저자(著者)는 구개도(口蓋圖)에 의(依)하여 한국어(韓國語) 마찰음(摩擦音)의 라, 사, 자, 차 사행(四行), 도합(都合) 40음(音)에 대(對)한 정당교합자(正堂咬合者) 오인(五人)과 부정교합자(不正咬合者) 십칠인(十七人)의 발음(發音)을 조사(調査)하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1) 라, 사, 자, 차 사행(四行)의 구개도(口蓋圖)는 V, H 및 C형(型)을 나타낸다. 2) 라행(行)의 구개도(口蓋圖)는 교합군(咬合群)에 관계(關係)없이 주(主)로 H형(型)을 보인다. 라행(行)에 있어서 전치(前齒)와 접촉부위간(接觸部位間)의 거리는 과개교합군(過蓋咬合群)에서 크고, 반대교하군(反對咬合群)에서는 작다. 3) 사행(行)은 주(主)로 V형(型)을 보이며 반대교합군(反對咬合群)에서만 C형(型)이 1/3정도(程度) 나타난다. 반대교합군(反對咬合群)에서의 V형(型)은 그 접촉부위(接觸部位)가 구치부(臼齒部)로 갈수록 두터워 진다. 4) 자, 차행(行)의 구개도(口蓋圖)는 라, 사행(行)에 비(比)하여 변화(變化)가 많다. a) 과개교합군(過蓋咬合群)은 H형(型)이 67%이고 나머지는 C형(型). b) 반대교합군(反對咬合群)은 거의 모두가 C형(型). c) 과개교합군(寡蓋咬合群)에서는 반이상(半以上)이 C형(型), 나머지는 H형(型)이나 간혹 V형(型)도 출현(出現)한다. 5) 구치부(臼齒部)에서의 측방반대교합(側方反對咬合)의 경우는 반대교합(反對咬合)이 있는 반대(反對)쪽의 접촉부위(接觸部位)가 넓다. 6) 과개교합군(寡蓋咬合群)에서의 접촉부위(接觸部位)는 정상군(正常群)이나 과개교합군(過蓋咬合群)에서 보다 일반적(一般的)으로 넓게 나타난다.

건설교통부는 국가미래에 대비해 실질적으로 기여할 수 있는 전략적이고 중장기적인 실효성 있는 R&D 혁신 로드맵인 VC-10 사업을 진행하고 있다. 이 과제의 핵심 기술 중에 하나인 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크는 초소형 센서들로 구성된 망으로써 환경 및 재난 재해, u-City 건설, 스마트 하이웨이, 방범 및 국방, 시설 관리, 유통, 등과 같은 다양한 분야에 사용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 사회의 핵심 요소이다. 이것은 실시간 네트워크를 통해 전송 또는 관리되고 언제, 어디서나, 어떠한 대상과 의사소통이 가능한 지능형 컴퓨팅 환경을 구현하는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 기술을 바탕으로 하는 기존의 시스템들은 특정분야를 위한 독자적인 프로토콜이나 저전력 통신을 제공하는 ZigBee 기반으로 설계되었기 때문에 소규모 범위에서만 서비스 제공이 가능하며 시스템간의 연동이 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크간의 연동성을 고려한 대규모 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 설계하여 다양한 분야로 서비스할 수 있는 테스트베드 구축에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 여기서 모니터링 대상은 국토의 지반, 환경, 그리고 도심지역 등이다. 이렇게 제시된 방안은 국내실정에 적합한 모니터링 시나리오를 작성하여 테스트베드를 구축 시에 요구된 사항들에 대한 정당성을 입증한다.

A solution strategy for geometric non-linear analysis for the plane frame structures subjected to conservative and non-conservative forces is presented. By making efficient combination of the load incremental method and the displacement incremental method, this strategy can find postbuckling configuration such as snap-through and turning-back phenomena which cannot be easily found by the conventional load and displacement incrementation scheme. In the case of the analysis of the framed structure subjected to circulatory non-conservative forces, the total tangent stiffness matrix becomes unsymmetric and when calculating the incremental load and unbalanced load vector components, the direction change of the non-conservative forces is considered. Several example problems to demonstrate the feasibility of the present strategy, over ranges of deformation that are well beyond those likly to occur in practical framed structures, are given and discussed.

The purpose of this study is analyzing the network of the National Assembly based on the bill data in 18th, 19th National Assembly lawmakers submit to Committees. By using bipartite projection we find out a strong committee and understand the relationship of committees. We focused on bills that ten or more of the legislators propose and compare between the first opposition party and the ruling party, which accounts for more than 80% of the overall structure of the National Assembly. We point out an influential legislator and committee in the network. This result presents which committees and lawmakers have a significant effect on process of legislation. This work gives a reasonable source as qualified to judge whether the committee and legislators group enact positively or not.

This research focuses on finding the way of improving creativity in fire stations by scrutinizing the factors influencing and enhancing creativity in organizations. As environmental changes including the needs of citizens as well as the climate change are moving culminated today, fire stations should be changed appropriately to get the legitimacy of existence not to mention their own mission accomplishments. In this respect, the creativity can be expected as the main factor for fire stations' going concern. This research provided 5 hypotheses to find whether the chosen factors such as vision, learning/unlearning and positive feedback affect the creativity in fire stations. To prove hypotheses are valid, we employed survey as a method in which 155 firemen in Seoul responded, ending up with getting the result that the vision formulation and sharing, unlearning activities and positive feedback improve organizational creativity. In conclusion, this paper suggests that fire stations establish useful policies for the creativity based on these research findings.

