Purpose: The study examined the effects of ethical sensitivity and person-environment fit on person-centered care of nurses in long-term care hospitals. Methods: The participants were 111 nurses. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. Results: The mean of person-centered care was 2.95±0.62 out of 5. There were significant differences in person-centered care in terms of age, shift pattern, total clinical career, and educational experience of person-centered care. Person-centered care and ethical sensitivity, person-centered care and person-environment fit showed a positive correlation. Factors affecting the person-centered care were the age (20-29), shift pattern (three shift), person-environment fit. The explanatory power was 42%. Conclusion: These results can be used to increase the person-environment fit and adopt a differented approach based on age and shift pattern in order to enhance person-centered care. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply an person-centered care program for nurses in long-term care hospitals.

This paper describes the open API with integration of semantic web service with PARLAY X based open API in 4G mobile network. It can be expected that the intelligence such as the context-awareness, adaptation and personalization in 4G mobile network will be deployed. But the existing PARLAY based network lacks in considering context-awareness, adaptation and personalization. Therefore, the object of this paper is to support the architecture and the Application Programming Interface (API) of the network service for the context-awareness, adaptation and Personalization in 4G mobile network The open API is to provide users with the adaptive network service to the changing context constraints as well as detecting the changing context and user's Preference. For instance, the open API can Provide users with QoS in network according to the detected context and user's preference, after detecting the context such as location and speed and user's preference.

The satisfaction of customers, who are in a servicescape, will be subject to many environmental stimulations. In particularly, the servicescapes of the store and the customer characteristics are important factors that affecting the emotional commitment of consumers. In this study, the servicescape that consumers evaluated can be divided into physical and social factors. Furthermore, how these factors can affect the emotional commitment through perceived service quality and social interaction will be studied as well. In addition, the moderating effects of the individual characteristics at the perception of servicescape, such as optimum stimulation level and social appropriateness will be studied together. The results show that the physical factor of servicescape is one of the most important elements that affect "emotional commitment" and under this process; the perceived service quality is performed as a parameter. Besides, the social factor of servicescape, such as the other customer and companion affect can also affect emotional commitment through social interaction. On the other hand, through the analysis of optimum stimulation level and social appropriateness, we found that the higher the social appropriateness, the greater the effect of servicescape. Overall, in order to enhance the customer's emotional commitment, we must build high quality servicescape, meanwhile; the management of other customers and the companion are needed at the same time.

환경생태유량은 수생태 건강성 유지를 위한 최소한의 유량으로 K-water에서는 유량증분방법론 기반의 1차원 물리적 서식처 모형인 PHABSIM(Physical habitat simulation system)을 이용해 고시지점에 대해 환경생태유량을 산정하여 제시하고 있으나, PHABSIM을 이용하여 환경생태유량을 산정하기 위해서는 지형, 수문 및 어류조사와 같은 현장조사를 지속적으로 실시해야한다는 한계점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 안동댐 하류유역(4,565.7 km²)을 대상으로 SWAT(Soil and water assessment tool)과 PHABSIM을 연계하여 수문모형을 이용한 유량 모의에 따른 대상 어종의 환경생태유량을 산정하고자 한다. SWAT 구축을 위해 DEM과 토양도 및 토지이용자료와 유역 내 위치한 7개의 기상관측소에 대한 40년(1980~2019)의 기상자료를 수집하여 적용하였으며, SWAT의 검보정을 위해 유역내 위치한 2개의 다목적 댐(안동댐, 임하댐)의 실측 운영자료와 1개의 수위관측소의 유량자료를 수집하였다. PHABSIM의 경우, 안동댐 하류유역에 대한 하천정비기본계획 보고서에 기반하여 지형자료를 입력하였으며 문헌조사를 통해 대상어종의 서식적합도지수를 수집하여 적용하였다. 3개 지점에 대한 SWAT 검보정결과, 평균 R², NSE 및 RMSE는 각각 0.51~0.76, 0.47~0.74, 0.61~1.84 mm/day로 나타났다. PHABSIM과의 연계를 위해 검보정된 SWAT의 하천유량에 대해 유황분석을 실시하였고, 산정한 Q10과 Q355를 유량의 최대·최소 범위로 설정하여 PHABSIM의 유량 경계조건으로 활용하였다. 이를 이용하여 SWAT과 PHABSIM의 연계모델링 적용성을 평가하고 대상어종의 환경생태유량을 산정할 예정이다.

Most innovation related theories including entrepreneurship theory regard the CEO's innovative competencies as the starting point of innovation. The study was investigated the relationship between CEO's innovation DNA and Innovation and the effects of environmental fit in their relation. For the empirical test, the sample was collected from 110 manufacturing companies in Daegu and Gyeongbook region. The results as follows: First, Innovation DNA has generally significant positive effect on innovation. The effect of discovery DNA is stronger than operating DNA to the product innovation, but the operating DNA stronger than the discovery DNA to the process innovation. The fit between CEO's innovative DNA and exogenous environmental turbulence make a strength innovation. The supplementary fit between discovery DNA and technology turbulence and complementary fit between discovery DNA and market turbulence reinforce product innovation. Process innovation were strengthen by the complementary fit between operating DNA and market turbulence.

