경제학의 일반균형이론은 만족할 만큼 정립되어 있지 못하다. 그러나 존재문제에 관하 이론은 안정성문제에 관한 이론보다 비교적 잘 정리되어 있다. 본고에서는 일반균형의 존재이론을 중심으로 하여 대규모 사회-경제 시스템에 대한 연구현황을 개관하였다.

안전성 평가는 재해 사고의 사전예방을 위한 평가 행위로 정량적 평가는 정성적 평가와 더불어 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 안전정보시스템(SIS)의 기초 DB요소 뿐 아니라 객관적인 분석을 위한 계량적 기법을 통계적 접근방법, 동적접근방법, 퍼지접근방법 등으로 분류하여 고찰한다.

In nature, some creatures have the ability to walk vertically or upside down on various natural surfaces. One of them, Tokay Gecko has billions of nano-hair at the epidermis of its digital. These nano hairs makes atomistic attractive force to the surface, therefore, it could walk and run on the vertical or upside surfaces. Recently, many researchers tried to fabricate the dry adhesive structure mimicking the nano-hair structure. in this study, I tried to survey these studies to discuss the direction of future fabrication works of dry adhesive structures.

Creativity refers to the ability to generate novel and useful ideas. Understanding the mechanism of creativity and its enhancement is important in order to solve major problems of the modern society and to improve the wellness of mankind. Creativity is a highly heterogeneous and complex ability which should not be conceptualized as a single entity. Thus, the current literature on creativity is based on a component process approach to creativity. The present study introduces cognitive neuroscience research studying the mechanism of divergent thinking, insight, relational thinking and artistic creativity which are the major components of creativity. Based on an expansive review, the early hypothesis of hemispheric asymmetry emphasizing the importance of the right as opposed to the left hemisphere is not supported by scientific evidence. In addition, there is no consensus or consistency on which specific brain region is related to a certain component of creativity. In fact, there is a mixture of studies reporting involvement of various brain regions across all four lobes of the brain. This inconsistency in the literature most likely reflects heterogeneity of the component processes of creativity and sensitivity of the neural response to differences across tasks and cognitive strategy. The present study introduces examples of representative studies reporting seminal findings on the neural basis and the enhancement of creativity based on innovative methodology. In addition, we discuss limitations of the current cognitive neuroscience approach to creativity and present directions for future research.

김해천문대는 2002년에 개관하여 대전, 영월을 이어 세 번째로 건립된 초기 시민천문대이다. 당시 지방자치단체에서 지방과학관 사업으로 국비를 받아 건립하였다. 초기에 개관한 시민천문대에 대한 국민들의 뜨거운 호응에 힘입어 이후 지방과학관 사업에서 대부분 시민천문대 형태로 건립되었는데, 현재 약 20개 정도의 지방자치단체에서 시민천문대를 건립하였다. 현재 도서관, 수련원, 교육과학연구원 등 기존의 교육 기관에 딸린 부설 천문대를 포함하면 청소년, 시민들이 이용할 수 있는 성격의 천문대는 전국적으로 약 80개에 이른다. 이러한 시민천문대의 등장은 국민들의 천문에 대한 관심을 높여 우리나라의 천문학 발전에 밑거름이 될 수 있기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 따라서 시민천문대에 대한 학계, 교육계의 관심과 협조가 향후 천문학 발전에 중요한 밑거름 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 시민천문대의 운영은 일반적인 과학관과는 달리 천체를 보여주는 등, 관측 활동을 중심으로 진행하기 때문에 창의적인 다양한 방법의 운영을 시도하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 특히 김해천문대의 경우 초기의 관람중심을 탈피하여 교육프로그램 중심의 운영함으로서, 소행성 탐사, 자체 기술개발 등 연구 활동이 가능할 정도로 발전하였다. 본 발표에서는 김해천문대에서 지난 9년간 진행된 다양한 사업과 프로그램을 소개하고 김해천문대 운영의 운영 변화 과정과 그 결과를 통해 향후 시민천문대의 운영 방향을 말하고자 한다.

가상공간에서 이루어지고 있는 교육용 컨텐츠에 감성적 에이전트를 적용하고자 하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이는 감성에 대한 인지과학적 분석이 기술적인 구현 잠재력을 갖고 있다는 사실과 가상교육 환경에 대한 사회적 요구가 증대하고 있기 때문일 것이다. 이 글에서는 감성적 에이전트가 가상 교육 환경에 위치할 경우 고려해야 할 기술적 문제를 개관하고 그 모델을 제시하고자한다.

스마트폰의 보급과 함께 터치 인터페이스는 가장 대중적인 사용자 인터페이스의 하나가 되었다. 본고에서는 다양한 터치 인터페이스의 기술 동향 개관을 위하여 스마트 TV, 스마트폰, 노트북 등의 세 가지 대표적인 소비자 상품의 관점에서 터치 인터페이스 기술의 연구 사례를 소개한다. 동시에 이러한 사례를 통하여 근접 감지, 벡터 힘 감지, 촉감 재현 등, 터치 인터페이스의 새로운 기술이 가능하게 할 새로운 터치 인터페이스 상호작용 방법을 소개한다.

우리문학사 연구의 뜨거운 감자인 북한문학을 한국문학사에 '수용'한 저서들에 잇따라 출간됐다. 최초의 업적이므로 과소평가할 수도 개관의 수준이므로 과대평가할 수도 없다는 게 학계의 대체적인 반응이다. 아직까지는 자료부족, 연구의 일천함, 문학사서술의 새로운 방법론 부재 등으로 인해 아쉬운 방법론 부재 등으로 인해 아쉬운 부분이 많지만 그 작업은 매우 진지하고 활발하다.

대한전기학회는 1947년 소수의 회원으로 창립된 이래 7,000명 회원의 규모로 점진적 성장을 해왔습니다. 대한전기학회는 다가오는 21세기를 대비하여 연구활동 능력을 강화하고 이 연구 결과들을 관련 산업에 새로운 성장 기술로써 신속히 전파시키기 위한 노력을 끊임없이 경주해왔습니다. 그러면 지금부터 한국전력사업의 과거, 현재 그리고 미래에 대하여 간단히 소개하고자 합니다.

Since last several decades, iconic memory has been accepted theoretically valid for its role of the first storage mechanism in visual memory process. However, there have been relatively less interests in iconic memory among researchers than their interests in visual short- and long-term memory. Such little interests seem to arise from a lack of detailed understandings of theories and methodologies about iconic memory and visual persistence. This study aimed to achieve the understandings by reviewing theories and empirical studies of iconic memory and visual persistence. The study further discussed future direction of iconic memory research according to the essential aspects of phenomenological and ecological criticisms against the validity of iconic memory.
