  • With the success of wireless technologies in consumer electronics, standard wireless technologies are envisioned for the deployment in industrial environments as well. Industrial applications involving mobile subsystems or just the desire to save cabling make wireless technologies attractive. Nevertheless, these applications often have stringent requirements on reliability and timing. In wired environments, timing and reliability are well catered for by fieldbus systems. When wireless links are included, reliability and timing requirements are significantly more difficult to meet, due to the adverse properties of the radio channels. In this paper, we thus discuss some key issues coming up in wireless fieldbus and wireless industrial communication systems.

  • With the advent of smart age, the concern on smart work has gradually increased in solving our social problems including low birth, aging, low productivity and green growth with low carbon as well as encouraging the balance between work and life. Especially, the competitiveness among companies and countries to preoccupy the advanced telepresence technologies and lead the international standardization based on them have increased more than ever before. But, in our country due to the lack of core technology infrastructure and barrier to current organizational culture, R&D achievement and promotion of deployment on telepresence have not been sufficient. Therefore, It is essential to make standardization strategy and do systematic implementation for core technology which leads the telepresence market in order to fit such an environment and introduce smart work as soon as possible. Accordingly, this paper suggests the direction of standardization and implementation on telepresence for our country to lead telepresence technology and standardization through analysing the current introducing situation and technology/standardization trend.

  • It is evaluated that there is infinit capability of creating new e business using P2P program. but the research for the method to protect the copyright of digital contents is urgent even for development of the p2p service because the problem of copyright protection for digital contents is not solved. Though this article, it can be induced that reliable contents sharing use to a flow fund by secure settlement architecture, user authentication and contents encryption and then it as the problem of copyright fee is solved, it is able to discontinue which trouble with a creation work for copyright fee and protection it's once again as growth of p2p market, p2p protocal is will be grow into a important protocal of advanced network. In this article, When users send digital contants to each other in internet, we proposed the P2P DRM algorism to offer a security function which using the technology of copyright management to use a AES Algorithm based on PKI.

  • Recently, with a rapidly growing of the mobile content market, a variety of mobile-based applications are being launched. But mobile devices, compared to the average computer, take a lot of effort and time to get the final contents you want to use due to the restrictions such as screen size and input methods. To solve this inconvenience, a recommender system is required, which provides customized information that users prefer by filtering and forecasting the information.In this study, an tailored multi-information recommendation system utilizing a Personalized information recommendation system on smartphone is proposed. Filtering of information is to predict and recommend the information the individual would prefer to by using the user-based collaborative filtering. At this time, the degree of similarity used for the user-based collaborative filtering process is Euclidean distance method using the Pearson's correlation coefficient as weight value.As a real applying case to evaluate the performance of the recommender system, the scenarios showing the usefulness of recommendation service for the actual restaurant is shown. Through the comparison experiment the augmented reality based multi-recommendation services to the existing single recommendation service, the usefulness of the recommendation services in this study is verified.

터치패널용 강화유리 기판상 고투과율 투명전도성 ITO 박막제조 및 특성

  • 터치패널은 키보드나 마우스와 같은 입력장치를 사용하지 않고, 스크린에 손가락, 펜 등을 접촉하여 입력하는 방식이다. 누구나 쉽게 입력할 수 있는 장점으로 인해 기존에는 현금인출기, 키오스크 등 공공분야에 주로 많이 사용되어 왔으나, 최근의 터치스크린은 휴대폰, 게임기, 네비게이션, 노트북 모니터 등 개인정보기기의 입력장치로 활용분야가 넓어져가고 있다. 기존 터치패널은 유리 기판 위에 ITO박막(투명전도막)을 진공코팅하여 사용하여 왔지만, 최근 터치패널은 경량화를 고려하여 PET 필름 기판 위에 ITO 박막을 진공코팅하여 사용하고 있다. PET 필름의 유연성 때문에 ITO 코팅된 필름을 PC 혹은 강화유리 위에 OCA 물질을 이용하여 다시 고정하여야 한다. 이때 터치패널 제작시 생산공정이 늘어나 생산성이 떨어지고, 터치패녈의 광투과율도 떨어지는 2차적인 문제가 발생한다. 이를 해결코자하는 터치페널 업체의 needs가 있고, 최근에 이를 해결하기 위하여 PC, 강화유리, 그리고 COP 기판 위에 ITO 박막을 직접 진공코팅하는 공정개발이 진행되고 있다. ITO 박막은 진공코팅 중에 열을 가하여 결정화를 이루어야 하는데, PC, 강화유리 그리고 COP 기판의 열에 약한 특성을 고려하여, 열을 가하지 않고 ITO 박막을 진공코팅하여야 한다. 이러한 ITO 박막의 진공코팅 공정에는 In-line magnetron sputtering system이 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 In-line magnetron sputtering system을 사용하여 강화유리 기판 위에 터치패널용 고투과율 투명전도성 ITO 박막을 제작하고 그 특성을 조사하였다. ITO 박막의 면저항은 230Ohm/cm2, 최고 광투과율은 90.96%(@541~543nm), 그리고 550nm에서 광투과율은 90.45%로 ITO 박막 코팅 전후에 투과율 차이가 0.4임을 확인하였다. 정전용량방식의 터치패널에서는 ITO 박막 코팅 전후에 투과율 차이가 1 이하의 특성을 필요로 하는데, 이는 ITO 박막 패턴후에 패턴이 보이지 않게 하기 위해서이며, 이러한 시장의 needs를 고려하면 본 연구에서 매우 중요한 연구성과를 얻었다고 말할 수 있다.