본 논문은 1996년 노동법 개정을 둘러싼 노동계의 총파업에 대해 보수적 성향을 갖는 조선일보와 진보적 성향을 갖고 있던 한겨레가 어떠한 방식으로 이러한 쟁점을 재현하고 해석하는 지를 분석했다. 당시의 노동계 총파업은 내부적으로는 민주화에 따른 시민사회의 성숙과 외부적으로는 글로벌라이제이션에 따른 국가 간 경쟁의 가속화라는 두 가지 정치경제학적 요인이 교차하는 공간에서 일어났으며, 동시에 광범위한 국민적 지지를 확보한 파업으로 그 상징적 의미를 갖고 있다. 이와 같이 주요 사회적 쟁점에 대한 두 신문간의 차이를 분석하기 위해 질적 분석 방법인 서사분석(Narrative Analysis)과 양적 분석 방법인 조응분석(Correspondence Analysis)을 사용했다. 서사분석은 사건의 발생과 진행 그리고 결말 과정에서 대립되는 행위자의 상징적 담론을 분석함으로써 사회적 쟁점에 대한 신문사간의 뉴스보도의 차이점 또는 유사성을 구분할 수 있으며, 조응분석은 주요 쟁점에 대해 행위자들이 어떠한 방식으로 서로 연계되는 지를 파악함으로써 역동적으로 총파업에 대한 행위자들의 관계의 변화를 공간적으로 탐색할 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있다. 서사분석 결과, 두 신문은 각각 서로 다른 서사구조를 기반으로 주요 행위자의 담론적 기호를 정반대로 구성하고 있었다. 사건 발생 단계에서는, 두 신문이 각각 국가 경쟁력 강화와 노동전 보호를 중심적인 서사구조로 설정해 차이를 보였으며, 대통령 및 여당과 민주노총이 대립적인 행위자로 설정되었다. 사건의 발전 단계에서는, 총파업의 불법성과 적법성 문제에 대한 갈등을 기본 서사구조로 제시한 채, 노동계를 포함한 시민사회와 정부기관이 대립적인 행위자로 등장했다. 사건의 갈등 해소 단계에서는 문제 해결을 위한 방법으로 두 신문이 대통령과 야당 지도자간의 정치적 해결과 노동법 통과에 대한 위헌론 제기를 중심으로 한 노동단체들의 지속적인 연대를 중심 서사구조로 각각 제시했다. 이 시기에서 주요 행위자들의 대립관계는 종료되었다. 조응분석 결과, 사건 발생과 위기 고조 단계, 그리고 갈등 해소 단계등 모든 시기에서 두 신문의 주요 행위자 구성에 있어서 차이가 나타났다. 다시 말해, 조선일보는 기본적으로 총파업을 둘러싼 문제의 구성과 발전, 해소 과정에서 정당이나 대통령, 야당 지도자 등과 같은 정치관련 행위자를 강조하고 있었다. 반면에, 한겨레는 대체로 로든 사건진행 단계에서 노동 관련 단체들과 시민단체의 역동적인 연대와 활동에 초점을 맞추고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper presents the high frequency resonant inverter using ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) known as the soft switching technology, which can reduce the turn-on and turn-off switching losses. Also, the analysis of the proposed resonant inverter is described by adopting normalized parameters, and its operating characteristics are evaluated according to the switching frequency and parameters. An example of 1.3[kW] IH-Jar design technique is presented based on the characteristic values obtained from the theoretical analysis. To prove the validity of the theoretical analysis, the experimental results using IGBT as the switching devices are additionally presented. In the future, it can be practically used in various power systems such as induction heating cooking, IH-Jar etc.

In the outwardly changing environment of public security these days, police administration faces the nation's request for qualitative improvement of police service and the new request of police reformation for changing function of police in Korea. The nation wishes police to provide service fairly. The issue most seriously mentioned in the reliability of police service is very large gap in the recognition of service quality between supplier and consumer. To get the trust of nation in delivering police service, the police must have justness, consistency, punctuality of delivery, propriety and efficiency. However, the recognition of citizen, the consumer of police service is more important. How to correspond to the nation's request to police needs to be decided by evaluating the quality of present police service. It is necessary to be interested in what customer wants so as to evaluate the quality of police activity.

This study investigates the characteristics and implications of the newly emerging socially-oriented innovation policy. The socially-oriented innovation policy has systemic views on the evolution of socio-technical system and innovation policy. It's ultimate goal is the transition toward sustainable socio-technical system and it takes "strategic niche management" approach for the transition policy. The governance structure of the policy is more open to the public actors, such as social service organizations and public institutes. As a case study, "the Technology-based Policy for the Enhancement of Quality of Life", which is the first comprehensive socially-oriented policy of Korea, is examined and it is suggested that the policy has some limitations because of the path dependency of targeting-oriented and catching-up style innovation policy of Korea.

By a comparative study of the philosophical backgrounds of universal service in Korea and the US, this research finds that Korea has paid little attention to the relations between universal service and basic human rights even though it has rapidly and successfully implemented universal service of telephone and the internet services in the past. Based on this key finding, it reaches a conclusion that Korea should adopt a new approach in implementing universal service in the future, considering the goals and contributions to the improvement of the basic human rights of universal service because economic goals have been main drivers of the implementation of universal service so far in Korea, which is not appropriate and suitable for the information society that new telecom services are rapidly emerging.
