high correlation with satisfaction of residence. and outsider entrance control level and the head of superintendent's office integrity gives high influence on maintenance of Apartment Building.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of the residents of the new city by examining the consciousness of the occupants to understand the characteristics of the residents of the city of Bundang. As a result of evaluating and analyzing the durability by visual inspection and some equipment tests at the site of the on-site investigation, it was found that there is a problem with the quality, and continuous maintenance is required to improve the durability and usability of the apartment house. In particular, many cracks appearing in the rapidly deteriorated part should be repaired promptly, and a systematic plan should be formulated and carried out. In the apartment housing perception survey of Bundang new city residents, about 93.4% showed above-average satisfaction, and 43.4% showed a favorable preference toward the residential area.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 건설된 노인전용 조합주택으로 입주한 노인가구를 대상으로 거주자 측면에서의 주거환경 평가이며, 아울러 미국 조합주택에 대한 이해를 도모하고자 한다. 설문지를 통해 수집한 자료는 빈도와 백분율 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 총 171가구가 본 조사에 참여하였다. 조사대상 가구주의 평균 연령은 76세였으며 교육 수준은 높았고, 가족형태는 부부나 독남가구가 대다수였다. 조사에 참여한 가구들은 저렴한 주택비용, 안전성, 주택유지 및 관리의 용이성, 주거 내의 접근용이성을 현 주거환경의 선택 동기로 손꼽았다. 현 주거환경의 평가를 물리적 환경, 사회적 환경, 그리고 거주자 참여방식의 관리에 대한 만족도로 크게 3가지로 나뒀으며, 물리적 환경 관련 요소가 주거환경 평가와 관련한 만족도에 가장 중요하게 작용하였다. 본 연구결과는 장기적인 주택관련 비용의 저렴화와 노인의 독립성을 위한 지원성이 강화된 물리적인 환경의 구축이 무엇보다 주거환경 평가시 중요하므로, 향후 노인전용 대안주택 계획시 이점에 대해 고려되어야 할 것이다.

This research conducts both experimental evaluation and resident's assessment of zero food waste system (ZFWS) in multifamily housing estates in order to explore the feasibility of ZFWS embedded in fermentation and extinction technology utilizing wood chips turned into fertilizer. Having been established in a multifamily housing estate, ZEFWS was proved to be functional and effective. During the 3-month experimental period, the weight between infused food waste and its reactor was reduced significantly enough, and the chemical analysis showed that the concentration of organic compounds went from 87.9% to 75.8%, $H_2O$ decreased from 69.7% to 45.5%, NaCl rose from 0.2% to 0.5%, pH increased from 4.6 to 7.8, and ATP escalated from 505.3 nmol/L to 723.5 nmol/L. Also, the chemical analysis of the output in the experimentation indicated adequacy of the organic fertilizer. In the self-administered questionnaire survey for residents participating in the field project, almost all the respondents viewed that ZFWS can compete with conventional food waste disposal methods and an idealistic way to upcycling food waste into fertilizer.

주택 리모델링 소비자의 심리 및 형태에 따라서 선호하는 주택 리모델링 유형이 다를 수 있음을 가설로 하여, 서울특별시 및 수도권 거주자를 대상으로한 설문조사와 심리 및 형태조사를 실시하였다. 심리조사는 MBTI 항목에 대한 개별 기입하도록 하고, 설문조사로 회수된 결과데이타는 SPSS-WIN 소프트웨어를 사용하여, 빈도, 분포도, 분야분석, 인자분석을 하여 유의성이 있는 것에 대해 분석하였다. 외향형(E)과 내향형(I)은 리모델링 중요도가 세부항목에 따른 유의차가 분석되었고, 직관형(N)은 감각형(S)에 비교할 때 감정형(F)은 사고형(T)에 비교할 때 판단형(J)은 인식형(P)에 비교할 때 전반적인 리모델링 중요도를 중시하는 것으로 분석되었다.
