본 연구에서는 커뮤니티와 커뮤니티의 참여자가 동적으로 생성되거나 변화되는 상황에서 개인이 생성하는 정보를 안전하게 공유하는 방법을 제공하기 위하여 ABAC(Attributed Based Access Control) 개념을 도입하였고 정보주체와 자료의 속성 확장에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 대부분의 커뮤니티가 정보를 제공하는 주체와 정보를 참조하는 주체의 관계에 따라 정보를 참조하므로 이에 따라 사회적 관계 속성을 이용하여 권한을 관리하는 ABAC를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 사회적 관계 속성을 이용한 ABAC가 사용되는 GIM의 형태와 속성, 보안문제, 기존의 방법들이 분석되었으며 논문에서 제안하는 사회적관계 속성을 이용한 ABAC의 적용방법을 기술하였다.

Recently, the value of video as an important data of medical information technology is increasing due to the feature of rich clinical information. On the other hand, video is also required to be de-identified as a medical image, but the existing methods are mainly specialized in the stereotyped data and still images, which makes it difficult to apply the existing methods to the video data. In this paper, we propose an automated system to index candidate elements of personal identification information on a frame basis to solve this problem. The proposed system performs indexing process using text and person detection after preprocessing by scene segmentation and color knowledge based method. The generated index information is provided as metadata according to the purpose of use. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system, the indexing speed was measured using prototype implementation and real surgical video. As a result, the work speed was more than twice as fast as the playing time of the input video, and it was confirmed that the decision making was possible through the case of the production of surgical education contents.

As accelerates the technical evolution of high-speed network and progresses the digitalization of broadcasting network, TV channel service through satellite/cable/terrestrial networks becomes more stable and mature. However, TV channel service using IP network such as IPTV is recently emerging. Especially, when it comes to current mosaic EPG(Electronic Program Guide) as a channel guide, the implementation of EPG via IP network is under developing. Furthermore, the personal target mosaic EPG is not provided at all in the IPTV. This paper proposes a construction method of mosaic system which can support fixed and personalized mosaic EPG using IP network for viewers. The fixed mosaic EPG is made several steps as follows ; First, H/E generates several mosaic A/V streams. Then, which are transmitted to the STB in terms of multicasting via IP network. Finally, mosaic EPG is displayed on TV through STB. In addition, this paper describes a construction model of the personalized A/V mosaic EPG that represents each person's favorite channels according to their tastes and interests. As for the contributions. The TV channel guide using IP network enable viewer to select channel more easily with practical adaptation of multi-channel expansibility and sufficient usability. In addition, through personal mosaic EPG, a number of viewers can compose their own mosaic EPG and enjoy a variety of channel easily in accordance with their preferences. Finally, the personal mosaic EPG can prohibit non-adult users from connecting adult-only contents more efficiently.

컴퓨터에서 사용자의 usage정보는 Accounting의 기본 자료가 될 뿐만 아니라 그리드 컴퓨팅과 같은 환경에서도 교환되어지는 중요한 자료이다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 컴퓨팅 시스템으로부터 usage정보를 수집하여 제공하는 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 서버에서의 특징은 정보관리를 위하여 일반적으로 사용하는 DB를 사용하지 않고 XML파일로 처리한 것이다. 이렇게 함으로써 서버는 보다 단순해 질 수 있으며, 개인이나 중소 규모의 전산센터에서도 쉽게 usage정보 제공이 가능해 질 수 있다.

An apartment house and an officetel are already our most important residential space generally. Among food, clothing and shelter, an apartment and an officetel are in charge of a shelter as the most fundamental in our life. To live in an apartment and an officetel, it is necessory for residents to write a lot of informations about themselves. Therefore massive privacy files about apartment's residents is inevitable and it is managing in its own way. A privacy accident in an apartment houses would be a big society problem. This study examined 'tenant list' to find out what it collects and what it's problems are and proposed some vairous measures about the privacy improvements like items reduction & consent process improvement in an apartment house and an officetel from privacy laws perspective.

As Online Behavioral Advertising is dramatically growing with usefulness of information and user convenience in recent years, there are privacy issues caused by collecting user's behavioral information without their consent. To tackle the problem, the need of Do Not Track regulations is getting much higher. In Korea, however, it has never existed. So, this study is examining the case of the major countries have been enforcing the law and regulations of DNT. After that, it is classified with four domain (law/regulation, corporation, individual, society) to include all stakeholders of OBA. Furthermore, this study may have academic significance by suggesting DNT framework through analysis of them. Providing DNT mechanism consisted of three type (behavioral information, control, DNT system), it can be useful guidelines for companies to support decision making as introduced DNT. As analyzed between DNT and stakeholders based on the study of OBA market, it will be useful basic material of OBA study later.

