인터넷 사용의 보편화로 사이버 공간이 날로 확장하고 있다. 테이프나 CD로 즐기던 음악을 PC 또는 전용 플레이어를 이용해 MP3파일로 듣기도 하고 ;이 영화만에 가시 않고도 인터넷으로 영화와 비디오를 감상하는 시대가 이미 열렸다. 또한 최근에는 파일형태로 공급되는 전자 북(E-book)리 등장해 종이 책 시장을 넘보고 있다. 그러나, 디지털 컨텐츠들은 쉽고 간편하게 원본과 똑같은 품짙로 복제할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상상을 초월하는 빠른 속도로 이동이 가능하여 사용자들이 불법으로 얼마든지 이용할 수 있다. 현재 국내외에서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 제안한 기술로 디지털 컨텐츠들을 보호하고 관리할 수 있도록 하는 DRM(Digital Rights Management)이가는 시스템들이 제안되어 계속적으로 개밭되고 있다[1]. 디지털 컨텐츠를 보호하고 저작권을 관리하는 시스템인 DRM에는 크게 세 가지의 기본 시스템(Publisher Customer, DRM Server System)이 있다. 본 논문에서는 컨텐츠를 등록하고 저작권자가 그 컨텐츠를 관리하는 Publisher System을 키 알고리즘을 이용하여 설계한다. 설계한다.

Neural network is one of the most notable technique. It usually provides more powerful forecasting models than the traditional time series techniques. Employing the Ensemble technique in forecasting model, one should provide a initial distribution. Usually the uniform distribution is assumed so that the initialization is noninformative. However, it would be expected a sequential informative initialization based on data rather than the uniform initialization gives further reduction in forecasting error. In this note, a modified Ensemble algorithm using sequential initial probability is developed. The sequential distribution is designed to have much weight on the recent data.

진공기술의 응용과 진공환경의 이용은 더 이상 논하지 않더라도 산업 전반에 그 충요성이 점점 더 커가고 있다. 이러한 여건에도 불구하고 진공율 이용하는 system 개밟의 국산화는 수 입하는 system으$\mid$ 수에 비하여 절대적으로 부족하며, 또한 개발하는 system의 자동화는 거의 이 루어지지 않고 있으며, 자동화된 진공판련 system은 거의 대부분 수입에 의흔하고 있다. 실험 실 규모에서부터 System올 하나하나 개밭하고, 이톨 자동화하는 노력과 일이 진행됨다면 산업 응용에 있어서도 자연스럽게 자동화된 system으$\mid$ 개발이 이루어 질 것이다 .. system 자동화는 상 품수명의 단축과 이에 따른 다품종 소량을 요구하는 시장수요에 대응하고, 인력절감과 고풀짙 화로 생산성 향상의 요구에 대응하기 위하여 필요하다. 본 연 구에 서 는 e-beam evaporator로 evaporation하면 서 ion beam으로 assist하여 thin film율 제 작하는 IBAD vacuum system율 싫 계 및 제 작하고[1,2], PLC[3,떼톨 이 용하여 system 자동화톨 하였다 .. thin film 제작 process는 먼저 기본 진공상태로 만뚫고 난 뒤, e-beam evaporator로 e evaporation하면서 ion beam source로 assist하여 substrate 011 thin film율 제조한다 226;. thin film올 제 조하면서 thickness monitor로 sample의 thickness rate톨 control 하고, sample의 균얼성과 밀착 성을 고려하여 substrate톨 rotation 및 heating 할 수 있도록 싫계, 제작하였다. 양질의 박막올 제조하기 위해서 진공환경이 좋은 상태로 제공되어야 한다. 이톨 위하여 oil free operation 0 I 가 능한 dry pump와 turbo molecular pump로 고진공 배기 하였다. 진공도의 흑점은 thermal effect 툴 고려하여 cold cathode ion gauge률 사용하였고, intro chamber와 main chamber 사이에는 g gate valve톨 설치하여 벌도로 운용되도록 하였다. 이러한 process를 박막의 두께, 진공도, 시 간, 온도, 공정 동의 조건올 기훈으로 자동화한 것이다. 또한 정전과 단수에 대한 interlock 기능 도 고려하였다.하였다.

As the world has been forming the global village and the cultures of each country are exchanged, the unique cultural specialty of each country high been merged with the generality in the world. The increasing interest on the oriental world and the globalization recently brings the fusion form of oriental and occidental cultures. In such a global trend, it is our challenge to find out the traditional beauty and the design factors of Korea for the new challenge and development of Korean fashion and to develop the most Korean and global design by interpreting them in a modem sense. It is the Era of the Three States when an of official hat among the personal ornaments of Korea was firstly described on the literature, including the literature of ancient China and Chronicles of Three States and Heritage of Three States of Korea. Those literatures clarified that the people in Goguryeo Baekje, Silla and Gaya decorated themselves with gold, silver and jade. Furthermore, since various kinds of ornaments have been excavated, they shown the development of metal craft in the Era of Three States. This study aim to exploit the design motives among the gold crown elements among the ornaments during the Era of Three States, interpret them in a modem expression, develop the textile design using the Adobe photoshop and suggest the application approaches by applying them to the clothing design.

ISO 9000-3 is the quality management and quality assurance standards for applying ISO 9001 to the design. development. supply. installation and maintenance of software. The newly revised ISO/CD 9000-3：1995 contains a lot of enforced changes within ISO 9001 framework - quality standards for manufactured products. This paper analyses the revised ISO 9000-3 by comparing it to ISO 9001. and derives quality audit points to use for qualify audit In future.

Recently, the construction wastes increase rapidly due to the revitalization of reconstruction and redevelopment, the development of new urbanization of large housing development, the expansion of social infrastructure, and so on. To solve rapid increase of construction waste, the government established "the rule on the promotion of recycling of construction waste" in December, 2003. According to the rule, construction wastes can be recycled by either processing on commission or discharger of construction waste. This study proved the validation of site recycling for construction waste as economic efficiency is analyzed through the case study of site recycling at large housing development district. Using the sensitivity analysis, factors affecting the cost of site recycling was analyzed and the break-even point for the cost of site recycling was estimated according to the factors.
