현재의 병원 전산 시스템은 각 병원의 자체 전산화 구축으로 인하여 각 개인의 진료기록 및 처방전 등 개인의 신상 자료가 한 병원에 국한되어 있고 타 병원 및 공공기관에서의 진료기록 필요시 진단서를 발급해야 하는 불편함이 초래하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 개인의 신상 기록 및 진료기록 통합 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 통합데이터베이스 서버를 구축하고 각 병원 및 약국에서는 전용선을 통하여 접속함으로서 개인의 진료기록 및 처방전을 각 병원과 약국에서 공유할수 있게 되어 병원관리의 투명성과 신뢰성이 제고된다.

This study was conducted aiming at understanding types of the image of radiological technologists in private hospitals targeting university students majoring in radiology, and suggesting a strategy for improving the image of radiological technologists in private hospitals according to the categorized types. To achieve the foregoing objectives, this study applied Q methodology which is suitable for research of human subjectivity. With 31 university students majoring in radiology as a P-sample, this study employed forced distribution method with 20 Q-samples. Results show that the image of radiological technologist in private hospitals perceived by university students majoring in radiology was divided into three types as 'Unstable future type', 'Affirmative working atmosphere type' and 'Dissatisfied organizational system type'. This study understood characteristics of each type and is expected to be used as basic data for improvement of radiological technologists in private hospitals.

본 논문은 국립 사이타마 병원(일본)이 계획하고 있는 새로운 전자차트 시스템 도입을 위한 병원정보 시스템 시방서(안)에 대한 개인정보 영향평가 평가방법과 결과를 정리한 것이다. 의료정보 시스템이 취급하는 데이터는 민감한 개인정보를 포함하고 있으며 한 번 유출된 개인 정보를 회수하기란 어렵다. 따라서 시스템 구축에 있어서 개인정보보호에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 개인정보 영향평가는 개인정보 유출에 대한 리스크를 시스템 가동 전에 평가하여 리스트를 경감하는 방법으로, 리스크를 가시화함으로써 사전에 리스크에 대한 대책방안을 마련할 수 있다.

잘못된 생활습관, 운동량 감소, 비만, 스트레스 등이 증가함에 따라 우리나라를 비롯한 세계인의 '당뇨 전쟁'이 시작되고 있다. 따라서 매년 증가하고 있는 당뇨병환자와 당뇨병전단계의 환자를 위한 국가적인 관리와 예방 또한 필요한 실정이다. 본 호에서부터 게재되는 '당뇨인을 위한 병원 탐방'에서는 각 대학병원 또는 개인병원의 내분비내과와 당뇨교실 등을 직접 찾아 소개하고 병원마다의 특성과 당뇨 예방과 관리를 위한 방법을 직접 들어보고자 한다. 이번 호에는 '순천향대학교 천안병원'을 찾아가 보았다.

Recently, many corporations and public institutions are busy preparing and providing measures in dealing with new privacy information law. This study reviews privacy impact assessments in order to perform preventing and diagnosis against potential threats focus on the K-hospital case. The quality of protection in K-hospital shows that the corporations itself is 79.0, the system is 97.0, the life cycle of the privacy is 67.4 and CCTV is 90.0. The lowest levels are saving and keeping 50.0, usage and offer 64.1 and destruction 66.7 among the life cycle of the privacy. The result of risk analysis shows that the highest levels are controlling for privacy 11.0, saving and keeping 12.5 and destruction 13.0. From the result, dangerous duplications are saving and keeping and destructions.

With the entry into the aging society, we are increasingly interested in wellness, and personalized medical services through artificial intelligence are expanding. In order to provide personalized medical services, it is difficult to provide accurate medical analysis services only with the existing hospital system components PM / PA, OCS, EMR, PACS, and LIS. Therefore, it is necessary to present the hospital system model and the construction plan suitable for personalized medical service. Currently, some medical cloud services and artificial intelligence diagnosis services using Watson are being introduced in domestic. However, there are not many examples of systematic hospital system construction. Therefore, this paper proposes a hospital system model suitable for personalized medical service. To do this, we design a model that integrates medical big data construction and AI medical analysis system into the existing hospital system components, and suggest development plan of each module. The proposed model is meaningful as a basic research that provides guidelines for the construction of new hospital system in the future.
