외환위기 이래 현재까지 대한민국의 가장 큰 사회 문제 중 하나로 대두되고 있는 청년 실업문제의 해결 방법 중 하나로 정부에서는 창업을 적극 권하고 교육부, 중소기업청 등의 여러 정부기관들이 많은 예산과 지원 정책을 시행하고 지원하면서 청년 창업을 적극적으로 권장하고 있다. 이에 따라 대학생이 창업해 성공한 스타트업 기업의 사례가 늘어나면서 대학생들의 창업에 대한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 반면, 창업을 꿈꾸는 대학생 중 사업 아이디어를 가지고 창업을 준비하면서 중도 포기하는 학생들도 많으며 실제 창업을 하고도 폐업하는 실패사례도 많이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 개인적 특성이 창업의 직 간접적인 경험 조절에 따라 창업 의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사하고 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 개인적 특성이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 창업의 직 간접적인 경험 조절로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학생의 개인적 특성을 독립변수로 설정하고 직 간접경험을 조절변수로 설정하여 진행하였다.

This study proposes a novel approach to explore a "travel time budget (TTB)" using a mobile phone signaling data (MPSD), which are passively generated between a mobile phone and a base station. The data analyzied in this study were provided from KT for 8 days (from May 19 to 26 in 2016). They were about 45 million signals passively generated from users whose stay area during night was classified as three areas in Mapo-gu, Seoul and in the city of Sejong. The estmation of TTB was implemented with various pre-processing techniques on the MPSD data in a data-driven analysis. As a result, the TTBs of Mapo-gu, Seoul and Sejong were 82.94 and 80.70 minutes, respectively. The results in this study were also compared with those based on the traditional methods. The authors expect that this result will help transport experts improve the use of MPSD.

This research aims to diagnosis regional science as culture and propose plans for improvement. The study was performed based on a framework for analyses presented by existing literatures. Science culture is divided into two dimensions(individual and social), Each dimension is expected to represent citizen literacy of and regional infrastructure of science culture respectively. Gyeonggi region of Korean metropolitan area has been analyzed for the case study. As a result of the case study, the level of science culture of Gyeonggi region is weak compared with others areas. To improve, we propose some plans such as budget extension, long-term view on investments, strengthen network and organizational system for regional science culture.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of the individual-level and community-level factors in the ecological model on walking and to provide the basic data for a strategy that can increase walking for health promotion of adult workers. By combining the primary data of community health survey (CHS) (2011-2013) with the Korea national statistics annual book (2011-2013), the regional level variables were extracted from 253 municipal districts and the convergent big data with the hierarchical structure was produced. As a result, the increase in budget expenditure for public order and safety in social and cultural environment factors, the increase in budget expenditure for national and community land development in the leisure environment factors, and the number of buses in the transportation environment were increased by walking. In conclusion, walking was increased by the development of a community environment and bus transportation besides individual characteristics and behavior. Therefore, improving environment and public transportation will increase physical activity, such as walking, which will increase the health expectancy in community citizen workers.

Personal Information Protection Act was first enacted in March, 2011, amended in September, 2011 and became effective. Nevertheless, the risk of interfering with personal information protection still remains, associated with collection, plagiarism, leakage, and even sales of personal information. The public libraries are not an exception. Accordingly, this study investigates the status of personal information protection in public libraries of Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Also, it tries to discover problems associated with the act and presents a model scheme to improve this situation. The scheme relates to (1) securing of a sufficient budget; (2) reinforcing professional education related to personal information; (3) developing detailed guidelines for public libraries.

The purposes of this study are to identify factors that affect personal information protection activities from the perspective of personal information managers and explore ways of promoting such activities. The main factors examined by threat and response assessments were selected based on the protection motivation theory, and the effects of each factor were analyzed using a multinomial logit model. The analysis results show that small-scale personal information managers need to be provided with both educational support to enhance their awareness and technical support, such as protection inspection tools, to help them carry out their own personal information protection activities. Personal information managers larger than a certain size also require tax support, including tax cuts, to support their budgets for and investments in personal information protection activities. In addition, they need professional education that emphasizes practice.

The social welfare service is expanding to different field as the social welfare budget is increasing. By this opportunity, it needs to make clear of the basis of argument that the necessity of development of Korean government's support and aid by social policy should be worked. This research dealt with the national economic effect in relation to welfare for the disabled in terms of welfare economics. Budget spending for the achievement of welfare for the disabled makes an enterprise or a person spend money continually either in a direct or indirect way. This study shows by the use of analysing the related production effects, as an economical influence of welfare for the disabled budget assuming by means of measuring. The results are analyzed that the production of one trillion and three hundred billon won is annually caused and 8,015.9 hundred million won of the direct and indirect added value is caused by the welfare of the disabled budget expenditure of three local governments of capital area. And it is also assumed it creates employment cause personnel (17.673.2 person) and job cause members (26.825.2). The result of the study anticipates the role of basic research material for the necessity of intervention, support, and aid by the government and local government revised policy for the disabled welfare field at this point in time where the welfare budget policy in terms of universal social service is reinforced, rather than the trend, until recently, of realizing the social welfare budget as consumption expenditure and the function of performing the effect and evaluation in tentative action of social conflict.

u-Health 관련 보건 비용의 지속적인 증가와 건강 및 사전 예방에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 온라인을 통한 상담, 정보제공, 동영상 서비스 및 e-commerce등 건강 관련 서비스 시장이 확대가 되고 있다. 특히 노령인구의 급증에 따른 국내 고령층에 대한 실버산업이 대두되고 있다. u-Health 의료산업은 원무행정 분야에 대한 초기 정보화 단계에 있으며, 대학/종합병원들의 IT예산은 급속히 증가하고 있으나, 중소형 병/의원/약국의 경우 IT 투자예산 확보에 어려움이 있다. 이를 대처하기 위해 u-Health와 Wellness를 통합 함으로서 BT, NT 및 IT 관련 기술을 활용하여 u-Fitwellness 시스템을 구축하여 Ubiquitous 네트워크를 통해 고령자를 위한 건강과 의료관련 서비스, 제품, 정보를 제공하고 개인의 삶의질을 향상시킴으로써 홈 네트워킹 기반 u-Healthcare Total Solution을 통한 융합형 서비스를 제안하고자 한다.
