본 연구에서는 저류지 예비설계를 위해 제안된 다양한 모형의 수문학적 특성을 비교하고, 재해영향평가 실무지침서 등과 같은 국내 설계기준에 의하여 설계된 저류지 용량을 기준으로 저류지 홍수조절용량 결정의 적정성을 검토하였다. SCS 모형 등 총 9가지 모형을 대상으로 비교한 결과 Wycoff and Sing 모형, Baker 모형, Kessler and Diskin 모형과 Currey and Akan 모형 4가지의 적용결과와 국내 방식으로 산정된 저류지 용량의 상관성은 89.7%로 높게 나타났다. 또한 홍수조절용량 $15,000m^3$이하에서 특히 상관성이 높게 나타나 상기 모형들을 소규모 저류지 시설을 계획하기 위한 초기 가정치 또는 기존에 설치된 저류지 시설들의 용량 평가목적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 또한, 국내에서 주로 설치되고 있는 저류지의 특성을 반영하여 추가로 적용성이 높은 방법을 도출할 경우 행정계획단계의 사전재해영향성검토나 소규모 개발사업 등에서 저류지의 홍수조절용량의 예비설계 목적으로 활용할 수 있으리라 판단된다.

연안역이란 해안선을 기준으로 인접해 있는 육지(연안지역)와 바다(연안해역)를 포함한 개념이며, 배후 육지와 바다를 합친 자연환경대이다. 국토해양부는 연안역의 체계적인 개발과 보전을 위해 "연안역관리법" 특별법으로 관리한다. 하지만 연안역의 안전시설물에 대한 체계적인 설계지침이나 유지관리 등의 지침서가 아직 만들어지지 않았다. 따라서 현재 연안역 설치되어 있는 안전시설물에 대한 현장조사를 하였으며, 국내 외 도로, 해안, 항만구조물의 안전시설기준을 비교, 분석, 정리하였다. 본 연구에서는 설치된 안전 시설물들의 철저한 현장조사와 설계기준의 비교 분석을 바탕으로 적절한 설계지침을 마련할 토대를 제시하고자 한다.

원전 화재 PSA에서 화재 초기사건발생빈도는 전체 노심손상빈도에 직접 비례하여 영향을 주기 때문에 중요한 요소이다. 미국 NRC는 EPRI와의 공동연구를 통하여 원전 화재 PSA의 신규 방법론(NUREG/CR-6850)을 개발하였고, 미국 원전사업자들은 신규 방법론을 적용하여 화재 PSA를 수행하고 있다. 최근 EPRI는 원전 화재 초기사건 발생빈도 추정시 NUREG/CR-6850에서 사용된 화재심각도 분류방법을 개정한 지침서를 발간하였다. 본 논문에서는 신규 분류기준에 대해서 살펴보고, 국내 원전에서 경험한 화재사건에 대해서 신규 분류 기준을 적용하여 고찰하였다.

Large spatial construction needs to consider various construction management factors through the construction guide, including high-tech roofing works for creating large space without columns and erecting large spatial structure. However, the domestic large spatial construction relies on overseas construction technologies due to the lack of construction guide of large spatial construction and experience in similar type of project. To improve the problem, we deduced principal items of construction management considering characteristics of large spatial construction as a preliminary study for developing a construction guide.

오늘날 생물정보기술의 발달은 유전체 연구의 활성화에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 작게는 소그룹 규모의 연구에서부터 크게는 지리적으로 떨어진 국가적인 협업의 형태로 연구가 진행 중이다. 이처럼 지리적으로 분산되어 있는 연구 그룹의 경우 서로의 연구 자료나 실험데이터들을 효과적으로 공유하고 교환 할 수 있는 도구의 지원이 필요하다. 또한, 유전체 연구 전략에 대한 기본 지침서나 구성원들의 통합 일정 관리를 지원함으로써 연구의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법의 모색이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 유전체 연구자들의 효과적인 연구 진행을 도와주며. 연구 참여자 및 연구 초연생들이 용이하게 유전체 연구에 참여하며 따를 수 있도록 다양한 유전체 지원 도구를 제공하는 웹기반 협업지원 시스템인 BioPlace의 개발에 대하여 기술한다.

