This paper documents the design and implementation of an automatic creating web-site tool for the blind to build their own homepage by using both voice recognition and voice mixed technology with equal ease as the non-disabled. The blind can make voice mails, schedules, address lists and bookmarks by making use of the tool. It also facilitates communication between the non-disabled with the help of their information management system. This tool converts basic commands into voice recognition, also making an offer of text-to-speech which supports voice output. In the end, the tool will remove the blind's social isolation, allowing them to enjoy the information age like the non-disabled.

System manager needs monitoring tool(S/W) to manage cluster system. But, it is difficult to decide suitable monitoring tool for small SMP cluster system. This document described design of monitoring tool(mon) and development. Mon is monitoring tool for small SMP cluster system using InfiniBand network switch. Function of this tool is monitoring such as computing node(7 node), Infiniband network switch and monitoring of PBS job.

그림 툴은 실시간 비디오 영상 스트림과 트래킹 시스템을 통해 사용자의 손가락 움직임의 입력을 받아 가상의 오브젝트들을 그려서 보여주는 툴이다. 핵심개발기술은 병렬처리언어인 CUDA사용하여 개발된 저가의 비전 기반 트래킹 시스템이다. 저가의 트래킹 시스템과 그림툴의 설계, 구현, 앞으로의 발전 방향에 대해 설명한다.

Recently, big data technology develop due to the rapid data generation. Thus big data analysis tools for analyzing big data has been developed. Typical big data tools are the R program, Hive, Tajo and more. But data analysis based on Matlab is still common used. And it is still used in big data analysis. In this paper, it research into big data analysis system based on the Matlab for analyzing vital signals.

A flood loss estimation toolbox was developed within GIS software. This toolbox is for anyone who is interested in the flood loss estimation, and uses data accessible to public. In particular, the loss estimation framework in the toolbox is distinct in that the inventory items are individually dealt with. The toolbox was applied to estimate the economic loss from a levee failure event in 2002. The estimated loss was a little larger than the reported value. The difference is probably due to the asset values and the damage functions for each inventory item, which have to be updated.

The purpose of this study is to develop tool that makes students and teachers generate the music therapy system of type as they want by using existing several web-based component technologies. This study develops tool that can generate psychological testing system and users can select image(visual expression) that represents best their psychological state and after some stage can listen the most adequate music in that situation and it can be used as a music therapy too. This tool makes be possible for developer to input and arrange question types and stages, images that can show images connected with them and to offer skill that let them hear adequate music after deciding psychological state. This system development will be able to approach the contents development which is various from education field effectively in order.

In this paper we suggest the visualized regression diagnosis tool. The tool is developed by Hangul Delphi on the basis of windows, so users can easily make use of this tool though they do not have the expert knowledge about statistics and computer. Especially, to apply this tool to teaching regression analysis or data analysis, we offer various residual plots in the tool and show the results of analysis graphically.

The growth of digital content market inducted to develope consuming device of various content. And through this, digital content consuming is more Promoted. But digital content cryption tool need to handle to protect and consume digital content safely. Also, interoperability of cryption tool management is impossible, because of not standardized transfer protocol between device. In this paper, we defined transfer protocol of cryption tool for protecting and consuming digital content. And in this base, we designed and implemented transfer server/client system.

스마트디바이스의 확산으로 그에 따른 보안에 대한 중요성이 커지고 있다. 스마트디바이스의 정보를 보안하기 위해서는 소스코드에서 암호화가 필요하다. 하지만 모든 애플리케이션이 암호화가 돼있는 것은 아니다. 스마트디바이스의 구조를 모르는 사용자는 애플리케이션이 안전한지 모르기 때문에 정보가 암호화 돼있지 않는 애플리케이션을 사용할 경우 개인정보가 유출될 가능성이 농후하다. 따라서 이를 사용자에게 인지시켜주기 위해 암호화과정에 따른 암호화 복잡도를 체크할 수 있는 분석 툴을 개발하였다. 이 개발 툴은 오픈소스 기반인 와이어샤크와 카인과 아벨을 이용한 이차분석 툴로 사용자에게 해당 애플리케이션이 개인정보유출의 위험성을 제안한다.

디지털 헬스케어 서비스 활성화에 따라 디지털 의료 데이터의 양은 매년 급속하게 증가하고 있으며, 의 데이터의 상호 교환과 연동을 위한 다양한 CDM(Common Data Model)이 개발되고 있다. 그러나, 의료 데이터 교류에 대한 요구가 증가하면서, 기존 레거시 시스템의 데이터를 CDM으로 변환하기 위한 추가적인 비용이 소요될 수 밖에 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 OMOP CDM (Observational Medial Outcomes Partnership Common DataModel) 기반 의료 데이터 ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) 툴을 개발하였다. OMOP CDM ETL 툴은 기존의 레거시 데이터베이스 정보를 CDM으로 변환할 수 있는 효과적인 료인터페이스를 제공함으로써, 디지털 의료 데이터 공유와 관리 및 분석의 효율성을 증대할 수 있을 것이다.
