  • 국내의 정보시스템 감리가 공공기관의 정보시스템에 개발감리 위주로 도입된 지 20 년 가까이 되었으나, 운영부문에 대한 감리는 일부만 시행되고 있다. 최근 국내에서는 정보시스템 운영감리의 중요성을 인식하여 운영감리지침 제정 등 운영감리를 위한 준비를 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공공기관의 정보시스템 운영감리 시 감리인의 기술적 특성과 관리적 특성이 운영품질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 공공기관의 정보시스템 담당공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 분석하였다. 감리인의 기술적 특성이 감리인의 관리적 특성과 정보시스템의 운영품질에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 감리인의 기술적 특성이 정보시스템의 운영품질에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Integrated Control and Safety Management System for 9% Ni Steel LNG Storage Tank (9% 니켈강재식 LNG 저장탱크용 통합제어안전관리시스템에 관한 연구)

  • This paper presents the development of an integrated control and safety management system for 9% nickel steel LNG storage tank. The new system added the measuring equipment of pressure, displacement and force compared to the conventional measurement and control system. The measured data has simultaneously been processed by integrating and analyzing with new control equipments and safety management systems. The integrated control and safety management system, which may increase a safety and efficiency of a super-large full containment LNG storage tank, added additional pressure gauges and new displacement/force sensors at the outer side wall and a welding zone of a stiffener and top girder of an inner tank, and the inner side wall of a corner protection tank. The displacement and force sensors may provide failure clues of 9% nickel steel structures such as an inner tank and a corner protection, and a LNG leakage from the inner tank. The conventional leak sensor may not provide proper information on 9% nickel steel tank fracture even though LNG is leaked until the leak detector, which is placed at the insulation area between an inner tank and a corner protection tank, sends a warning signal. Thus, the new integrated control and safety management system is to collect and analyze the temperature, pressure, displacement, force, and LNG density, which are related to the tank system safety and leakage control from the inner tank. The digital data are also measured from control systems such as displacement and force of 9% nickel steel tank safety, LNG level and density, cool-down process, leakage, and pressure controls.

  • 최근 몇 년 사이 기업들의 IT자산 수량과 투자비용은 급격히 증가하였다. 매년 많은 예산을 IT에 투자하여 정보시스템을 구축하고 그에 따른 IT자산을 도입하였지만, IT투자가 비즈니스의 향상 및 개선에 많은 도움이 될 것이라는 기대와는 달리 IT서비스가 비즈니스를 지원하지 못하는 경우가 발생하고 있다. 최근 IT최대의 화두인 IT거버넌스 개념 역시 IT와 비즈니스의 GAP을 줄여서 IT 서비스가 경영목표와 전략을 지원하도록 IT운영을 하자는 것이다. 해양수산부는 정보자산관리시스템을 통하여 본부 및 여러 소속기관의 정보자산을 통합 관리하고, 투자에 앞서 비즈니스의 요구에 맞는 투자가 되도록 지원하고, 투자된 IT자산을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 IT핵심 서비스들에서의 활용으로 그 가치를 더해 갈 것이다. 본 사례연구는 ITA를 서두르고 있는 정부 및 공공기관에 그의 기반이 될 정보자산관리체계 구축사례를 제사하고자 한다.

A Development of an Integrated Inventory Managing System for Steel-Plates (강재 통합 관리 시스템 개발)

  • As one of the largest shipbuilding company in the world, STX Offshore & Shipbuilding currently developed an inventory managing system for steel-plates, which is applied to their steel stock yard. In a traditional way to manage steel yard, almost every work has been done by manually. The manual steel-plate piling process caused some problems such as process delay due to piling errors and the uncertainty of work plan due to lack of information. To solve these problems, we developed an integrated inventory managing system based on real-time crane tracking system which automatically updates steel-plates' piling status. We built the integrated steel-plate database, developed several programs including steel-plate input program, real-time steel-plate monitoring program and steel-yard management program, and constructed hardware system for tracking magnetic cranes. As a result, a supervisor of steel-yard can manage the inventory of steel-plates efficiently and furthermore plan an efficient piling schedule and crane working schedule.

  • A gigantic ship is constructed by assembling various types of ship blocks, each block being made by cutting and piecing the steel-plates together. The steel-plate piling process as the initial stage of ship construction sorts and manages the steel-plates according to the ship blocks that the steel-plates are used to make. The steel-plate piling process poses some problems such as process delay due to piling errors, safety vulnerability due to the handling of extra heavy-weight objects, and the uncertainty of work plan due to lack of information management in the pile spaces. We constructed a steel-plate piling process system based on the context-aware computing to resolve such problems. We built simulation system that can simulate the piling process and then established a smart space within the system by using tags, sensors and a real-time location system in order to collect context information. Workers receive an appropriate or intelligent service from the system.

  • 최근 병원의 전산화가 급속도로 이루어지고 있는 가운데 환자의 의료영상(X-ray, CT, MRI등)을 이용하는 의료영상 회의 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 Web환경에서 분산객체 처리환경인 CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)를 잉요한 의료영상 회의시스템의 전체 구성도를 제시하고, 제시된 시스템의 핵심 요소인 영상 처리 객체 관리자를 설계하고 구현하였다. 영상 처리 객체는 그 특성상 CPU-bound이며 처리 속도 향상을 위하여 C++로 구현하였고, 영상처리 객체의 추가 및 확장이 용이하도록 구성하였다. 또한 여러 객체가 서버에 활성화되어 있을 경우 서버의 리소스 낭비가 심하며 이의 해결을 위해 객체들을 비 활성화 상태로 관리하다가 클라이언트의 요청에 위해 활성화 시켜주는 영상처리 객체 관리자가 필요하다.

  • One of the most typical examples of convergence is IPTV, a convergence of broadcast and telecommunication. Demand for IPTV has been increased so rapidly that a new TV set, called a smart TV, has appeared. One of the most important factors for IPTV business success is content. If an IPTV station provides popular content and subscribers can conveniently watch it then the station has a good chance of success. Therefore, the content management module is extremely important component of IPTV systems. In the current IPTV systems, operators must be present at the office to access a Content Management System(CMS). We implement a web CMS so that the operators can access the CMS anytime and anywhere as long as they are connected to Internet.

  • Shipbuilding is an order made assembly production basically. To build a single vessel, it costs hundreds of thousands small and big parts and million tons of structural steel. From contract to delivery, It takes 2 years of time in general. Shipbuilding parts are supplied order made based in and out of the country. For the cost and efficiency issue, on-time supply of ship parts is critical. Thus, this study suggests the optimum material management system plan of ship components for the best result.

  • In this paper, production information management systems for global manufacturing enterprises is discussed. Three basic technologies to implement the system such as networking, database, and H/W interface technology are investigated, and a web based prototype systems integrating order and production information is developed with two server computers and a educational FMS. A MMI s/w is engaged in interfacing and real-time monitoring of FMS and an intranet is used for communication between the servers and clients.

  • According to CORBA specification, there are some mechanisms for object reference management such as Naming Service and Trading service, but these mechanism cant's supply all functionalities needed fomanagement in MICS. So, We have designed and implemented additional special-purpose IPO manager. It provides load balancing service based on real-time information for IPO and fault-tolerable services with the management of redundant IPOs and also provides transparent configuration of client environment with the lists of registered IPOs.
