본 논문에서는 소비자들의 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인식이 어떠한지를 살펴보고, 그러한 인식들은 개별 소비주체들의 SNS 지향적인 활동에 따라 다를 것이라는 가정을 두고 분석을 시작하였다. 즉, SNS 지향적인 활동을 하는 사람일수록 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인식이 잘 되어 있을 것이다. 하지만 그러한 개방적인 인식도 프라이버시의 수준에 따라 의존적일 수 있을 것이므로 이에 대한 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과, SNS 지향적인 소비자일수록 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났으며 이러한 관계는 개인들이 프라이버시에 대해 자유로울수록 더 증폭되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명에 당면한 경제구조 속에서 보다 적극적인 대응을 하기 위한 기초자료로 기여를 할 것으로 판단된다.

These days wireless network devices (smartphones, tablet PC, laptop) are being utilized more frequently. In line with the increasing number of users of a wireless network, the usage of wireless access points is also increasing. Nowadays as nationwide wireless network services being made available, wireless networks are increasingly being used due to the lower costs of building faster and affordable private or carrier networks. However wireless security is not keeping up with this development. Many use open networks where anyone can join, meanwhile for those using wireless security protocols there is the problem of managing the password. In this paper, we analyze the problems of trying to build a user authentication system using an access point and the RADIUS server.

There are many economic and operational reasons to integrate fire alarm signaling system with other building automation system Integration of this requires open network with the standard communication protocol and careful design practices. The important point for this is also the development of intelligent control modules for replacing the conventional zone adapter in fire system. Therefore, this paper proposes an new conceptual design of the open distributed fire alarm signaling system for the integration of BAS and a new intelligent control modules with LonTalk protocol. Newly proposed additions to LonWorks network make it very well suited for integrating fire systems with other building automation systems. Additionally, it is very important that best design practices, test procedures and building codes need to be modernized to accommodate integrated building systems.

통신서비스 시장은 유무선 및 통신과 방송서비스의 컨버전스화가 진행됨에 따라 미래 시장에서의 경쟁구도에 관심이 집중되고 있다 최근 영국, 이탈리아 등 유립을 중심으로 지배적 사업자의 병목설비에 대한조직분리의 일환으로 기능분리가 활발하게 논의 및 도입되고 있다. 이 중 이탈리아는 TI에 대한 운영분리 수준의 구조규제를 기능분리 수준으로 강화하였다. 이는 운영분리와 같은 구조적인 조치에도 불구하고 TI의 지배력 유지, 경쟁 사업자들의 지속적 불만 제기 등의 문제가 해결되지 않은데다가 TI의 소유구조 변화에 따른 네트워크의 안정성 및 보안성에 대한 우려에 따른 것으로 해석되고 있다. 이탈리아의 기능분리는 동등접속을 위한 사업부로 Open Access의 설립, 신규 인센티브 제도, 각종 투명성 확보장치, 감독기관의 신설 등의 내용이 포함되어 있으며 근본적인 원칙은 영국의 경우와 유사하다. TI는 기능분리를 통해 규제기관과의 관계 개선, 소매시장 규제완화 등의 효과를 기대하고 있으며 2008년 2월 Open Access를 출범하였다.

컨텍스크 기반 미들웨어는 응용 도메인에서 실제 상황을 구현할 수 있다. 전형적으로 실제 위치를 환경에 메핑시킴으로서 실제상황을 가변적으로 변화시킬 수 있다. 또한 실제 위치에 센서와 actuator 를 이용한 서비스의 라이프사이클을 원격지에서도 가변적으로 변경할 수 있다. 이 시스템은 CAMUS[1] 시스템에서 라이프 사이클 관리를 OSGi 기반으로 한 내용을 구현하였다. OSGi 는 홈 네트워크 관련 개방형 시스템 게이트웨이 시스템으로서 OSGi 를 이용함으로써 다양한 유비쿼터스 통신, 가정, 컴퓨터 시스템간의 쉽게 라이프 사이클 관리를 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 번역문은, 최근 NTT에서 추진하고 있는 INS에 관해, 알기쉽게 서술된 NTT 내부 문서(1981년 9월 NTT부총재가 직원들에게 배부한것)를 편역한 것이다. INS를 설명하기위해, 지금까지의 전기통신 서비스 변천과정을 소개하면서 거기에서 일어난 문제점들을 하나하나 제기하고 있으며. 그 해결을 위해 디지탈화를 해야하며 요금체계의 일원화, 네트워크의 통합등을 이룩해야만 한다고 주장하고 있다. 또한. INS를 실현하는 구체적인 방향등을 얻기위한 시범적인 모델 시스템 구축의 필요성과 계획을 소개하고. 사회적으로 파급되는 INS의 커다란 영향에 관해서도 소개하고있다. 마지막부분에서 NTT직원들의. INS실현을 성공케 하기위한, 정신적인 자세등에 대해 당부하는 부분도 주목할 만하며, 특히 일본 NTT의 거대화와 독점성에서의 문제 때문에 거론되고있는 영업부분의 일부개방, 부분적인 업무분리및 민영화 문제등에 유연하게 대처해 나가야 한다고 역설 하는 부분등은 여러 뜻에서 흥미 있다고 보여진다.

