  • 개조개(Saxidomu purpuratus)는 우리나라 전 연안에 분포하고 있으며, 연평균 생산량은 약 약 7,300들 정도가 어획되어지며, 경남 남해안 생산량이 전국 생산량의 약 73% 이상을 차지하고 있다. 본 종은 2001년부터 TAC 실시 대상 어종으로 선정되어 자원이 관리되어지는 실정에 있다. 따라서 개조개 자원을 보다 더 합리적으로 관리하기 위해서는 이 자원에 대한 자원생물학적 특성치인 자연사망계수, 어획사망계수, 생잔율, 어획개시연령 정확한 정보가 있어야만 효율적이고 종합적인 관리 발안을 수립할 수 있을 것이다.   • The system needs to be modified to improve the performance of the aircraft in operation or to satisfy the requirements of related laws. Appropriate standards are required for the technical skills for remodeling the aircraft system, design verification for airworthiness of the aircraft, and supplemental type certification (STC) certification procedures for type certification. This study analyzes the current status and demand of domestic aircraft remodeling, examines the current supplementary type certification procedure, and diagnoses the problem. In addition, as a result of researching measures to improve remodeling technology and certification capabilities to extend the life of the aircraft, improvements in the education system were derived to improve the domestic additional type certification process, such as approval of remodeling agencies and appointment of qualifications for each professional technician.

  • 개조개는 모시조개와 그 형태가 유사하지만 모시조개와는 달리 패각 길이는 약 10cm이고 패각의 내면이 진한 자색을 띄는 것이 특이하다. 이 조개는 여수, 남해 및 마산등의 앞 바다에서 연중 생산되고 있으며 조간대에서 수심 20m부근의 작은 돌이 섞여있는 모래 바닥에 서식하고 있다. 이 패류는 순수한 자연산으로써 고가 일뿐 아니라 최근 기호 식품으로 수요가 늘어 조리 방법도 된장찌개, 해물탕, 구이, 무침 및 미역국 등에 넣어 먹는 등 다양하게 이용되고 있다. 이와 같이 고급패류인데도 불구하고 지금까지는 개조개에 대한 식품학적 연구가 이루어지지 않았으므로 개조개 중의 유용한 성분의 계절적 변화를 밝히므로써 고도의 이용가공에 관한 기초자료를 얻고자 하였다.   • In this study, we performed a design and structural analysis of a blade-shaped antenna installation on the rear fuselage of a rotary wing aircraft operated by the military. When the structure is damaged while the aircraft is in operation, it is separated from the aircraft main structure and may collide with the rotor or blades to cause the aircraft to crash. Therefore, structural safety for the modified structure must be secured. The design requirement for the newly installed modified part were established, and the load condition was constructed by applying the load that may occur in the aircraft after the modification. Structure safety for the modified structure was secured by performing structure analysis. To analysis stress and deformation of aircraft structure, we developed finite element model and verified it by using hand calculation method. We confirmed the safety of the modified structure through the final structural integrity analysis.

  • In the rapidly aging society, the number of wheelchair users is increasing steadily. On the other hand, it is almost impossible for a disabled person using a wheelchair to use express buses. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an express bus that can secure the rights of wheelchair users. For these special types of express buses, it is required to develop a special entrance and lift system. The development of a wheelchair entrance system for the express buses requires design modification, retrofit, and reinforcement of the bus frame. This study evaluated the structural integrity of an entrance system for wheelchair users using a finite element method. Torsional stiffness and modal analysis were performed through structural analysis. Through sensitivity analysis, optimization was performed to reduce the weight of the frame. These results on the wheelchair entrance system are expected to be utilized in the vehicle modification and welfare industries.

  • This paper addresses the installation and modification design of airframe structures for new and modified equipment installations that are essential for aircraft performance improvement. Typical performance improvement equipment mounted on the exterior of the aircraft include antenna, radar, electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR), and self-protection system equipment, which require structural reinforcement, modification, and mounting design of the green aircraft for operation. In the interior of the aircraft, console and rack structures are modified or added according to user operation requirements. In addition, this is accompanied by the installation design of equipment to be replaced and added for performance improvement, and the according modification of environmental control system components for internal cooling. The engineering process and cases in which airworthiness was verified through the detailed design of airframe structures with structural integrity, operability, and maintainability of performance-improved aircraft are presented.

  • The existing NATM (New Austrian Tunneling Method) has induced civil compliants due to blasting vibration and noise. Machanized excavation methods such as TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) are being adopted in the planning and construction of tunneling projects. Shield TBM method is composed of repetition processes of TBM excavation and segment installation, the machine has to be stopped during the later process. Consecutive excavation technology using helical segment is under developing to minimize the stoppage time. The modification of thrust jacks and module are planned to ensure the advance force acting on the inclined surface of helical segment. Also, the integrated system design of hydraulic circuit will be remodeled. This means that the system deactivate the jacks on the installing segment while the others automatically act the thrusting forces on the existing segments. This report briefly introduces the mechanical research part of the current consecutive excavation technological development project of TBM.
