In this paper, a broadband open stubs band pass filters which can suppress the second harmonics using Z-transform technique, is designed, fabricated and characterized. The proposed broadband filters integrate the band stop filter with the FSCS structure and ${\lambda}_g/4$ open stub in order to suppress the second harmonics. Due to insertion of BSF at input and output terminal, the size of the filter was increased in the conventional filter, however, in the proposed structure, the position of inverter that connects the stubs can be integrated between those stubs, thereby decreasing the size. So, it can be fabricated in the size of $18.7{\times}16.9mm^2$ which is smaller size than conventional one. The measured results of the proposed filters have center frequency of a 5.8 GHz with bandwidth of 95 %, insertion loss of 0.6 dB, return loss of 14 dB. The simulation results are consistent with measurement results. The filter is designed far X-band satellite communication and ITS applications.

인터넷의 급격한 확산과 더불어 이를 기반으로 한 응용 서비스의 수 또한 급격히 증가함에 따라 인터넷을 이용하는 응용 서비스 및 사용자의 요구사항이 점차적으로 다양하고 복잡해지고 있다. 그러나 지금의 서비스 개발환경은 망 사업자의 고유 영역으로써 서드 파티 서비스 개발자에 의한 창의적인 서비스들의 도입에 장벽이 되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 서비스 가입자의 요구사항을 신속히 반영할 수 있고 나아가 서비스 가입자가 원하는 형태의 서비스를 자유롭게 제공할 수 있는 편리하고 개방화된 서비스 개발환경이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 요구사항들을 만족하는 개방형 표준 API 기반의 액티브 응용 서비스 망을 제안한다. 개방형 표준 API 기반의 액티브 응용 서비스 망은 액티브 응용 서비스 개발환경인 DiNS(Differentiated QoS Network System) 서비스 플랫폼과 Parlay 게이트웨이로 구성되어 있으며 이들 사이의 연동을 통칭 네트워크 자원에 접근할 수 있는 표준 API를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 사용자가 원하는 품질과 보안의 정도에 따라 차별화된 응용 서비스 제공할 수 있다.

광대역통합망 환경에서 에지 라우터에 요구되는 여러 가지 기능 및 성능항목들 중에서 차세대 개방형 시스템 플랫폼을 적용하면서도 10Gbps 라인속도를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 연구하고 그에 따른 상위수준의 시스템 구조를 제안한다. 10Gbps 인터페이스에 대해서 라인속도를 제공하기 위해서는 스위치 카드와 라인카드간의 물리적 연결에 최소한 10Gbps의 두배에 해당하는 20Gbps 대역폭 할당이 필요하며 이를 위해서 개방형 플랫폼의 패브릭 인터페이스에서는 라인카드당 8개의 연결 링크를 사용하는 듀얼-듀얼 성형 토폴로지를 사용하여야 한다.

In this paper we designed a micro payment service. This service is based on Parlay X web services. In the design process we described a high level functional block architecture. Also, we described the flow of payment and account management for a micro payment service.

To improve the performance of R&D investments, government has taken great efforts for advancing the structure and process in R&D systems. However, due to the drastic internal/external changes in the technological environment and the steady increase of investment scale, the necessity for a innovative approach which accomplishes returns to scale through the utilization of various external resources is emerging. In this regard, open innovation approach can minimize the possibility of government failures by strengthening the absorptive capacity of external resources and enhancing the cooperation and participation of diverse innovative participants within the R&D system. This paper evaluates the previous researches and government policies concerning the performances of government R&D investments, and presents the connectivity between open innovation and its possible contribution to the improvement of R&D investment performances.

Cathode open-type PEMFC (Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells) stacks, which are widely used in small transport-type PEMFC, have a problem with poor durability. Through the accelerated durability test of the 13-cell PEMFC stack, we tried to find the cause of the degradation of the stack and to contribute to the improvement of the durability of the cathode open stack. A hydrogen/air boundary is formed during start-up/shut-down (SU/SD) due to the structural problem of the cathode open stack in which the cathode is open to the atmosphere and it is difficult to maintain airtightness, thereby deteriorating the cathode. In this study, it was possible to evaluate the durability in a relatively short time by reducing the 54% of the initial performance by repeating SU/SD 1,800 times on the cathode open stack. After dismantling the stack, each cell was divided into two and the performance was analyzed. Overall, the anode outlet MEA, which facilitates air inflow, showed more severe electrode deterioration than the inlet MEA, confirming that the hydrogen/air boundary formation during SU/SD is the main cause of degradation.

For the preparation of high resilience polyurethane (PU) foams with polyether type cell openers which have different ethylene oxide (EO) content, molecular weight and chain structure, the influences of tell opener structure on the kinetics, rheology, structural stability, open cell content and mechanical properties of the obtained foam were investigated. It was observed that urea formation reaction was delayed with the increase of EO content and incorporation of ester linkage in cell opener molecule and was relatively independent on the molecular weight. With the rheological studies, the decreases of viscosity and storage modulus were confirmed for the increase of EO content and molecular weight, so that the resulted foam had low structural stability and high open cell content. The cell opener having ester linkage in molecule exhibited the lowest values of viscosity and storage modulus and the obtained foam has high open cell content. However, the structural stability increased due to the larger intermolecular interaction of ester linkage. The hardness, tensile strength, tear strength and elongation of foam were deteriorated with increase of EO content and molecular weight of tell opener. On the other hand, the cell opener having ester linkage in molecule improved the values of tensile strength, tear strength and elongation.

현재 정보통신환경에서 네트워크의 진화는 서비스 모델의 변화로까지 이어지며, 음성과 데이터 통합등의 새로운 서비스의 요구가 증가됨에 따라 광대역통합망으로의 전개가 이루어지고 있다. 기존의 단일망을 사용하던 서비스 제공 방식에서 네트워크가 구축 된 곳이면 어느 곳에서든지 사용이 가능한 웹 서비스를 기반으로 제3의 사업자들이 서비스의 개발 및 제공에 참여 할 수 있도록 Parlay 그룹에서는 Parlay/OSA API를 웹서비스 형식에 맞게 새로 정의한 Parlay Web Service 와 Parlay X를 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 Parlay Web Service와 Parlay X 에 대하여 알아보고 효율적인 개방형 서비스 구조를 제안 하고자 한다.

텔레매틱스는 통신장치와 컴퓨터를 이용하여 경로안내 서비스, 주변정보안내, 이메일 서비스 등과 같은 다양한 서비스를 차량 사용자에게 제공하는 통합기술이다. 운전자가 차량 운행 중에 작은 장치에 데이터를 입력하거나 디스플레이된 정보를 읽는 것은 무척 위험하다. 그래서 우리는 운전자의 손은 운전대에 그리고 눈은 도로 및 주변상황을 확인할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 개방형 텔레매틱스 환경에서 음성기반의 시스템을 개발할 수 있는 시스템 구조를 제안하였다. 그리고 제안된 시스템 구조를 이용하여 개방형 텔레매틱스 시스템을 위한 텔레매틱스 게이트웨이와 프레임워크를 기반으로 텔레매틱스용 음성기반 이메일 서비스를 개발하였다.