최근 이상기후현상으로 지구상의 여러 지역에서 극치 수문 사상의 발생 빈도와 강도가 날로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 대해 수공구조물의 설계를 위한 극치강우사상의 빈도해석에 있어서 적절한 확률분포모형의 적용은 매우 중요하다. 이에 수문통계분야에서는 generalized extreme value(GEV), generalized logistic(GLO), Gumbel(GUM) 모형과 같은 극치 분포를 이용한 수문통계적 특성에 대한 접근이 주로 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 우리나라 강우 사상의 경우 GEV 분포와 GUM 분포가 비교적 적합한 것으로 알려져 있지만 하나의 형상매개변수를 가지고 있어 분포 모형이 표현할 수 있는 통계적 특성에 한계를 가지고 있다. 기존의 GEV나 GUM분포로는 적절히 재현되지 않는 자료들을 분석하기 위해서 두 개의 형상매개변수를 가지는 분포형에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 두 개의 형상매개변수를 가지는 Burr XII 분포형의 우리나라 극한 강우자료에 대한 적용성을 평가하였다. Burr XII 분포형은 gamma나 exponential 분포 모형처럼 양의 확률변수만을 가지고, Cauchy나 Pareto 분포 모형처럼 두꺼운 꼬리(heavy-tailed distribution) 형상을 나타내기 때문에 비교적 큰 확률변수가 빈번히 나타나는 극치사상에도 적합한 것으로 알려져 있다. 이를 위해 Burr XII 분포 모형을 이용하여 우리나라 강우자료에 대해 지점빈도해석 및 지역빈도해석을 수행하고 우리나라 강우자료에 비교적 적합하다고 알려진 분포인 GEV, GLO, GUM 분포형을 통해 산정된 결과와 비교하였다.

최근 우리나라는 전 지구적인 기후변화로 인하여 집중호우 및 돌발 홍수와 같은 극치 사상들이 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 이에 대한 분석을 위해 극치 분포를 이용한 수문통계적 특성에 대한 접근이 주로 이루어지고 있다. 이를 위해서는 충분한 수의 자료가 필요하나 우리나라 강우자료는 지점별로 자료 보유 년 수가 비교적 많지 않기 때문에, 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위하여 하나의 지역, 즉 주어진 지점을 포함하여 수문학적으로 동일한 조건을 만족하는 주변 지점의 자료를 모두 포함하여 빈도해석을 실시하는 지역빈도해석이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역빈도해석과 두 개의 형상매개변수를 포함하여 다양한 극치 수문통계특성을 나타낼 수 있다고 알려진 Burr XII 분포를 이용하여 우리나라 강우자료에 대한 그 적용성을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 군집분석을 통한 강우지점의 지역화 과정을 거치고 분류된 지역을 L-moment ratio diagram에 도시하여, Burr XII 분포 영역 내 포함여부를 통해 Burr XII 분포의 적합도를 도시적으로 살펴보고, Hosking and Wallis (1997)이 제안한 적합성 척도($^{IST}$)를 통한 적합성 여부를 판별하였다. 또한 우리나라 강우자료에 비교적 적합하다고 알려진 분포인 generalized extreme value, generalized logistic, Gumbel 분포와의 비교를 위해, 전체 지역에 대하여 재현기간에 따른 상대편의 (relative bias)와 상대평균제곱근오차 (relative root mean square error)를 산정하여 Burr XII 분포형의 적용 가능성을 살펴보았다.

As the effective use and strong protection of an organization's information resources are recognized as a condition for the growth of an organization, they are increasing technological and policy investments in IS(information security). However, information exposure can occur from external invasions such as hacking and incidents related to misuse and abuse by insiders. This study proposes a mechanism that considers the organizational environment and individual characteristics from the viewpoint of promoting employees' IS participation activities. In other words, the study presents the complex effects of organizational environmental factors (ethical leadership, IS collaborative communication) and personal factors (person-organization fit) on organization trust and IS voice behavior. We surveyed office workers who asked for IS-related business activities and tested hypotheses using 422 samples. As a result, ethical leadership influenced organization trust through collaborative communication, and organization trust strengthened IS voice behavior by having an interaction effect with person-organization fit. This study suggests direction for establishing an organizational environment for promoting IS-related activities by office workers, so it provides practical implications for organizations with goals related to internal information exposure control.

It is imperative that pictograms as pictorial information be empirically tested in order to establish whether the users do indeed associate the appropriate referent in an actual usage situation. The experiment employing the Multiple Index Approach was conducted in a class room with 64 subjects to evaluate tourism and recreation related pictograms. Performance data(hit rate, false alarm and missing value) of 25 pictograms were collected and the average hit rate as a prime index of pictogram associativeness was 65.82%. The matrix analysis showed 14 pictograms were high in subjective certainty and subjective suitability. The other 11, which were low in both criteria may require prior learning or improvement of the pictogram designs to represent their meanings more distinctively.

본 논문은 한국전산원 차세대 인터넷 응용서비스 2차 과제로 선정된 "개인 이동성을 지닌 지능형 웹 컨퍼런스 개발"을 수행함에 따른 결과를 정리했다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 인터넷 환경에 적합한 고품질의 웹 컨퍼런스 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해 자세히 기술한다. 본 시스템은 한마디로 요약하면 SIP 기반의 웹 컨퍼런스로, 인스턴스 메신저, 회의 클라이언트, SIP 서버, 회의 서버 그리고 위치 서버로 구성된다.
