In this paper, we design and implement a framework based on Web Services for effective management of the profiles that were proposed to provide a user with personalized service. The profiles must be constituted the related information of the user and could be exchanged according to cyclic.acyclic or event among user's device, profile repository and service server for providing the user with personalized service. The profiles also must be supplied the services providers that need to the profiles for the personalized service. The profile framework is necessary to provide the functions like this for managing effectively of the personalized service. The proposed framework used the Web Services for exchanging and providing the profile regardless the various devices and platform. The framework also was applied the metadata constitute method and dynamic constitute method for managing effectively of the profile. The result of experiment using proposed framework was effective process and management of the profile and could exchange the profile with regardless of platform and device. The implemented system using the proposed framework was foundation of providing the personalized services with a user by through a effective management function of the profile.

u-Health 관련 보건 비용의 지속적인 증가와 건강 및 사전 예방에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라온라인을 통한 상담, 정보제공, 동영상 서비스 및 e-commerce등 건강 관련 서비스 시장 확대가 되고 있다. 국내 의료산업은 원무행정 분야에 대한 초기 정보화 단계에 있으며, 대학/종합 병원들의 IT예산은 급속히 증가하고 있으나, 중소형 병/의원/약국의 경우 IT 투자예산 확보 문제가 있다. 이를 대처하기 위해 u-Health와 Wellness를 통합 함으로서 BT, NT 및 IT 관련 기술을 활용하여 u-Fitwellness 시스템을 구축 Ubiquitous 네트워크를 통해 고객에게 건강과 의료관련 서비스, 제품, 정보를 제공하고 개인의 삶의 질을 향상시킴으로써 홈 네트워킹 기반 u-Health Total Solution을 통한 융합형 시스템 서비스를 제공하고자 한다.

유무선 인터넷 기술의 발전은 인터넷을 통한 개인 정보의 효율적인 공유 및 교환을 가능하게 하였다. 최근 이러한 분산 정보의 공유를 위한 네트워킹 기술로 P2P(Peer-to-Peer)가 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 현재 국내외의 많은 대학 및 기관에서 P2P에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행 중 이다. 하지만, 대부분의 P2P 시스템들은 파일공유 위주의 서비스를 제공하며 SETI@HOME을 필두로 한 일부 @HOME 프로젝트들만이 자원 공유 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 자원공유 P2P 서비스들은 특정한 목적을 위해 구성됨으로써 자원을 제공하는 일반 사용자는 단순히 자원을 제공할 뿐 그 이상의 역할을 수행할 수가 없다. 이에 본 논문에서는 P2P 시스템에 참여한 모든 사용자가 P2P의 자원 네트워크를 사용할 수 있도록 멀티 에이전트 기반의 자원 공유 P2P 시스템을 제안한다. 일반 사용자는 서비스 생성 프레임워크를 사용하여 자신에게 필요한 테스크 에이전트를 생성할 수 있으며, 스케줄러 및 분배 에이전트, 테스크 에이전트에 의해 수행되어진다. 또한 본 시스템은 group 및 peer의 관리를 위해 특성 학습 에이전트(Specific Learning Agent)의 학습기능을 사용함으로써 P2P가 가지는 불안전한 환경 및 신뢰성 문제를 해결하였다.

최근 1인 가상커뮤니티가 성숙화 단계에 들어서면서, 이에 대한 많은 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 사이버 커뮤니티는 일반 사용자에게 고립감을 벗어나 사회적 관계(social network)를 맺을 수 있는 기능을 포괄적으로 확장시키고, 이용자들에게는 공동의 관심사와 관계 형성의 공간을 제공한다는 점에서 기존 오프라인 커뮤니티와 같은 역할을 한다고 할 수 있다. 더욱이 '카페' 나 '클럽' 중심의 키뮤니티에서 개인형 커뮤니티 추세로 급변하고 있는 최근에는 블로그 사용자가 급증함에 따라 다양한 초점에서 많은 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 새로운 미디어로 각광받고 있는 개인형 커뮤니티인 블로그 사용자를 새로운 정보기술의 사용자로 파악하여 기술수용모형(TAM)을 기본모형으로 하여 선행연구로부터 도출된 개인특성 변수들에 대하여 실증분석 한다. 본 연구의 학문적 시사점은 기술수용모델이 블로그 사용 환경에서도 적용 가능한지를 검증한 것이고, 기술수용모델 이외의 요소인 주관적 규범, 인지된 즐거움 그리고 자기 유능감이 블로그 서비스 사용에 미치는 영향력을 알아본 점에서 의의가 있다.

디지털 컨텐츠는 UHD, 3D, 파노라마 영상 등 다양한 형태로 발전되고 있다. 그 중 파노라마 영상은 여러 영상을 정합하여 넓은 시야각을 제공하는 컨텐츠로 전문적인 기술자들을 중심으로 제작되고 있다. 또한 디지털 컨텐츠의 제작자는 전문가에서 일반인으로까지 범위가 확장되었고, 발전된 형태의 컨텐츠를 일반인이 스마트폰 등의 개인 단말로 손쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 해주는 컨텐츠 생성 기술이 발달되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 일반 사용자들이 각각의 스마트폰 단말로 촬영한 여러 동영상들을 하나의 파노라마 영상으로 제작하기위한 기술 중, 각기 다른 스마트폰의 시간축을 이미지 매칭을 통해 하나의 통일된 시간축으로 동기화 시키는 기법에 관하여 연구하였다. 이를 위해, 본 논문에서는 동영상에서 시간정보로 이용하기 위한 오브젝트의 움직임이 포함된 시퀀스를 찾는 방법과 해당 시퀀스를 이용하여 다른 동영상과의 이미지 매칭으로 시간축을 동기화 시키는 방법을 제안한다.

