21세기까지 기술선진국(技術先進國)에 진입(進入)하기를 원하는 한국경제는 향후(向後) 기술(技術) 및 시장(市場) 불확실성(不確實性)이 큰 핵심기반기술(核心基盤技術)의 자립도(自立度)를 높여 나가야 할 입장에 있다. 네트워크의 활용(活用)은 이와 같은 기술 및 시장불확실성을 극복하는 유용한 방법일 뿐 아니라 WTO라는 새로운 교역질서하에서 더욱 중요해지는 기술정책(技術政策)의 주요수단(主要手段)이다. 본고(本稿)는 기술혁신네트워크를 통한 기술의 창출(創出) 및 확산과정(擴散過程)에 유의하면서 한국 기술혁신시스템을 장기전망(長期展望)하고 산업계(産業界), 학계(學界), 연구계(硏究界) 및 정부의 장기기술발전전략(長期技術發展戰略)을 도출하고 있다. 장기발전전략에 기반한 기술정책(技術政策)의 당면과제(當面課題)는 대학(大學), 공공연구기관(公共硏究機關), 중소기업(中小企業)의 기술혁신 기여도 향상을 위한 개혁과 제도개선으로 요약된다. 왜냐하면 국내의 연구기관, 대학, 중소기업 등의 기술적 기여가 부진하면 기업내(企業內) 세계분업(世界分業)을 전개하는 대기업(大企業)의 혁신활동이 국내경제(國內經濟)와 유리(遊離)되어 전개될 수 있기 때문이다. 대기업들이 해외연구개발거점(海外硏究開發據點)을 통하여 해외 연구자원을 활용하고 해외생산거점(海外生産據點)에서 생산된 소재, 부품의 역수입을 증대하는 전략에만 주력하게 되면 국내에 지식집약적(知識集約的)인 산업활동(産業活動)의 집적(集積)이 지연(遲延)된다.

In this paper, we analyse the comparative competitiveness of the 10 major logistic hub cities in China. First, using the input distance function, we calculated the technical efficiencies and the opportunity costs of the transport infra structure investments. Then, based on not only these supply side factors but also demand side, the overall comparative competitiveness by cities are analyzed. Our main findings are as follows: early developed, larger cities such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen are technically efficient but their opportunity costs of the additional transport investments are higher than the other cities. We also found that overall competitiveness of these larger and leading logistic hub cities are dominant over the small and newly developed logistic cities.

금융 상품의 교차 판매, 복합 매장에서의 금융서비스 제공 등 판매 채널의 다각화, 인터넷 뱅킹, 모바일 뱅킹 등의 비대면 채널의 약진 등은 금융 산업에서의 유통 혁명을 예고하고 있다. 이제 ATM(Automatic Teller Machine: 현금자동지급기)을 통한 금융 거래는 단순한 결제 수단 및 현금 처리의 차원을 넘어 복합적인 종합 금융 서비스를 담당하는 원스톱 금융 서비스 제공 거점으로 새로이 자리매김하게 될 것이다. 하지만, 현재의 ATM에는 사용자와의 인터랙션을 중심으로 하는 여러 문제들이 도사리고 있다. 따라서, 시장 변화의 요구에 맞추어 기능을 발전시키기 위하여, 사용자의 복합적인 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 ATM의 기능 설계 및 인터페이스 디자인이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 인터뷰를 통하여 현행 ATM의 인터페이스가 사용자들에게 야기하는 불편 요인들을 찾아내고, 그에 대한 대안적 인터페이스를 설계하고, 사용자 평가를 통해 그 실효를 확인하여, 궁극적으로는ATM사용자 중심 인터페이스 표준의 구축을 시도하고자 한다.

Prior to full-scale implementation of smart grid, the Korean government is conducting a smart grid testbed in Jeju island. However, the participants of the ongoing program are skeptical about the success of the expansion of smart grid. The concern rises from various reasons; the limits of the Korean electricity market mainly led by both the government and KEPCO, high stability and reliability of the existing electricity grid, insufficient utilization of renewable energy, and public fear of raised electricity bills. Five key issues in regards to facilitating the Korean smart grid market are extracted and evaluated. The issues are conflict of interest among participants, the effect of introducing real-time pricing, lack of customer participation of demand response, and absence of business models.