  • Existing network layer firewall security support is one that does not support the higher layer, the application layer of a vulnerable web application security. Under these circumstances, the vulnerability of web applications to be able to defend a Web Application Firewall is positioned as a solver to solve the important security issues of businesses spotlighted in the next generation of security systems, and a very active market in the market other than domestic is expected to be formed. However, Firewall Web has not yet proposed a standard which can be used to test the performance of the Web Application Firewall Web Application Firewall and select the products of trust hardly Companies in BMT conduct their own individual problems and the cost of performance testing technologies, there is a limit. In this study, practically usable BMT model was developed to evaluate the firewall vendor. Product ratings ISO / IEC 9126, eight product characteristics meet the performance and characteristics of a web application firewall entries are derived. This can relieve the burden on the need to be evaluated in its performance testing of Web firewall, and can enhance the competitiveness of domestic-related sectors, by restoring confidence in the product can reduce the dependence on foreign products.

  • Blockchain is a core technology to solve personal information leakage and data management issues, which are limitations of existing Genomic Sequencing services. Due to continuous cost reduction and deregulation, the market size of Genomic Sequencing has been increasing, also the potential of services is expected to increase when Blockchain's security and connectivity are combined. We created our research model by combining the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Innovation Resistance Theory also analyzed the factors affecting the acceptance intention and innovation resistance of the Blockchain Based Genomic Sequencing Information Platform. A survey was conducted on 150 potential users of Blockchain and Genomic Sequencing services. The analysis was conducted by setting the four Blockchain variables: Security, transparency, availability, and diversity). Also, we set the Perceived Usefulness, Perceived risk, and Perceived Complexity for Technology Acceptance and Innovation Resistance variables and analyzed the effect of the characteristics of the Blockchain on acceptance intention and innovation resistance through these variables. Through this analysis, key variables that need to be considered important to reduce resistance and increase acceptance intention could be identified. This study presents innovation factors that should be considered in companies preparing a new Blockchain Based Genomic Sequencing Information Platform.

A Hybrid Multimedia Contents Recommendation Procedure for a New Item Problem in M-commerce (하이브리드 기법을 이용한 신상품 추천문제 해결방안에 관한 연구 : 모바일 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 중심으로)

  • Currently the mobile web service is growing with a tremendous speed and mobile contents are spreading extensively. However, it is hard to search what the user wants because of some limitations of cellular phones. And the music is the most popular content, but many users experience frustrations to search their desired music. To solve these problems, this research proposes a hybrid recommendation system, MOBICORS-music (MOBIle COntents Recommender System for Music). Basically it follows the procedure of Collaborative Filtering (CF) system, but it uses Contents-Based (CB) data representation for neighborhood formation and recommendation of new music. Based on this data representation, MOBICORS-music solves the new item ramp-up problem and results better performance than existing CF systems. The procedure of MOBICORS-music is explained step by step with an illustrative example.

