한국통신이 개발하여 현재 700-3000번으로 서비스되고 있는 음성 인식 증권정보시스템을 소개하고, 음성인식 성능을 향상시키기 위한 한국통신의 연구현황을 기술하고자 한다. 현재 운용중에 있는 서비스 시스템은 120명이 동시에 사용할 수 있는 시스템이며 S/W 와 H/W를 분리시켜 S/W의 버전을 갱신하더라고 H/W의 변경이 최소화 되도록 설계되었다. 현재 고려하고 있는 성능 향상 방법은 연속음성 인식 기술을 이용하여 고립단어 인식을 시도하는 것과 거절기능 구현 및 tied-state에 의한 문맥종속 음소를 구하는 것이다. 또한 연속 HMM 모델 방식으로의 변경도 연구중에 있다.

The Housing Lease Protection Act was enacted from March 5, 1981 as Law No. 3379 to guarantee the stability of residential life and legal status. After then, there were many problems, but through several times revision, it had improved insufficient part. However, in order to give guarantees actually the position strengthen for homeless poor people many issues still need to be solved and it has been raised. Along the way, with the introduction of the tenant renewal claims, in February 14, 2015, the National Assembly planned to discuss current issues by operating the Special Committee for housing welfare of ordinary people in the extra session. In the current, however, the conflict of the pros and cons is shown clearly. Meanwhile, because the contract renewal claim of tenant was not guaranteed, if the minimum duration of the lease will be lapsed, contract renewal is dependent on the intention of landlord. Thus, the residential stability of homeless poor could become unstable. Therefore, in this paper, to stabilize the residential living for tenants who are in poor status, analyze our term of existence regulation and through the compared to the national legislation about the term of existence, it will try to propose the specific legislative approach to the problem.

To guarantee QoS (Quality of Service), routers should determine routing paths satisfying service requirements, based on link state information as well as network topology. Link status database (LSD) in routers should be efficiently managed to effectively reflect the current state of all links. However, there is a trade off between the exact reflection of the current link status and its update cost. For exactly reflecting the current link status, each router immediately notifies its neighbors that link state information is changed. This may degrade performance of the router due to the processing of link state update messages. On the other side, if the current link state information is not updated appropriately, a route setup request can be rejected because of the discrepancy between the current link state information and previously updated link state information in LSD. In this paper, we propose a traffic variation based link state update algorithm for adaptively controlling the generation of link state update messages and compare its performance with those of four existing algorithms by intensive simulations.