요즈음 우리가 살고 있는 시대를 정보화 사회라고 말한다. 기업과 공공기관, 학교, 가전제품은 물론 개인의 업무에 이르기까지 인터넷으로 연결된 컴퓨터를 이용하여 업무를 신속히 처리하고 있다. 이와 같은 인터넷이 발달된 시대의 무한 경쟁사회에서 앞서 나아가기 위해서는 관련 정보를 빠르게 얻고 업무에 쉽게 적용할 수 있어야 한다. 이와 같이 필요한 정보를 신속히 찾고 관련정보를 이용하기 위해서는 인터넷을 이용하는 것이 가장 빠를 수 있다. 인터넷은 방대한 자료의 바다로 연결되고 사용자와 사용자는 물론 사용자와 기업까지도 직접 연결해줄 수 있으므로 필요한 정보를 찾고 정보를 교환하고 문제를 해결하고 정보를 제공할 수 있는 최선의 방법이라고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 통한 데이터베이스의 정보를 공유하는 방법을 제시하고 웹 서비스 프로그램을 통하여 그 과정과 구현 결과를 보이려고 한다. 대부분의 웹 프로그램에서 제공하는 데이터는 다양한 포맷으로서 일방적으로서 제공되는 방식이므로 사용자가 파일로 저장하기가 매우 불편하고, 필요한 자료만을 선택하여 가져가거나, 가지고 있는 자료를 제공하고자 할 때 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 웹 서비스 기술을 이용하여 서로 쉽게 공유할 수 있는 데이터베이스 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

현재까지 인터넷상에서 텍스트와 이미지를 이용하여 정보를 표현하고 전달하는 방법이 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 웹 관련 기술의 비약적인 발달과 네트워크 속도의 증가 및 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 단순한 텍스트와 이미지 중심의 HTML 문서를 이용한 정보의 전달이 아닌 멀티미디어 데이터를 이용한 정보의 표현과 전달이 점차 증대되고 있다. 최근에는 개인용 컴퓨터의 성능 증가와 초고속 통신 서비스의 보급에 의해 멀티미디어 데이터의 전송이 가능하게 됨으로써 기존의 공중파나 CATV 방송국의 형태 지니고 인터넷상에서 실시간 방송/VOD(Video On Demand) 서비스를 제공하는 인터넷 방송국이 급속하게 생겨나고 있다. 인터넷 방송은 동영상과 오디오의 실시간 전달을 가능하게 하는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술과 실시간 전송 프로토콜인 RTP/RTCP를 기반으로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문은 멀티미디어 스트리밍과 실시간 전송 프로토콜을 지원하고, 자바를 기반으로 한 실시간 방송/VOD 서비스를 제공하는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

소비자 개개인의 취향에 부합하는 맞춤형 서비스가 기업들에게 중요한 과제로 대두되고 있다. 이 같은 기대에 부응하기 위해 기업은 막대한 양의 데이터를 수집하고 그를 기반으로 서비스를 제공하려 노력하고 있다. 하지만, 데이터 수집 과정에서 어떤 정보가 어떻게 수집되는지를 명확히 아는 소비자는 극히 드물다. 소비자가 원하는 정보는 이용 약관에 명시되어 있지만, 정작 약관을 꼼꼼히 읽어보고 그에 동의하는 경우는 그리 많지 않기 때문이다. 이 때문에 소비자들이 원치 않는 정보가 수집되어도 이의를 제기하기 힘든 사태가 발생하기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 몇 가지 자연어 처리 기술을 이용하여 키워드를 추출해 약관의 핵심적인 내용을 요약 정리하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 통해 약관의 핵심 요악을 제공하여 이러한 소비자의 불이익을 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

As the multimedia data increase a lot with the rapid development of the Internet, an efficient retrieval technique focusing on individual users is required based on the analyses of such data. However, user modeling services provided by recent web sites have the limitation of text-based page configurations and recommendation retrieval. In this paper, we construct the user preference model with a Bayesian network to apply the user modeling to video retrieval, and suggest a method which utilizes probability reasoning. To do this, context information is defined in a real office environment and the video scripts acquired from established cameras and annotated the context information manually are used. Personal information of the user, obtained from user input, is adopted for the evidence value of the constructed Bayesian Network, and user preference is inferred. The probability value, which is produced from the result of Bayesian Network reasoning, is used for retrieval, making the system return the retrieval result suitable for each user's preference. The usability test indicates that the satisfaction level of the selected results based on the proposed model is higher than general retrieval method.
