  • This treatise studies composing process that renew information mastered by interactive experience between environment and system via network among individuals. In the previous study map information regarding free space is learned by using of reinforced learning algorithm, which enable each individual to construct optimal action policy. Based on those action policy each individuals can obtain optimal path. Moreover decision process to distinguish best optimal path by comparing those in the network composed of each individuals is added. Also information about the finally chosen path is being updated. A self renewing method of each system information by sharing the each individual data via network is proposed Data enrichment by shilling the information of many maps not in the single map is tried Numerical simulation is conducted to confirm the propose concept. In order to prove its suitability experiment using micro-mouse by integrating and comparing the information between individuals is carried out in various types of map to reveal successful result.

The Impacts of Communication Reinforcement on Performance of Learning in Web-PBL (Web-PBL환경에서 커뮤니케이션 강화가 학습성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The objective of this study is to identify the impacts of communication reinforcement on performance of learning in Web-PBL. Communication reinforcement is defined as the combination of information sharing and co-construction. As factors facilitating communication reinforcement, we propose learner's characteristics, task characteristics, and group characteristics. Learner's characteristics are collaboration-orientation, openness, holistic approach, and online community-orientation which reflects e-learning environment. Collaboration-oriented tasks as group projects were developed and given to groups with 5-6 members. The group characteristics are categorized into 'horizontal' and 'vertical', according to the patterns of communication between a group leader and members. To verify empirically the proposed research model, an experimental design was performed to learners who took on-line and off-line courses with group projects. We found important results as follows; First, field dependence has positive impacts on information sharing, and online community-orientation has positive impacts on co-construction. These results correspond with prior studies on relationship between field dependence and collaborative learning. Second, collaboration-oriented task directly impacts on information sharing, and indirectly affects co-construction, This result implicates that information sharing is pre-requisite of co-construction. Third, 'horizontal' was identified as a factor giving positive effects on information sharing and co-construction. This result implies that horizontal communication is very important to facilitate communication reinforcement.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the sixth curriculum textbooks of high school science courses in relation to the greenhouse effect concept and find the incorrect descriptions of that concept and then suggest some improved schemes. Some incorrect descriptions, pictures and tables on the greenhouse effect concept were found in texts. They might contribute to forming and/or reinforcing misconceptions about that concept: the important greenhouse gases, the changes caused by the greenhouse effect, global warming, energy sources, greenhouse experiments and physical processes.   • Each university runs curriculum for pre-service teachers to improve teaching skills and designing classes and realizing them. Pre-service teachers can have opportunities of designing and realizing charming classes in the course of practice teaching. We can say that if pre-service teachers can practice simulation for effective teaching skills, there can be some advantages: improvement of class environment, consolidation of instructors' abilities, and thus a ripple effect of for those within the whole community. The purpose of this study is to introduce and indicate the direction of simulation for pre-service teachers and beginners alike, thus training and expecting them to improve effective questioning skills through systematic education courses.

  • The final purpose of reading education is to have the students get habitation of reading.'Habitation of Reading' means that students acquire a habit of reading and the habit has formed as a part of their daily lives. A habit of reading can not be formed as a part of life by only one day's reading as all kinds of actions can not be formed as habits by only one try. We can expect that students will acquire 'habitation of reading' only when they have Joy and interests in reading, motivation to read, practice and reinforcement of reading and satisfactory rewards. In this study, the characteristics of reading in the knowledge and information society were investigated and some ways to encourage successful reading education in schools we suggested.

