This study was performed to prevent deforestation and forest degradation and vitalize REDD+ program through suitable site analysis at the 16 districts of South Korea. For this, we worked out profit potential, opportunity cost, carbon credits through making it use of conception of the Forest Carbon Index. As a results, Gyeonggi-do, Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul Metropolitan Government, Daegu Metropolitan City, Gwangwon-do included in the top 5 among the 16 districts of South Korea. In case of Gyeonggi-do as best suitable site, reduction of carbon emission was best high due to reduction area of deforestation. And profit potential was also high in accordance with practice of REDD+ program. Furthermore, we proposed four plans to activate REDD+ program in South Korea on the basis of the results.

The concept of 'Cleaner Production(CP)' and various activities aiming at promoting CP are investigated along with the applicabilities of CP to marine environment. Although the conventional approaches dealing with the marine pollutions can be absorbed in CP, the whole activities of Production and conservation in the ocean must be projected into a new Paradigm, 'Sustainable Development.' Renewable energy is the first key to a complete CP and the ocean can provide us with the clew. In order to introduce CP system more effectively to marine environment opinion collection, environment monitoring, problem identification, resolution proposition, state-of-the-art evaluation, policy development, communication, education and public information are to be Planned and followed up systematically KOSMEE is believed to be a good structure to stand at the center of the upcoming CP activities in the ocean.

The rapidity at which industrial and business management environment has become globalized, including the FTA, has provided valuable opportunities for domestic small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to obtain global technological business. However, it is unclear whether or not the SMEs' attempt to advance global technological business is producing fruitful results. This study begins with defining global technological business and the efforts of SMEs to develop them and proceeds to discuss survey results that asked the reasoning behind SMEs that entered or wish to enter foreign spheres (China, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Europe) of businesses, and also perform factorial analysis to obtain substantiation. The study classified the relevant SMEs using clustering method. Based on the results, the study makes recommendations to executives in instilling global-minded strategies, on customized support strategies depending on the SME's capability and its intended foreign entry sphere, and on strengthening the SME's competence on the global scale.

This article analyses frame transition of personal information leakage in Korea from 1984 to 2014. In order to investigate the transition, we have collected newspaper article's titles. This study adopts classification, text network analysis(by co-occurrence symmetric matrix), and clustering techniques as part of social network analysis. Moreover, we apply definition of centrality in network in order to reveal the main frame formed in each of four periods. As a result, accessibility of personal information is extended from public sector to private sector. The boundary of personal information leakage is expanded to overseas. Therefore it is urgent to institutionalize the protection of personal information from a global perspective.

Thanks to the development of computer graphics, Animation can be easily accessed through movies or games. The users can meet various contents and are asking for high quality animations that resembles reality to a near perfection. The research is proceeded to observe the fish shapes and swimming movements through cyber aquariums, fish ecology museums and fish encyclopedias. The core of expressing undersea scenery is the natural and dynamic movements of the fish. In this thesis in order to achieve the natural shape of fish swimming, it is necessary to design a fish growth process system based on environmental factors and apply different standard points depending on the various swimming types of fish species to express the fish as near reality as possible. And by calculating the different swimming velocities of different standard points, a natural swimming shape will be achieved.

Site-index curves for Pinus densiflora Sieb. et Zucc. grown in the middle part of Korea were developed from stem analysis data by a procedure of guide curve equation $Yt=K-ab^t$ (t=0, 1, 2, ${\cdots}{\cdots}$) and shown in Fig. 2. The stand density expressed as size-number criteria was calculated and the relation of number of tree per hectare and average DBH was presented in Fig. 3, in which soil fertility showed little effect. When this is compared to Reineke's density standards, the Pinus densiflora stand ranks high level of stocking density (Fig. 5). As a measure for estimating timber volume, the angle-summation technique revealed to result wider variation. Constructing hypothetical populations for appraising angle-summation technique, the significance of its application in silvicultural and ecological research are discussed.

Based on local viewers' awareness of locality and consideration of desired local broadcasting service, this study explored the direction of service policy and specific service strategy of local broadcasting. The research method is a secondary analysis using three regional audience surveys and in-depth interview data conducted by KBS. For local audience, the concept of localism is being narrowed down to the city/county/district where they live. In order to reinforce the identity of local broadcasting and improve local broadcasting services, first, the function and role should be expanded to the local mega platform. Second, regional programs such as in-depth coverage and discussion of local issues should be strengthened. Third, in order to communicate with local audience, viewer analysis ability and communication education of local broadcasting members are required. Fourth, it is necessary to create an ecosystem in which local people participate as producers of local broadcasting.

