Properties of UV Curable Coating Film Containing Colloidal Silica Acrylate (콜로이드실리카아크릴레이트를 함유한 자외선 경화형 코팅필름의 특성)

  • The UV hard coating materials are attracting more and more attention to modern industry, in terms of the development of low or non solvent coating materials which will contribute to economizing both materials and energy and to reducing pollution. This study was performed in order to invent UV curable coating materials containing colloidal silica which have actual industrial applications. As results of experiments, the oligomers type and the concentration of colloidal silica acrylate oligomer (SAOC) have an influence on various especially, The properties of UV hardening cooling, such as chemical, abrasion resistance and weatherability, were greatly enhanced, the impact properties of coated polycarbonate substrate were improved compared with the noncoated that. The UV cured films containing 30 wt% SAOC obtained showed the best properties.

A Critical Assessment of Ecuador's Industrial and Trade Policy (에콰도르 산업 및 무역정책의 비판적 고찰: 정책 이행역량을 중심으로)

  • It's hardly possible to end the controversy over the effectiveness of government's role in economic growth of developing countries. It seems that each side can provide enough empirical evidences to support each side's argument. In most developing countries, the governments' capability to implement the economic plan is a more important factor that the type of policy they choose. Therefore, in this study, we focus on the capacity of policy implementation rather than the choice of policy itself. We tried to critically investigate Ecuador's policy implementation capacity in terms of qualities of policy framework, policy measures and policy constraints. First, Ecuador places high priority on import substitution and export promotion, she is not equipped with sufficient policy measures. Second, the overall policy framework is not effective enough to mobilize resource support those policies. Third, while the SENPLADES is leading overall develoment plan, it lacks the capacity to coordinate various ministries involved.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an altruistic behavior enhancement program for middle school students based on the Maumgram. To do this, we conducted basic research on the altruistic behavior program by collecting and analyzing related literature. The contents of the survey are related to the factors necessary for program analysis and content analysis. It has been validated twice in total by eight experts on the composition and content of the program. The program design consisted of three stages of observation, conversion, and relationship orientation, and selected contents suitable for altruistic programs and conducted them once a week for middle school students, self-inspection, understanding, empathy and communication. However, further study is needed to verify the effect of applying the program in the future. This study will provide basic data on the character education of middle school students by promoting the tendency of altruistic behavior through adjusting training of selfishness.

Mobile Payment and Operation System for the Local Area Festival (지역 기반 문화축제를 위한 모바일 결제 및 운영 시스템)

  • Local area festivals have grown on a scale for the past 20 years, but have suffered ups and downs. Through the trial and error of the festival operation, problems such as prediction of the number of visitors, planning of event scale, calculation and expansion of sales volume, and management of various participants in the duration were highlighted. To solve, this study designed and developed a mobile payment system and festival operation management system for local scale festivals as a platform operating system of web and app combined. The results of this study presents four basic functions. It includes ticketing management, attendance identification and entrance control, charge of festival currency and use of payments, real-time provision and management of related information, and performance reporting for each role. It was applied to local festivals in practice as to enable local shop owners to participate in advertisements or sponsorships and confirmed their contribution to local commercial market and the revitalization of festivals through this system.

  • Developing countries are areas where many problems arise from poor drinking water infrastructure. Developing countries often use groundwater as their primary source of drinking water, which causes problems. Among them, coastal areas are easily exposed to saltwater intrusion due to their geographical characteristics. Groundwater in areas exposed to saltwater intrusion has higher salinity than usual. If you continue to consume high salinity groundwater can cause a variety of fatal effects on the human body. Therefore, various alternatives have been proposed. This study explores the applicability of CDI(Capacitive Deionization) and RO(Reverse Osmosis) for water purification systems in areas where saltwater intrusion has occurred. Therefore, we will evaluate this by conducting water purification experiment. On the other hand, the supply of electricity is also important in the operation of water purification facilities. However, in many areas of developing countries, electricity is often not available. Therefore, this study intends to calculate the power consumption required for the actual use of the filter and to include it in the evaluation.

A Study on the Information Continuum Model: Preliminary Analysis to Establish the Relationship Between Records and Information (정보 컨티뉴엄 모델에 관한 연구: 기록과 정보 간의 관계 정립을 위한 예비적 분석)

  • This study intends to analyze the information continuum model as part of establishing the relationship between records and information. The information continuum is a theoretical system designed to establish a new information concept from the record-keeping point of view based on the record continuum. It provides a conceptual framework that can identify the elements for information management that exist in record-keeping. Accordingly, in Chapter 2, the background and process of the information continuum development, which followed after the record continuum development, were reviewed. Then, the concept of information established by borrowing information science theory was examined in relation to the record continuum. In Chapter 3, the conceptual structure of the information continuum and the purpose and method of information utilization were considered. Afterward, the four dimensions and attributes that structurally schematize the elements for information management in record-keeping were analyzed. Based on this analysis, Chapter 4 tried to present the meaning and limitations of the information continuum.

Psychometric Properties of the Subjective Agingwell Scale (주관적 에이징웰 척도의 타당화)

  • The purpose of the current study is to to examine the psychometric properties of the Subjective Agingwell Scale (SAS). Three hundred and forty two elders completed the SAS and the scales assessing subjective well-being, optimism, perceived control and adhering to healthy behavior. The 11-item SAS that displays good internal reliability and good fit to the three-factor model consisting of cognitive satisfaction, positive affect, and spiritual fullness. Correlational analyses with measures of subjective agingwell, subjective well-being, and optimism provide evidence for construct validity. Moreover, the results from hierarchical regression analyses show criterion-related validity of the SAS. This scale could be used in the field to measure and promote subjective agingwell.