The national boundary's meanings turn to weak according to advent of Global enterprises. The place for design a product and marketing are separated to actual market. R&D is to the area where the knowledge activity is well, and low skilful product assembling is to the place the low wage is acceptable. It shows that the importance of net work structure. From early 90's, production system is diversified to markets where with the consumer as the central as multifarious items and creation new demands through consumer's participation into manufacturing process. This phenomenon show that logistics structures adapt to demand of technical variation, and the development of e-business with VAN(:value added network) and EDI(:Electronic data interchange) prove it. This study tried to analyze utilitarian assay about systems those land, sea, air logistics through documents research, and this study also present the direction of logistics system of airline company and goal of development on the based to the model of domestic airline company accordingly.

국내 마리나항만은 마리나항만법 제 개정과 기본계획 수립 따라 거점형 마리나항만, 어촌마리나역, 계류형 해상부이 등 다양한 정책사업이 추진되면서 레저선박 이용여건이 개선되고 있다. 한편, 국내 해양레저 활동과 마리나항만 시설여건을 고려할 때 초기 수요시장을 증대시키기 위해서는 이용자 환경에 부합되는 기반시설의 조성이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 마리나항만 조성과 관련된 정책환경 분석과 시설여건 분석을 통하여 해양레저 대중화를 위한 정책적 개선방안을 제시하였다.

경북 구미시는 인구 40여만의 구미 국가산업단지라는 거대 소비시장이 있으며, 국토의 중간지점으로 경부고속도로, 중부내력고속도로, 철도, 고속철도 등이 관통하여 서울을 비롯한 전국 대도시의 접근성이 매우 용이한 특징을 갖고 있어 축산물 거점 생산기지의 여건을 골고루 갖추고 있다. 이런 지리적 여건 속에서 경북 구미지부(조진래 지부장, 만 55세)는 지부회원들의 공동출자를 통해 최근 생균제 공장 건립하고, 친환경 축산업 도모와 함께 지역 돼지고기 브랜드 사업에 야침차게 뛰어들어 지부 경쟁력 강화를 실천하고 있다. 또한 행정과의 유기적 관계로 회원들의 위상을 제고하는데 노력을 기울이고 있어 찾아가 보았다.

Recently, ASEAN is not only a new production base but also a consumer market for Korea, and interest in the utilization of production networks in each region is increasing. In particular, urbanization in ASEAN countries is progressing at a relatively fast pace. Each country is promoting smart city projects combined with ICT to improve outdated basic infrastructure facilities such as housing, transportation, logistics, crime prevention, and disaster prevention. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based smart city export HUB platform so that companies with excellent domestic smart city solutions can participate in smart city construction through networks with ASEAN countries. These platforms can secure the demand for smart city construction in ASEAN countries, and through the establishment of the Korea-ASEAN public-private network, smart cities planned in ASEAN countries can be promoted more innovative. In addition, it is expected to be positioned as a Global smart city platform model by applying to real cities through collaboration with excellent domestic companies.

The advancement in technology including transportation and information communication has accelerated the flow of supplies, and the importance of the national logistics policy has increased following the expansion of the regional range of logistics to a national range. The rapid growth of the domestic logistics market results in the deficit of logistics facilities, inefficient operation of logistics facilities, and a complicated distribution structure. It has precipitated a plan aimed at efficiency improvement by building base logistics facilities, but this market is now undergoing difficulties due to low performance. Many studies on the revitalization of base logistics facilities have been conducted, but a causal analysis focusing on the function overlap of private logistics businesses has been absent. Therefore, this study has analyzed the function overlap of logistics facilities and the irrationality of the system, which resulted from the lost function of Inland Freight bases in the Yeongnam region. By suggesting the cause of disuse of base logistics complexes from the function overlap in the ground transportation of domestic freight, the study can provide the policy implication for the national logistics infrastructure.