최근 IT기술의 발전은 교육의 패러다임을 변화시키는 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이러한 IT의 기술이 학습환경을 변화시키며 학습모형에도 영향을 미치고 있는 것이다. 특히 창의적인 생각이나 새로운 아이디어를 중요시 하는 국가적 교육 경쟁력이 핵심으로 작용하면서 창의력 증진을 위한 학습모형 개발 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 하나의 지식보다는 그룹의 지식이 강조되는 집단지성 기반의 창의력 증진 학습모형 개발에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 기존의 학습모형은 교수자 중심적으로 지식을 전달하는 방식 이였다면, 본 연구에서는 교수자와 학습자, 참여자라는 집단의 생성과 학습 자료의 공유, 개방을 극대화 한 창의력 증진학습 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 창의력 증진 학습모형을 위한 기술과 교육 그리고 소셜 네트워크의 통합적 적용 설계 모델을 제시한다.

Security between mobile nodes and efficient communication is one of the most important parts of the MANET. In particular, the wireless network is significantly higher for the attack threats because of collaborative structure for open communication media and communication. However, application of existing security mechanisms and intrusion detection system is not easy due to the characteristics of MANET. It is because collection and integration of adult data by the dynamic topology due to the mobility of nodes and many network sensors is difficult. In this study, we propose cooperative security system technique that can improve the reliability based on authentication assessing confidence about the whole nodes which joins to network and detect effectively this when intrusion occurs. Cluster head which manages the cluster performs CA role for the certificate issue and the gateway node performs role of intrusion detection system. Intrusion detection is performed by cooperating with neighboring nodes when attack is not detected in one intrusion detection node. The performance of the proposed method was confirmed through experiments comparing with the SRP technique.

공공데이터베이스는 공무상의 활용뿐만 아니라 민간의 창의성과 결합할 경우 새로운 비즈니스와 일자리를 창출할 수 있는 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 미국과 영국 등 해외 주요국들은 공공정보 재사용의 가치를 깨닫고 공공데이터를 Linked Data화하는 작업을 진행하고 있다. Linked Data는 웹에서 자유롭게 데이터를 개방하여 연계할 수 있도록 하는 네트워크 기술이다. 본 고에서는 국내 공공정보의 개방과 재사용을 지원하기 위한 방안으로 Linked Data 구축을 제안하고, 이를 위해 데이터, 시스템, 서비스의 3가지 측면에서 표준화 방안을 제안하였다. 데이터 표준화 측면에서는 데이터 표현 및 접근에 관한 표준을 준수하고, 표준화된 데이터모델과 데이터구조에 대한 정보와 함께 완전하게 수요자 입장에서 배포해야 한다. 특히 데이터의 상용화나 재가공에 아무런 제약이 없는 완전한 공개를 원칙으로 해야 한다. 시스템 표준화 측면에서 Linked Data 플랫폼은 트리플 스토어, 원데이터의 트리플 변환기, 그리고 추론기로 구성되어야 한다. 서비스 표준화 측면에서는 Linked Data를 이용자에게 다양한 포맷으로 제공할 수 있는 인터페이스가 제공되어야 한다. 무엇보다도 공공정보의 공개와 재사용성을 위한 국가적 차원의 거버넌스와 지원이 마련되어야 공공정보의 Linked Data 플랫폼이 온전히 이루어질 수 있을 것이다.

JXTA technology is a set of open protocols that enable any connected device on the internet or MANET(Mobile Adhoc NETwork) to communicate in a P2P manner. In this paper, we present a JXTA-based smartphone collaborative application. For this, we define the core services and collaborative services necessary for a P2P network, and design proper protocols to support the services. The developed application provides the effective environment for group works in smartphones, supporting the various virtual workspaces. Since application supports the group works among users in close-range without relying on the mobile network, it could be very useful in various situations such as the disaster area.