물에 대한 중요성은 인구가 많아지고 산업이 발전됨에 따라 계속 높아지고 있으며, 이와 더불어 국민이나 기관 및 국가가 필요로 하는 지점에 충분한 품질을 가진 수문기초자료에 대한 수요 역시 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국가차원에서 홍수 예보, 수자원 공급과 관리계획, 생태 및 환경 등의 목적을 위한 국가수위관측망을 구축하여 그 근간자료가 되는 하천 수위(또는 수위-유량 자료)자료를 제공함으로써 불필요한 수문조사 중복 등을 방지하고 효율적인 수문조사의 기반을 구축하고자 하는 것이다. 수위관측망 설계는 원하는 목적에 따라 수집된 수문자료의 경제적 가치를 최대화 하는 것이 기본이지만 이러한 방법론은 실제적으로 거의 드물다. 오히려 수문자료의 경제적 가치 최대화를 위한 관측망보다 경제적 관측망 구축을 위한 방법론을 개발하거나 선택하는 것이 보통이다. 본 연구에서는 국내와 일본, USGS(미지질조사국)와 WMO(세계기상기구) 등의 선진국에서의 수문관측망 구축 사례와 이론을 먼저 검토하고, 국가수위관측망으로서의 목적과 구축방법을 마련하였다. 우리나라는 이미 전 국토에 걸쳐 여러 목적의 수위관측소들이 설치되어 있으므로, 국가수위관측망으로서 관리와 자료제공이 가능한 수위관측소를 대상으로 현황 및 현장조사를 실시하고, 기존 관측망에 대한 수리 수문학적, 사회 경제적 중요성 검토 등의 과정을 통해 국가수위관측망으로 재설계할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 우리나라에서 처음으로 국가차원의 수위관측망을 구축할 수 있게 되었으며, 이 후 국가수위관측망의 실제 구축 및 국가수위관측망의 운영방안 등의 연구를 지속하여 신뢰할 수 있고 공간적으로도 충분한 전국 하천의 수위자료를 제공할 수 있도록 할 예정이다.

통합수자원관리(Integrated Water Resource Management, 이하 IWRM)는 물관리에 대한 시각을 기존의 지역개발이나 수자원개발이라는 관점에서 생태계 회복 및 종합적인 자원관리라는 관점으로 전환된 개념이다. 통합수자원관리 기법의 적용은 기후변화에 대한 물 안보(Water security) 확보 측면에서도 긍정적인 역할이 기대되고 있다. 국내의 IWRM에 관련한 연구는 수자원의 지속적 확보기술 개발 사업단을 비롯한 다양한 기관과 학술단체에서 지속적인 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 기후변화에 의한 영향과 이에 대한 물 안보 측면에서 정책 및 관리 측면에서의 제도적인 IWRM 도입은 추진전략의 방향설정이 우선되어야 할 것이다. 하지만, 기존의 연구에서는 기술의 적용 및 추진 전략체계 등에 있어 많은 연구가 진행되지 않은 것이 현실이다. 해당 연구는 2009년 세계 물 포럼에서 제시된 유역수준의 통합수자원관리 가이드라인의 체계를 분석하였다. 해당 가이드라인 Part 1의 '원칙'과 Part 2-1의 '통합수자원관리의 조정을 위한 가이드라인'에 대한 분석을 통하여, 유역단위 적용을 위한 기존 관리체계의 개선 및 적용 프로세스, 그리고 관리조직의 구성과 조정 방침에 대한 전반적인 내용을 정리하였다. 해당 결과는 기존 우리나라 물관리체계의 문제점을 바탕으로 적용 프로세스 등과 같은 실제 적용전략의 방향을 제시하는데 활용되었다. 실제 적용 프로세스 도출은 위해 각 국가별 사례의 특징 및 문제점을 각 사례의 비교분석을 통해 수행하였다. 통합수자원관리 방안은 수자원 분야에서의 적응능력을 개선하는 효과를 가진 대안이다. 본 연구의 결과가 통해 앞으로 생산되는 다양한 물관리 기법 및 적용 방안들이 보다 효율적인 IWRM을 실현할 수 있는 자료로서 활용되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a strategy of introduction of Larchiveum, which is a concept of multi cultural space in libraries. Problem of library space programs are discussed in terms of Larchiveum and Maker space, and recently it has been studied in various aspects such as Europeana, GLAM and DPLA from the view point of digital Larchiveum. As a multi cultural space, it is a strategy for constructing Larchiveum that reflects the recent maker's movement. Maker space that explores new ideas and encourages active participation of users, nature and health, curiosity and the construction of an attractive space using ecological concepts as key words. The processes and methods for constructing Larchiveum are classified into 3 types of space configuration, service, program, and operating regulation, and twelve details are laid out to derive the process and method of building Larchiveum as a future type library.