  • Current generation embedded systems are built around only a small number of SOCs, which are again based on general-purpose embedded micro-processors, such as ARM and MIPS. These RISC-based processors are not, however, designed for specific functions such as networking and multimedia processing, whose importances have increased dramatically in recent years. Network devices for small business and home networks, are especially dependent upon such SOCs based on general processors. Except for PHY and MAC layer functions, which are built with hardware, all the network functions are processed by the embedded micro-processor. Enabling technologies such as VDSL and FTTH promise Internet access with a much higher speed, while at the same time explore the limitations of general purpose microprocessors. In this paper we design a network processor, embed it into an SOC for Home gateway, evaluate the performance rigorously, and gauge a possibility for commercialization.

  • 그 동안 지속적인 경제성장을 바탕으로 한국의 생명보험산업은 양적으로 성장하였다. 그러나 내면을 살펴보면 외형을 떠받칠 만큼 내실있게 성장했는지에 대해서는 많으 의구심을 갖게 한다. 현실적으로 경제성장을 바탕으로 한 외형성장은 한계를 맞을 수 밖에 없으며, 이제는 질적인 내실을 기하기 위해 그 동안 소홀히 했던 보함산업의 전반의 체질개선이 필요하다. IMF이후 경영이 부실한 보험사들이 퇴출되면서 전면적인 개편이 이루어졌고, 또한 보험사 내부에서도 전반적인 개혁의 필요성을 인식하여 여러 방면으로 방안을 구체화하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 상황하에서 생명보험산업의 기존 문제점 개선방안의 일환으로, 보험산업의 가장 핵심분야라 할 수 있는 언더라이팅 분야의 국내현황을 살펴보면서 보험선진국의 제도 및 운영현황과 비교 분석하여 부문별 문제점을 도출하고, 그에 따른 개선방안을 제안하게 되었으며, 본 논문에서 제시된 개선방안을 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 언더라이팅을 신속 정확하게 수행하고 도덕적 위험을 배제하기 위하여 개선된 정보교환시스템 제도를 구축해야 하며, 사정자료의 수집업무를 전문기관에게 아웃소싱함으로써 비용절감을 기하여야 한다. 이와 아울러 모집인의 전문성을 제고시켜 보험계약 청약서와 모집인 보고서가 정확하게 작성되도록 하고 언더라이팅 실적과 연계한 인센티브제도에 의하여 모집수당이 지급되도록 하여 언더라이팅이 효과적으로 수행되도록해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 언더라이팅기법의 선진화를 기함으로써 위험에 상응하는 보험료를 부가하여 위험에 노출되어 있는 가망고객의 보험가입율을 높이고, 보험사고 발생시 실질적인 보험혜택을 누리도록 하여야 한다. 이를 위한 실천방안으로 의적 직업적 재정적 언더라이팅 선진기법을 도입하여 각 부문의 역량을 강화해야 할 것이다. 특히 제도적으로 개인신용정보의 언더라이팅 활용이 제한되어 있는 현실에서 이를 법제도 내로 흡수하면서 개인의 사생활 유지라는 목적을 동시에 달성되도록 하는 재정적 언더라이팅 기법의 강화가 특히 중요하리라 생각된다. 아울러 언더라이팅 업무를 효과적 효율적 수행을 통해 일관성 있는 의사결정이 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하는 언더라이팅 시스템구축을 통해 정형화된 인수과정은 결정시스템화하고, 복잡한 위험의 경우 자문 시스템으로 운영하여 간단한 언더라이팅 업무는 구축된 시스템을 통해 즉각 해결함으로써 시간을 절약할 수 있고, 언더라이팅 인력은 보다 전문적인 부문에 집중하도록 해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로, 비표준위험시장의 활성화를 위해서는 현재의 제약조건인 생명보험 상품개발을 세트형에서 조립형으로 전환하고, 재보험으로 위험을 분산하여 비표준위험의 인수를 증대하여야 할 것이다. 이와 더불어 언더라이팅 과정에서 얻어진 피보험자의 사정자료를 활용하여 고객에게 필요한 의료정보 등을 제공함으로써, 피보험자와 유대관계를 돈독히 하여 기존계약이 계속 유지되도록 하며, 추가계약이 이루어지도록 해야 할 것이다. 이상과 같은 비표준위험의 언더라이팅 개선방안이 보다 효과적으로 수행되고 발전하기 위해서는 통계축적 및 관리, 전문 언더라이터 양성, 전산을 이용한 언더라이팅 확대 등이 이루어져야 하므로 향후 이에 대한 집중적인 연구가 있어야 할 것이다.
