The objective of this study is to evaluate the hybrid downscaling method combined Step-Wise Scaling (SWS) method with Regional Climate Model (RCM) simulation data for climate change impact study on hydrology area. The SWS method is divided by 3 categories (extreme event, dry event and the others). The extreme events, wet-dry days and the others are corrected by using regression method, quantile mapping method, mean & variance scaling method. The application and evaluation of SWS method with 3 existing and popular statistical techniques (linear scaling method, quantile mapping method and weather generator method) were performed at the 61 weather stations. At the results, the accuracy of corrected simulation data by using SWS are higher than existing 3 statistical techniques. It is expected that the usability of SWS method will grow up on climate change study when the use of RCM simulation data are increasing.

The first Protestant medical missionary, Horace Allen, came to Korea in 1884 and built the first western-style hospital, Jaejungwon. John Heron, Oliver Avison and other foreign medical doctors soon followed. They established hospitals and medical schools, and, by treating patients and educating native doctors, they disseminated and developed modern medicine in Korea. At the same time, they wrote letters and reports to their sponsoring agencies, as well as family and friends, thereby leaving a vast body of literature that is scattered all over the world. Since the end of the 19th century, the records left by foreign medical missionaries have been valuable resources for the study of Korean history. While all types of records, such as diaries, memoirs, reports and travel logs, are available, these tend to be exaggerated or unverifiable because they are unilateral records. In contrast, letters can be verified because they are bilateral records between the recipient and the sender, and cannot be modified or altered according to changes in circumstances. Despite the academic value of these materials, however, there have been insufficient efforts to discover or identify these primary data sources, or to systematically organize them for scholars. This paper identified 49 archival collections from 29 institutions in North America. After analyzing their academic value, the paper will explore digital humanities options in utilizing the letters for future scholarship.

The purpose of this paper is to identify woodblocks which were engraved in the providences in the mid Chosun dynasty, especially ones engraved under the auspices of Yu Heui-chun(柳希春), but not listed in $\boxDr$Kosachwalyo 攷事撮要$\boxUl$. This could be done by the analyzing $\boxDr$The Diary of Miam 眉巖日記$\boxUl$ written by Yu Heui-chun. It is a book which recorded daily life of eminent scholar and official covering political, social and cultural aspects, books and family matters. There were two categories of books published under the auspices of Yu Heui-chun. One is the books written by his grandfather in law, Choi Bu(崔溥), which were $\boxDr$Keumnamjip 錦南集$\boxUl$ collective works of Choi Bu, and $\boxDr$Pyohaerog 漂海錄$\boxUl$, essays on travelling across China. The other is the books for children, $\boxDr$Sinjeung Yuhap 新增類合$\boxUl$ for teaching characters and $\boxDr$Sog Mong-gu 續蒙求$\boxUl$ for moral education. These woodblocks have to enlisted in the woodblock catalogs. The analysis shows that most of these woodblocks by Yu Heui-chun were not recorded in either of two $\boxDr$Kosachwalyo 攷事撮要$\boxUl$ editions published in 1575 and 1585. In this respect, $\boxDr$The Diary of Miam$\boxUl$ proved itself to be of great significance in terms of bibliography studies.

This paper proposes a new JPEG format, All-in-JPEG, which can include not only multiple photos but also various media such as audio and text by extending the JPEG format. All-in-JPEG add images, audio, and text at the existing JPEG file, and stores meta information by utilizing the APP3 segment of JPEG. With All-in-JPEG, smartphone users can save many pictures taken in burst shots in one file, and it is also very convenient to share them with others. In addition, you can create a live photo, such as saving a short audio at the time of taking a photo or moving a part of the photo. In addition, it can be used for various applications such as a photo diary app that stores images, voices, and diary text in a single All-in-JPEG file. In this paper, we developed an app that creates and edits All-in-JPEG, a photo diary app, and a magic photo function, and verified feasibility of the All-in-JPEG through them.

This paper is to explain who are the authors of first-half 18th Century private prose YeonHangRok(燕行錄) written in Chinese Character and what are interest-oriented aspects of that books. As objects of study, 3 private prose YeonHangRok(燕行錄) written by No-Ron Jeon -Ju Lee's Family(老論 全州李氏) were chosen. Result of reading articles in their anthology, I found their consciousness about going to Beijing. : They aware of "The importance of YeonHang(燕行)" and when they run a mission, they take an attitude of 'observation and attention' to their experience. With that consciousness of YeonHang(燕行) in common, So-jae(疎齋), Il-am (一菴) and Hanpojae(寒圃齋) wrote their YeonHangRok(燕行錄) that mainly describe their direct experience. So-jae(疎齋) and Hanpojae(寒圃齋)'s categories of descriptions are specialized in 'Public Affairs' and 'mission', Il-am(一菴) has widened to the everyday cultures and people of Other cultures.

