The incredible progress of information and communication technology has allowed various information and communication services to emerge in the Web environment. Such a service is initiated when the user provides his/her personal information to the service provider and is then given an identifier and authentication data. A series of the processes is inconvenient as it requires authentication by the service provider each time that the user requests the service. Furthermore, as the user subscribes to more services, the volume of ID and authentication information increases. This compels the users to use an ID that is easy to remember or to register the same ID over and over, increasing the risk of ID hacking. It is clear that such threats will become more serious as our lives become more dependent upon the Internet and as the Internet service environment advances. With the introduction of different services, the need to efficiently manage ID has been raised. In this paper, a Internet Identity Management Service that enables the control of the flow of the user’s personal information, which is used and stored for the Internet service, is proposed from the user's perspective.

Personal Information Article2 defines personal authentication information, secret information, bio information for personal information and it is stipulated under article29 that the one who have duties must take adequate technological, administrative, physical measures to prevent from illegal reading and sneaking. Also it is stipulated under information communication network law28(1), enforcement regulation9, Korea Communications Commitee notice. To satisfy this, the one who have to take security actions of personal information are required to take technological measures and establish positive measures to continuously manage it.The insurance of technological security is possible by encryption of personal information, secure management and operation of encryption key,taking personal information security level of providin access control of personal information reading and audit.In this paper, we will analyze various technologies of personal information encryption which are essencial component in technological security measuresof personal information. This paper will help choose which technological measures you should take in personal information security.

본 연구는 여러 위치에서 이동 중인 다양한 유형의 단말기에 대해 보안을 관리하는 통합 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 이 기술은 모바일 단말 인증, 모바일 단말 신뢰, 개인 프라이버시 보호, 3차원 시각화 기술에 의한 모바일 단말 보안 관리 기술이다. 인증과 신뢰 기술은 다른 도메인에 접근하더라도 신뢰할 수 있는지를 검사한다. 개인 프라이버시 보호 기술은 접근 기록을 사용자가 관리하는 기술이다. 3차원 시각화 기술은 단말의 이동과 접근을 3차원으로 모니터링 한다. 이러한 모바일 단말 보안 관리 기술은 여러 기술을 파생하거나 파급할 수 있는 중요한 기술이다.

최근 삼성, 애플, 구글, 마이크로소프트 등 글로벌 IT기업들이 디지털 헬스케어 시장에 뛰어들고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어는 건강상태에 대한 정보를 수집하고 이를 효율적으로 관리함으로써 개인맞춤형 건강관리 및 의료서비스 제공이 가능한 ICT융합 건강관리 서비스 및 기기로 건강관리서비스의 주도권이 의료영역에서 일반 소비영역으로 확대된 형태라고 할 수 있다. 본고에서는 디지털 헬스케어 선점을 위해 최근 경쟁이 가속화되고 있는 개인건강정보 플랫폼의 동향에 대하여 알아보았다. 삼성전자 애플, 구글, 마이크로소프트 등 국내외 글로벌 IT기업들의 개인건강정보 플랫폼과 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI)에서 미래창조과학부의 지원으로 개발 중인 개인건강정보 기반 개방형 ICT힐링 서비스 플랫폼에 대하여 살펴보았다.

Recently, We have many private information leakage cases through internet which cause social problems and it is impossible to change or update the leaked information, it is also used to the third crime such as identity theft, internet fraud. Hackers are interested in stealing private information for making money, in this point private information leakage problems are constantly increased hereafter. In this paper, I surveyed the authorization model on site registration which is currently used in Korea, and the problem of collecting personal identification number, I proposed policy model of useless method of private information, especially leaked information can not be used anymore in internet.

인터넷과 웹이 발달하면서 이전 보다 훨씬 많은 양의 정보를 점하고 활용하게 되었으며, 또한 전통적인 서지 정보 이외에 인터넷과 웹에서 획득한 웹 문서,전자 저널, 그림이나 파일로 작성된 이미지정보 등 정보의 형태 또한 매우 다양해졌다. 이로 인해 이제는 개인 연구자들이 단순한 정보 탐색뿐만 아니라 다양하고 방대한 정보를 효율적으로 관리하고 활용할 수 있는 방안이 필요하게 되었고 그에 따라 각종 서지 및 정보 관리 프로그램이 출현하게 되었다. 본고에서는 전 세계에서 가장 보편전으로 사용되는 서지 정보 관리 프로그램인 EndNote 및 WriteNote를 소개하고자 한다

인터넷의 활용이 커짐에 따라 사용자의 식별자와 개인정보를 안전하고 편리하게 관리하는 ID 관리 기술이 필수 기술이 되고 있다. 최근 개인정보의 유출 및 해킹 사고가 국내외적으로 빈번하게 발생함에 이를 방지하기 위한 ID 관리 기술에 대한 필요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 본 고에서는 ID 관리 기술에 대한 연구 동향을 살펴보고 ID 관리 시장에 대한 국내외 동향에 대하여 기술한다. 또한 최근 스마트폰의 확산에 따라 이슈화되고 있는 모바일 ID 관리 기술에 대하여 기술한다.

웹상의 수많은 정보와 서비스들은 사용자의 업무 생산성과 의사결정의 질을 향상시키고 있다. 그러나 기존의 키워드 중심의 검색 엔진들은 질의에 대한 결과에 쓸모없는 정보들이 많아서 원하는 시간에 필요한 정보들을 찾는데 효율적이지 못한 문제점을 가지고 있었다. 따라서 본 논문은 개인의 정보를 에이전트가 자동적으로 관리하고, 개인의 선호도에 맞게 에이전트에게 검색 명령을 내리고, 사용자가 많이 접근하고 사용하는 정보를 자동적으로 관리하는 멀티 에이전트 시스템을 제시한다. 현재 구축중인 멀티 에이전트 시스템을 웹 상에 존재하는 수많은 정보 중에서 도서와 관련된 정보 검색을 대상으로 개발하고 있다.

It is important to maintain the integrity of the personal information stored duplicately in DBs on the internet sites and to reduce the inconvenience of the user's. So it is useful to develop the integrated-DB supporting the independence of the S/W. In this paper, we investigate the defect of the membership management system on the internet site. Based on the result, we model the personal information management system to manage the membership efficiently, and implement the integrated personal information management system, called IPIMS.

본 연구는 스포츠 동영상 기록물의 체계적 보존과 관리, 이를 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 스포츠 동영상 메타데이터 제안을 연구목적으로 설정하였다. 스포츠 동영상이 지닌 특성을 분석하고, 현재 스포츠 관련 기록물을 소장한 관리 주체에서 운영하고 있는 관리시스템을 분석하였다. 각 사례와 표준에서 추출한 메타데이터 요소를 상호 비교하여 공통 요소와 특성 요소를 일차적으로 추출하였다. 추출된 요소의 타당성에 대하여 전문가 의견을 수렴, 검증받은 후 7개의 상위요소와 12개의 하위요소를 지닌 관리적(administrative) 요소와 9개의 상위요소와 11개의 하위요소로 구성한 기술적(descriptive) 요소로 제안하였다.
