여타 다른 학문분야에서 주장되지 않는 정보과학(情報科學)에 대한 정립(定立)은 Kari Popper의 제 3 세계 - 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)의 세계(世界) - 고도(高度)의 자율성(自律性)을 인정함으로써 발견 될 수 있다는 것을 우선적으로 논의하게 된다. 따라서 정보과학의 임무란 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)의 세계(世界)를 탐구(探究)하는 것으로 정의(定議)를 내릴 수 있으며, 또한 도큐멘테이션과 도서관학의 영역을 확대시키는 것도 되지만, 양자(兩者)는 분명히 구별되어야 한다. Popper 식(式)의 존재론은 정보(情報) 개념(槪念) 및 주관적(主觀的) 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)들과의 관계가 확대되어 수용되어져야 한다. 그리하여 Popper의 세가지 세계의 공간영역들은 고찰(考察)의 대상이 된다. 인식과 물리적인 공간은 동일(同一)하지 않으며, 이러한 동일성(同一性)의 결여가 정보현상에 대한 적절한 정량화(定量化)를 저지시키는 문제를 발생케하는 요인이 된다고 주장하고 있다.

본 논문에서는 디지털 이동전화(CDMA) 채널환경을 통과한 왜곡된 전화음성에 대해 객관적 음질평가 척도의 개발을 위한 기초 연구로서 기존의 CD(Cepstral Distance), MSD(Mel Spectral Distance), BSD(Bark Spectral Distance), Modified BSD, PSQM(Perceptual Speech Quality Measure)를 대상으로 객관척도 알고리즘을 성능평가 하였다. 이 척도들은 실제 이동전화 환경에서 수집된 PCS 음성데이터에 대해서 적용하였으며 이 결과치를 주관적 음질평가 방법인 MU와 상관성을 비교 조사하였다. 실험 결과, BSD와 MBSD, 그리고 PSQM 척도의 상관성이 각각 0.80, 0.85, 0.84로 나타났으며 CD, MSD 보다 성능이 상대적으로 더 우수함을 보였다.

건물에너지 성능평가 결과의 신뢰성 검증을 위해 가장 먼저 확인하는 요소 중의 하나가 어떠한 기상데이터를 적용했는가일 것이다. 아쉽게도 국내의 경우 아직까지 공인된 표준기상자료가 확립되어 있지 못한 실정이며, 이로 인해 다양한 프로그램을 통한 해석결과의 객관성 확립에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 고에서는 건물에너지 성능평가를 위한 시간별 기상자료를 대상으로 국외 및 국내의 개발현황을 고찰하고, 향후 개선방향을 제안하고자 한다.

정보화 수준을 검정하는 다양한 영역 중 실기시험은 채점 강의 문제로 많은 비용과 시간이 소요되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터활용능력을 검정하는 Excel 실기시험을 자동으로 채점하는 웹 기반 채점엔진을 개발하고자 한다. 출제자의 출제의도를 반영한 채점항목 및 채점기준을 유연하게 등록할 수 있게 하고, 틀리거나 감점된 문항에 대해 오답의 이유를 정확하게 제공하는 데에 개발의 초점을 맞추었다. 엑셀 자동채점 엔진을 활용하면 Excel 실기시험의 출제방향에 크게 위배되지 않으면서 사람이 채점타는 경우보다 객관성, 정확성 비용 소요시간의 면에서 기대효과를 꾀할 수 있다.