  • In this paper, We analyze elementary school teachers' experiences of Novel Engineering classes with phenomenological qualitative research method. The purpose of this study is to find out why elementary school teachers were interested in Novel Engineering, to find out the pros and cons of the class and the possibility of convergence classes. At first elementary teachers who participated in the study conducted a theme-based ecological sensitivity classes with Novel Engineering in the second semester of 2021. Then we conducted interview with teacher's student observation and the teacher's reflection. As a result of interview analysis, 4 components and 13 sub-components were derived. The derived components are learning from mistakes, recognition of the importance of class research, creativity in the making process, and high integration of Novel Engineering and existing subjects. Based on these results, What this research suggests is the expansion of administrative and financial support for teachers' autonomous class research and convergence classes such as Novel Engineering.

Analysis of soil moisture and drought in agricultural lands based on Terra MODIS using smart farm map and soil physical properties (스마트팜맵과 토양물리특성을 활용한 Terra MODIS 기반의 농지 토양수분 및 가뭄 현황 분석)

  • 본 연구는 농지를 대상으로 토양수분 및 가뭄 현황을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 토양수분을 파악하기 위해 Terra MODIS(Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) 위성영상기반의 토양수분 산정모형을 개발하였다. 해당 모형은 MODIS LST(Land Surface Temperature) 및 NDVI(Normalized Difference Deficit Index)를 기반으로 SCS-CN(Soil Conservation Service-Curve Number) 방법에서 착안한 수문학적 개념 5일 선행강우 및 무강우일수를 입력자료로 하며, 토양 종류 및 계절에 따른 토양수분의 특성을 고려하였다. 모형의 개발을 위해 MODIS LST 및 NDVI 영상을 2013년부터 2022년까지 각각 일별 및 16일 단위로 구축하였으며, 동 기간에 대해 전국 88개소의 기상청 종관기상관측소의 강수량 및 LST 자료를 수집하였다. MODIS LST는 실측 LST 자료를 활용해 조건부합성기법을 적용하여 상세화하였고, 수집된 강수량자료는 역거리가중법을 활용해 공간 보간을 수행하였다. 토양특성의 구분은 농촌진흥청에서 정밀토양도를 수집하여 활용하였다. 공간 분포된 토양수분에서 농지에 해당하는 토양수분을 추출하기 위해 스마트팜맵을 구축하고, 농지 속성에 해당하는 위치 정보를 조회 후 이를 시군구별로 평균하여 일별 평균 토양수분값을 산정하였다. 토양수분 기반의 가뭄 현황 분석을 위해 구축된 정밀토양도에서 작물 생장과 관련된 영구위조점 및 포장용수량을 활용해 5단계(정상, 관심, 주의, 경계, 심각)의 가뭄 위험도를 산정하였으며, 실제 가뭄 현황과의 비교를 통해 토양수분기반의 가뭄 위험도의 실효성을 검증하고자 한다.

Economic Analysis on the Maintenance Management of Riparian Facilities against Flood Damage (침수피해를 고려한 하천이용시설 유지관리의 경제성 분석)

  • 최근 자연적, 사회적, 정책적 관점에서 하천관리의 중요성이 증대되면서 국가하천 정비를 통한 하천시설 관리의 책임이 증대되고 있다. 국가하천 5대강 본류의 친수지구 이용도 변화를 살펴보면 2015년에 비해 2019년에 면적당 이용객 수가 630,813(명/km2)이 증가하였음을 알 수 있었고(국토교통부, 2020) 본 연구에서는 이용자 수 증가율이 높은 편인 한강 내 하천이용시설을 대상으로 선정하여 해당 지역을 기계학습 기반의 수위예측 알고리즘에 적용하였다. 하천이용시설은 하천이용자가 편리하게 하천을 이용하기 위하여 설치한 시설로 공원시설(강서, 난지, 양화, 망원, 여의도, 이촌, 반포, 잠원, 뚝섬, 잠실, 광나루, 구리)을 위주로 분석하였다. 해당 시설의 침수피해를 고려하기 위해 시계열 자료에 특화된 LSTM(Long Short-term Memory)기법을 활용하여 수위예측 알고리즘을 개발하였고 이를 통해 도출된 홍수 예보로 재난을 대비하고 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하는 유지관리의 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 입력 자료(input data)는 수위 (EL.m), 팔당댐 방류량 (m3/s), 강화대교의 조위(EL.m)를 사용하였으며 수위예측 알고리즘을 통해 6시간 후 예측 수위값을 도출하여 기존 2단계(주의보, 경보)였던 홍수 예보 단계에서 4단계(관심, 보행자통제, 차량통제, 경계)로 구축하였다. 기존과 세분화된 홍수예보를 적용했을 경우의 유지관리 비용과 편익을 산정하여 하천이용시설의 경제성을 비교·분석한 결과, 유지관리 비용이 기존 대비 약 5% 이상 절감되었고 편익은 약 1.5배 이상 증가하였으며 관리등급은 평균 C등급(보통) 이상 달성하였다. 이는 수위예측 알고리즘의 적용으로 하천이용 활성화 및 투자의 효율성에 목적을 두었으며 향후 분석결과를 토대로 경제성모델을 개발하여 국가하천 내 관리그룹에 적용하면 효율적인 유지관리체계를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