  • 오래도록 생산성향상곡선 (또는 학습곡선), 생산함수, 그리고 대체곡선 등은, 서로 관련이 없는 별개의, 그리고 순전히 경험적인 (empirical) 현상들인 것들로서 이해되어 왔었다. 그러나 1980년대 중반에 발표된 Muth 교수의 탐색이론 (Search Theory)의 생산성향상곡선에서 관찰된 제반현상들을 모두 설명함으로써 이들 현상은 하나의 통합이론체계에 의하여 일관되게 설명되게 되었다. 이 이론의 초기형태는 그 보편성을 구속하는 네 가지 가설 위에 설립되었었으나 점차적으로 이들 가설들이 완화되면서 (relaxed) 이 이론은 또한 해독 력에서 뿐만 아니라 일반성에 있어서도 계속 강화되어 왔다. 본 논문의 목적은, 이들 네 가지 가설들 중 유일하게 아직 완화되지 못하고 있는, 실제 현상과 다분히 유리된, 두 번째 가설, 즉$\ulcorner$생산성향상을 위한 탐색과정에서 새로이 발견된 개량 신기술 (또는 생산방식) 은 즉각적으로 채택될 것$\lrcorner$이라는 가설을 완화함으로써, 보다 현실에 대한 해석력과 일반성 면에서 개선된 모델을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 제시된 모델은 Muth 교수의 탐색이론모델에 두가지 변수를 더함으로써 확장하여 만든 모델이다. 이 두 변수는 신기술의 채택 (또는 획득)을 위하여 지불하여야 하는 투자비변수와 탐색과정을 통하여 발견은 되었으나 아직 채택은 되지 않은, 유보상태 신기술의 운영비용 변수(또는 수익성변수)등이다. 이 모델의 내용은, 생산성향상은 신기술이 구현된 (embodied) 장비 (equipment)를 사용함으로써 실현되며, 따라서 창의적 활동의 이득은 이들 장비에 대한 투자행위로서 실현된다는 것이다. 이 모델은 보다 나은 신기술이 또 발견될 것이라는 기대 하에, 현재 발견된 최신기술을 채택하지 않는 투자지연현상을 예측.설명해 주며 따라서 이로 인한 기술적 비효율성의 존재이유를 제시한다. 또한 이 모델은 생산성 향상곡선의 초기굴곡현상, 정체현상, 그리고 도약현상 등을 모두 설명해 준다.

The Influence of the History of Mathematics on the School Mathematics (수학사가 학교 수학에 미치는 영향)

  • There is great enthusiasm among many mathematics educators to seek to understand how mathematical history can be employed to emphasize the usefulness of mathematics and to make it even more useful. This study focused on reviewing the history of mathematics to provide a 'source of insight.' In this study, the reasons for including the history of mathematics in the mathematics curriculum were divided into three domains: cognitive, affective, and sociocultural. Each domain included the followings: mathematical thinking and understanding; development of a positive attitude and increase motivation; and last, humanistic facets and sociocultural experience. At the same time, we need to develope a pedagogical approach that allows educators to use history properly. Furthermore, we must integrate the historical topics into regular curricula including the syllabus historically-informed grounds.

The Development of Two-Person Janggi Board Game Using Backpropagation Neural Network and Reinforcement Learning (역전파 신경회로망과 강화학습을 이용한 2인용 장기보드게임 개발)

  • This paper describes a program which learns good strategies for two-poison, deterministic, zero-sum board games of perfect information. The program learns by simply playing the game against either a human or computer opponent. The results of the program's teaming of a lot of games are reported. The program consists of search kernel and a move generator module. Only the move generator is modified to reflect the rules of the game to be played. The kernel uses a temporal difference procedure combined with a backpropagation neural network to team good evaluation functions for the game being played. Central to the performance of the program is the search procedure. This is a the capture tree search used in most successful janggi playing programs. It is based on the idea of using search to correct errors in evaluations of positions. This procedure is described, analyzed, tested, and implemented in the game-teaming program. Both the test results and the performance of the program confirm the results of the analysis which indicate that search improves game playing performance for sufficiently accurate evaluation functions.

  • Cloud service is one of major challenges in IT industries. In cloud environment, service providers predict dynamic user demands and provision resources to guarantee the QoS to cloud users. The conventional prediction models guarantee the QoS to cloud user, but don't guarantee profit of service providers. In this paper, we propose a new resource allocation mechanism using Q-learning algorithm to provide the QoS to cloud user and guarantee profit of service providers. To evaluate the performance of our mechanism, we compare the total expense and the VM provisioning delay with the conventional techniques with real data.

  • Drawn-on-film animation technique is one that neither is actively used nor receives attention in any video content area. This paper means to strengthen animation genre's future direction and aesthetic aspect by seeking to newly discover previous experimental techniques through this paper. Taking into account the details of paper, it was intended to systematize and introduce results and experiential information obtained by researcher from applying drawn-on-film animation techniques in actual educational arena and utilizing these in learning and newly created techniques and the like through this. Production processes were comparatively demonstrated after suggesting an alternative digital production system in this process. And ultimately, a study and proposal was made so as to be helpful in developing the techniques of animation genre.
