In the age of information overload such as Internet of Things(IoT), big data, and cloud computing, Data and informations are collected to processed regardless of the individual's will. The purpose of this paper presents a model related to personal information overlord, information privacy risk, information privacy concern (collection, control, awareness) and personal information privacy protective response. The results of this study is summarized as follows. First, personal information overload significantly affects information privacy risk. Second, personal information overload significantly affects information privacy concern(collection, control, awareness) Third, information privacy risk significantly affects collection and awareness among information privacy concern, but control does not significantly affects. This results shows that users are cognitively aware the information risk through collection and awareness of information. Users can not control information by self, control of information does not affects. Last, information privacy concern(collection and awareness significantly affect information privacy protective response, but information privacy concern (control) does not affect. Personal information users are concerned about information infringement due to excessive personal information, ability to protect private information became strong.

최근 모바일 기기의 고도화 및 위성 기술의 발달에 따라, 모바일 단말에서 개인 위치의 수집이 용이해지고 있고, 이에 따라 개인 위치 정보 기반의 다양한 서비스들이 주목 받고 있다. 수집된 위치 정보를 필요한 기준에 따라 적절하게 분석한다면 다양한 위치기반 서비스 및 개인용 스마트 기기 인터페이스 등을 위한 매우 유용한 정보로 활용 할 수 있다. 예를 들어 각 지역별 유동인구 또는 사람들이 밀집한 특정 지역이나, 시간대를 확인 하여 위치기반 서비스의 성능을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 또한 스마트 기기에서 사용자의 위치와 연관된 이동 방식을 인지하여 개인 사용자에게 필요한 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 위치 정보 수집을 위한 툴에 대할 설명과, 약 1개월간 수집된 위치정보를 기반으로 분석 결과를 소개한다. 이 결과를 토대로 이동 방식 인식을 위한 알고리즘 개발 시 필요한 점들을 고찰한다.

오늘날 개인정보를 둘러싼 문제는 세계적 관심으로 부상하고 있다. 정보처리 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전으로 대량의 데이터 수집과 가공이 가능하고 소비생활의 개성화. 다양화에 대응하기 위한 기업들의 개인정보 수집 열기는 날로 뜨거워지고 있다. 우리나라도 국가 기간전산망 구축이전에 프라이버시보호법이 제정, 시행될 전망이다. 따라서 고속으로 변화하는 정보관리환경에 적절히 대응하고 건전한 정보화사회의 구현을 위한 개인정보보호법 제정을 위해 지난해 12월 9일 제정된 일본의 행정기관보유 전자계산처리에 관한 개인정보보호법을 소개한다.

모바일 사용자가 증가함에 따라 모바일 앱에서 사용자가 허용하지 않은 개인정보가 유출되는 프라이버시 문제가 많아졌다. 이를 해결하기 위해 구글은 앱스토어에 등록된 앱이 사용자의 개인정보를 어떻게 활용하는지 개인정보 처리방침에 명시하도록 했다. 하지만 개인정보 처리방침이 실제로 앱의 개인정보 수집 및 처리 과정을 정확히 공개하는지 확인할 수 있는 해결책이 없으며, 사용자는 앱이 개인정보를 어떻게 활용하는지 알기 위해 개인정보 처리방침에 의존해야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 안드로이드 정적 분석으로 앱이 접근할 수 있는 데이터를 확인하고, 개인정보 처리방침의 텍스트를 추출 및 분석한 뒤 결과를 비교하여 개인정보 처리방침의 신뢰성을 분석한다. 실험을 위해 구글 앱스토어에 등록된 13,223개 앱의 패키지 파일과 부가정보를 수집했고 전처리 과정을 거쳐 분석 가능한 앱을 선정했다. 선정한 앱의 모바일 앱 분석 결과와 텍스트 분석 결과를 비교하여 모바일 앱이 개인정보 처리방침에 명시된 것보다 더 많은 개인정보에 접근할 수 있음을 입증한다.