Interactive TV의 주요 특징으로 고품질, 다채널, 다기능, 양방향성, 지능형 등을 들 수 있는데 그 중에서도 다채널화로 시청자들이 원하는 프로그램을 얼마나 쉽게 빨리 찾을 수 있을 것인가가 문제시되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 EPG(Electronic Programing Guide) User Interface Design을 함에 있어 레이아웃, 컬러, 텍스트, 아이콘 등의 시각적 요소들과 네비게이션이 잘 구성되어야하고 디지털방송시스템의 기능적인 구조적 특징들이 잘 어울려질 때 진정한 EPG의 사용자 인터페이스 디자인이 탄생한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 방송사들이 사용하고 있는 EPG의 인터페이스 디자인을 분석하고 Interactive TV의 인터페이스 디자인에 관하여 문헌을 통한 연구를 한다. 이를 통해 새로운 EPG 인터페이스 디자인을 들어감에 있어 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 사용자가 좀 더 편리하고 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 디자인을 개발하여 시청자들이 편리하게 사용하여 Interactive TV와의 대화가 원활하게 수행될 수 있도록 하는 것이 본 논문의 궁극적인 목적이다. 향후 본 연구에서 제시한 EPG 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 가이드라인이 EPG를 User Interface Design함에 있어 하나의 좋은 지침서가 될 것이다.

A continuous development of new hardware and operating systems brings the importance of portable programming, which can be imported into multi-platform environment. Also, the recent development of computer communication technology brings us many choices of accessing into the other platforms, which also becomes a burden for the programmers who should consider developing software fitting into diverse platforms The present GNU system tools creates a part of the source code automatically, and suggests a direction towards a new platform. but the source code must be prepared by the programmer at the source level. In this paper, we describe design and implementation of on interactive tool for developing multi-platform software, The tool is designed to help a programmer to build a portable program for multi-platform, even though the programmer does not know very well about various UNIX platforms, And, the tool uses existing GNU system tools, such as autoconf, autoheader, automake and etc, and is able to insert a portable code into a right position by interacting with a programmer.

This study investigated the purpose and role of class evaluation standards and the reason to develop these teaching standards using literature review, survey, classroom observation and teacher interviews. Based on the teachers’opinion, we also investigated who should develop teaching standards and who will benefit most from the standards. In sum, the standards for teaching evaluation should help to form (a) the guidelines for beginners, (b) the directives for specialists, (c) the principles for grasping areas for improvements, and (d) the means for communicating with other communities. In addition, teachers should take responsibility for developing teaching standards as the basis for evaluating their own work and improving their own professional learning to provide quality assurance. The development of subject specific teaching standards is not possible without active participation of teachers as well as other stakeholders in education.

The goal of U-Eco City testbed is improving the technical completion of ubiquitous technology/Services which have been developed in other core projects in U-Eco City, by implementing newly developed ubiquitous technology/Services to testbed. When the newly developed ubiquitous technology/Services are implemented in the testbed, we will monitor whether the developed ubiquitous technology/Services can be applied in the real situation and if they have problems we will find out the solution to solve the problems. Final goal of this reaserch is framework development for the U-Eco City construction guideline. We developed the framework development for the U-Eco City construction guideline by i)analyzing steps for construction of U-Eco City, ii) analyzing details of each steps for construction of U-Eco City, and iii) including results of research which have been developed in other core projects in U-Eco City.

PMT(Preventive Maintenance Template) is a standardized maintenance program that describes maintenance items & period as operation condition to increase component reliability at the component level. The existing maintenance programs are focused on time based maintenance to inspect and repair component depend on fixed period. But recently, we have developed advanced maintenance program(named PMT) to increase reliability and optimize maintenance program of the plant significant component. This paper presents how to develop the PMT for nuclear power plant's static exciter.