본 논문은 대규모 교환기의 연구 개발에 있어서 임의의 연구 개발 단계마다 발생되는 시스템 시험과 관련하여 보다 효율적인 시스템 시험이 될 수 있도록 시험 항목 선정 방법을 체계화한 것으로, 일반적인 시험 항목 선정 방법을 Top Down 방식과 Bottom Up 방식의 두 가지 형태로 분류하여 각각의 장단점을 제시하였으며, 시험 항목의 일관성 및 객관성을 위해 고려해야 될 내용과 시험 항목의 번호 부여 방법 및 항목명 작성 방법, 시험 절차 크기 결정 등을 여러 가지 모형으로 체계화하여 그 중에서 가장 효율적인 방법을 제안하였다. 이러한 방법은 향후 교환기뿐만 아니라, 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어로 이루어지는 모든 시스템의 시험시 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 플라스틱 사출 금형 견적 산출 전문가 시스템모듈에 관한 내용이다. 일반적으로 경험에 의한 견적 산출은 프라스틱 사출 금형 제조 회사의 경험이 많은 엔지니어가 직접 작성하게 된다. 이렇게 되면, 시간은 많이 소요되지 않지만, 객관성과 과학성이 결여된 견적이 산출된다. 때때로, 고객과 제조회사 간의 분쟁이 발생하게 되는 원인이 되기도 한다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해, 본 연구로 개발된 시스템이 대안이 될 것이다.

Cognitive-linguistic changes that normally accompany aging are often simply an annoyance, but in some instances they may herald a more perilous course of decline to a state of neurological disease. This study investigated the correlation between subjective and objective tests on cognitive-linguistic abilities in older adults and the predictors of objective performances. Healthy elders over 65 years of age (n=63) and their informants (n=63) completed the subjective and objective cognitive-linguistic tests (ISCOLE and CAPTBI) from July of 2015 to February of 2016. The main findings were as follows: performance on the self-report test was not significantly different from that on the informant-report test. Additionally, eight domains in older adults group and 15 domains in the informants group were significantly associated with performance on the objective test. Finally, language on the informant-report test was a predictor of several abilities including problem solving and memory on the informant-report test predicted executive function and language. The present study demonstrates that two groups have significant differences in correlation between subjective and objective tests on the cognitive-linguistic abilities, and there are more relevant domains in rating by informants. These findings have implications for the use of cognitive-linguistic evaluation and preventive intervention in clinical settings.

If the philosophy of the curriculum is changed when the curriculum is revised, discussion about knowledge viewpoints in the changed philosophy is needed. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze elementary mathematics textbooks(EMT) based on the perspective of constructivism knowledge as basic philosophy of the 7th curriculum and the 2007 revised curriculum and to present aim of textbooks development through the results. According to the results, the number and operation units of 1st and 2nd grades of EMT compiled according to the 7th curriculum and the 2007 revised curriculum didn't reflect the perspective of constructivism knowledge as the philosophy of the curriculum. From the analysis, EMT were not composed so as to agree the perspective of constructivism knowledge that emphasize concepts, conceptua1 principles, variety, integration.

실제 구조물에 있어 확률, 통계 및 이론으로 구해진 랜덤성을 갖는 객관적 불확실성뿐만 아니라 설계자의 경험이나 공학적 판단에 의해 주관적으로 평가되는 인간오차나 시공중의 과오 또는 구조설계에 미치는 사회적, 정치적 및 경제적 요청 등의 퍼지성을 갖는 주관적 불확실성이 존재하기 때문에 현실적으로 랜덤성과 퍼지성을 동시에 고려한 실뢰성평가 즉, 안전성평가에 대한 퍼지이론의 도입이 필수 불가결하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 구조물의 객관적·주관적 불확실성을 동시에 고려한 신뢰성해석방법으로 베이즈의 의사결정이론에 퍼지이론을 병합한 퍼지-베이즈 신뢰성해석 알고리즘을 개발하여 건축구조물의 신뢰성평가 및 안전성평가에 적용하여 분석하였다.

This essay suggests a constructive interpretation of probabilities by diagnosing problems of the objective and the epistemic interpretations of probability. According to this interpretation, attributions of the mathematical structure of probability to a given system can be understood as positing constructive theoretical hypotheses showing the relationship among empirical data. The constructive interpretation is applied to comprehend probability claims in the explanation of temporal asymmetrical behaviour of our universe. A new approach interpreting probabilities as constructive theoretical terms enables us to circumvent shortcomings of both objective and subjective interpretation of probability, and appreciate why these interpretations nevertheless appear to be convincing in our case.