본 논문은 온라인에 공개된 다양한 개인정보의 위험도를 분석하는 기술을 제안한다. 인터넷, SNS에 공개된 다양한 데이터를 수집, 분석하여 개인성향을 파악하고 타겟팅하는 가운데, 분산된 정보를 조합하고 추론하면 공개자의 의도와는 달리 신상이나 민감정보가 노출될 가능성이 크다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 데이터 수집 및 분석을 직접 수행하여 개인정보의 위험도를 분석할 수 있는 기술을 제안한다. 제안 기술이 개발되면, 개인정보 위험도에 따른 클라이언트, 웹사이트, 인터넷 전체 규모의 프라이버시 필터링이 가능해질 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, personal information processing are becoming more important in the behavioral advertising based on online and mobile platform. The behavioral advertising analyzes and utilizes individual's search & purchase history, hobbies, and tendency based on the personal behavior information collected using the automatic collection device. Therefore, it collects and stores other types of personal information which did't defined in Privacy Act and can analyze personal behavior. This characteristics may cause disclosure of personal information and exposure to intrusion. In this paper, we investigate and analyze the privacy policy of the advertising agencies, and discussded the measures to be taken in collecting, storing and using personal information suitable for behavior information.

Personal Software Process (PSP)에서 개인 개발자들이 수행해야 되는 측정 및 분석 활동이 제시된다. 측정 및 분석 활동의 일관되고 지속적인 수행으로 개발자들은 소프트웨어 품질 향상, 보다 정확한 예측, 개인 역량의 객관적인 평가, 개인 프로세스의 정량적 관리 등의 이득을 얻을 수 있다. 측정 및 분석 활동에서 신뢰성 있는 데이터의 수집이 무엇보다 중요하다. 하지만, 데이터 수집의 높은 오버헤드(overhead)와 컨텍스트 스위칭(context switching)의 문제로 인하여 신뢰성 있는 데이터의 수집에 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 이러한 어려움을 감소시키기 위해 자동 데이터 수집 및 분석 기법이 연구되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 자동 데이터 수집 및 분석 기법을 확장하여 웹 애플리케이션 개발에서의 개인 프로세스 데이터를 자동 수집 및 분석 하는 도구를 설명한다.

This study explores the factors that determine the quality of private information and how the subsequent consumption behavior is driven. The aim of the study is to discuss how the firms' collection of private information should be conducted and which factors are crucial to raising firm performances. The empirical test conducted with a sample of 331 online consumers suggest that credibility and skepticism were strongly influenced by website reputation and massive information collection, accordingly. Then, the established credibility and skepticism determined the quality of the provided information, ultimately influencing the subsequent consumption behaviors, which are revisit intention and switching intention. Especially, the falsity of provided information was a strong driver of the consumption behavior, highlighting the importance of the quality of provided information on firm performances.

최근 미니홈피, 블로그 등의 개인 홈페이지가 활성화되면서 개인의 생활 경험 정보를 기록으로 남기고자 하는 욕구가 증대되고 있다. 이와 같은 시도는 주로 영상이나 텍스트에 의존한 기록이 주를 이루고 있다. 정보 통신 기술의 급속한 발전은 디지털 라이프로그라는 개념으로 개인의 전반적인 일상 생활을 디지털 미디어로 기록해 두고자 하는 시도를 가능하게 하고 있다. 라이프 로그에서 저장되는 정보는 단순히 개인이 보고 듣는 정보뿐 아니라 개인의 주변상황 및 신체상태 등 그 다양성이 더욱 커질 수 있다. 이러한 다양한 정보를 개인의 실생활에서 수집하기 위해 개인이 일상 생활에서 사용하는 사물에 정보 수집 및 처리 기능을 부가하자는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이와 같이 지능화된 사물을 지능형 가젯(gadget)이라 부른다. 지능형 가젯은 단순한 사용자의 개인 생활 정보를 수집하는 수단 외에도 가젯들 간의 상호 정보 교환으로 사용자의 현재 상황 정보를 인지할 수 있으며 라이프 로그가 저장된 서버와의 정보 교환으로 사용자의 과거 경험 정보로부터 사용자의 의도나 취향을 분석할 수 있다. 이러한 정보를 활용하여 사용자에게 가장 적합하고 특화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 환경을 구현할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 이를 위한 기본이 되는 라이프 로그 서비스를 위한 지능형 가젯의 각 구성 모듈인 지능형 가젯 플랫폼, 지능형 가젯 네트워크, 그리고 지능형가젯 미들웨어의 기술 동향과 라이프 로그 서비스의 연구 사례에 대해 살펴본다.

Let's have a good look at the protection of unspecified private information problems through personal information of law and policy mobile messenger company's TOS(Terms of service) We urgently need for an competition framework to prevent the leaking of Non-specified private informations and need for technical development that is information combined management system. We try verify systems as mentioned above with variety scenarios and suggest improvement plan that is leaking Non-specified private information.