벨팃드, 바이어스 혹은 바이어스 벨팃드라고 하는 타이어가 있다. 이두개의 명칭을 고해도 일본의 대다수자동차 유우저어중에는 모르는 사람이 많을 것이다. 그러나 물건너 저쪽의 미국에서는 이것을 모르는 유우저어는 없다. 왜냐하면 현금미국이 대대적으로 선전판매를 행하고있는 타이어라고 하면 바로 이것이며 미국의 타이어 수요의 대부분이 이 타이어로 점해지고 있기 때문이다. 간단히 말해서 성능적으로는 일반의 바아이스 타이어와 지금 일본과 구주에서 대유행하고 있는 라디알타이어와의 중간을 가는 타이어-라고하면 알수있을런지 모른다. 물론 이 타이어의 발생지는 미국이다. 하나 미국에서 이 타이어를 연구하는데 병행해서 같은 구상하에서 은밀히 그것을 연구하고 있었든 타이어 메이커어가 일본에도 있었다. 즉 부릳지스톤 타이어가 그것이다. 미국에서 이 타이어가 발매된것은 6년여 전 그때 동사도 거의 동시에 발표는 했었다. 그러나 그 당시의 일본의 타이어 시장은 라디알 일색으로서 바이어스 벨팃드의 출현할 만한틈이 없었다. 그러나 호화성을 과시하는 미국의 신차에는 전부 이 타이어가 장착되어가고 있다. 이때문인지 일본에서도 겨우 조용한 부움이 일기시작하고 있다. 하나 같은 벨팃드, 바아어스 타이어라하드라도 "미국제와는 일맥다릅니다."라고 하고 있는것이 B.S.타이어의 기술부. 그럼 어디가 어떻게 다른가, 개발의 과정으로부터 그 배경을 엿보자, 라디알 타이어는 야무다 ……고 느끼는 사람은 꼭 한번 타보면 안다.

최근 인터넷 기반의 웹 2.0의 시작으로 정보나 콘텐츠를 누구나 이용할 수 있는 인터넷환경이 제공되었다. 특히 소셜미디어를 통해 빠르게 공통관심사를 공유할 수 있는 커뮤니티를 구성하고 있으며, 온라인에서의 공동체는 개인의 정체성과 집단적 정체성을 교차하는 영역을 이루고 있다. 이러한 온라인 공동체에서 팬덤은 참여가 높고 사적 수준에서 결속력이 강한 공동체를 형성하는 집단이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문화 현상에서 유대관계가 강하게 형성된 '팬덤'이라는 이용자를 대상으로 이용동기 요인과 이에 따른 스타와의 상호작용을 통해 형성되는 커뮤니티의 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 한다. 커뮤니티 사례의 내용분석을 통해 팬덤의 일반화된 이용동기에 관해 살펴봄으로써 커뮤니티의 사용자 측면에서 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.

한국천문연구원에서 "동아시아 천문아카이브 구축을 위한 기획연구"의 일환으로 2018년 4월부터 6월까지 수행한 천문사료 연구 계획을 소개하고자 한다. 이 연구의 목적은 정사 및 개인문집에 수록된 방대한 한국의 천문기록자료를 집대성하는 것이다. 우선적으로 고려사, 조선왕조실록, 승정원일기 등의 정사에 수록된 천문 기록들을 일정한 형식으로 수집하려고 한다. 이들을 다른 관찬 문헌 및 사찬 문집 등과 비교 연구를 통해 e-science 기반 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 1 단계 총 5년간의 연구기간을 통해서 순차적으로 open science platform 형식의 천문 아카이브로 제공할 계획이다.

최근 코로나 바이러스로 인한 팬데믹이 장기화 되었고 이는 개인의 정신건강에도 많은 악영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 따른 코로나 우울감 해소 방안으로 '감정일기 애플리케이션'을 제안하며 감정 분석을 위해 2차원 좌표계를 사용한다. 이 애플리케이션에서는 사용자가 입력한 좌표값의 평균으로 콘텐츠를 추천하는데, 평균 좌표값이 획일화되어 한 가지 범주에 고착되는 문제가 있다. 이를 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 평가 변수 및 사용자 성향 변수를 이용하여 평균 좌표값에 변화를 주었다. 이를 통해 사용자에게 보다 적합한 콘텐츠 추천을 기대한다.

현재 일상색활에서 다양한 사물들에 IT 기술이 접목되고 있다. 그 중 대표적인 제품으로 스마트미러가 있다. 스마트미러는 높은 접근성을 이용하여 사용자에게 일기예보, 뉴스피드, 캘린더, 개인맞춤정보 등 일상생활에 밀접한 다양한 정보를 제공한다. 본 논문은 영상처리 기반 얼굴인식을 이용한 스마트 미러 시스템을 제안한다. 그리고 실제 프로토타입을 제작함으로써 실제 사용가능 여부를 판단하였다.