The Bioethics and Safety Act provides a set of rules to regulate biobanks and research activities using human biological material, but the law seems to be defective in several folds. The law requires that, prior to collection or use of human biological materials, researchers should obtain the informed consent of the donors, but the law does not obligate biobanks to do so. Even in cases where the law requires informed consent, the ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare allows open (or blanket) consent. In addition, a new article in the Act, Article 42-2 which will take effect from October 24, 2019, allows medical institutions to provide biobanks with remaining biospecimens collected in the course of diagnosis and treatment, unless the donors express their intent to opt-out, without obtaining specific consent from them. Given the need to protect the autonomy of donors and the unique characteristics of biobanks and research activities that use human biological materials, this paper concludes that such open consent-based law may not be suitable to protect the autonomy of the donors and that the broad consent requirement may be a desirable policy option. The paper acknowledges that the international community has long questioned whether broad consent (as well as open consent) is an effective choice to regulate the use of human biological materials. The paper stresses that the baseline requirement in designing the law is that the secondary use of human biological materials should be based on informed consent of the donors; the core value of the law should be a governance structure that promotes transparency and protects donor participation.

멀티미디어 관련 기술이 발전하고 인터넷 사용이 보편화되면서 모바일 단말기 상에서 비디오 데이터를 검색하려는 요구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 모바일 단말기의 경우 낮은CPU 처리율이나 대역폭, 배터리 용량 등의 제약으로 인해 비디오를 그대로 검색하기에는 어려움이 많다. 최근 들어 비디오 데이터의 요약을 통해 모바일 환경의 제약점을 극복하고 효율적으로 비디오를 검색하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 단편적인 비디오 데이터 요약 기술에서 벗어나 요약된 비디오 데이터에 특징이나 중요도를 MPEG-7을 이용해서 주석 처리하여 사용자에게 보다 효과적인 검색 환경을 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 요약 방법은 모바일 환경에서 사용자의 우선 순위나 요구하는 특징에 적합한 동영상을 볼 수 있고 비디오의 전송시 모바일 장비의 성능에 따라 차별적으로 요약 정보를 제공함으로써 모바일 환경의 제약을 상당히 완화시킨다.

In Korea, currently, only the growth possibility of bioinformation industry has received the public attention, and social discussion on bioinformation management is meager. Based on this critical perspective, this study investigates the current status of public awareness of the bioinformation which can be a basis for the social discussion for bioinformation management. The most significant characteristics identified in the survey is that many citizens, while expressing their agreement on the use of biometric technology by purpose and taking an open stance on national fingerprint information collection, have considerable concern for the identity authentication system using the current biometric technology. In particular, the survey pointed out that it is hard to trust the institutions that collect the bioinformation. Also, the public expressed the particular concern for the health data including the body information and showed overwhelming consent for the necessity of more stringent regulation compared with other personal information. In regards to the medical information gathered from medical institutions, nearly 80% of the survey respondents did not agree on providing the information to commercial enterprises, and even 60% of them disagreed on using it for academic and statistical research. This result well demonstrates that thorough management of the bioinformation is required for its utilization.

Group key agreement protocols are designed to provide a group of parties securely communicating over a public network with a session key. The mobile computing architecture is asymmetric in the sense of computational capabilities of participants. That is, the protocol participants consist of the stationary server(application servers) with sufficient computational Power and a cluster of mobile devices(clients) with limited computational resources. It is desirable to minimize the amount of computation performed by each group member in a group involving low-power mobile devices such as smart cards or personal digital assistants(PDAs). Furthermore we are required to update the group key with low computational costs when the members need to be excluded from the group or multiple new members need to be brought into an existing group. In this paper, we propose a dynamic group key protocol which offers computational efficiency to the clients with low-power mobile devices. We compare the total communicative and computational costs of our protocol with others and prove its suity against a passive adversary in the random oracle model.

This study examined the relationship between internet ethics, self-control, nursing professionalism, and patient privacy awareness among nursing students with clinical practice experience, and attempted to provide basic data for the development of patient privacy awareness improvement programs reflecting the flow of information age. The data collection period was from November 20 to December 15, 2023. The questionnaires of 142 nursing students who agreed to participate in this study and were enrolled in D and C universities in Daejeon Metropolitan City and Cheongju City were analyzed. The results showed that nursing professionalism and self-control were the influential factors on nursing students' perception of patient privacy. The explanatory power of these variables was 24%. In conclusion, in order to improve the patient privacy awareness of nursing students, it is necessary to explore ways to promote the ethical awareness of internets and develop educational programs to increase nursing professionalism.
