This study investigates key factors influencing customers' repurchase intention in the context of Airbnb. Positive and negative emotions formed after customer's first-hand experience are identified as vital antecedents in determining consumer's repurchase intention. This study posits authentic experience, amenities, and price fairness as the key characteristics of Airbnb. It clarifies the role of subjective norms and trend-seeking tendency in repurchase decisions. The proposed research model was analyzed for 306 customers with experience in using Airbnb via structural equation model. The analysis results showed that both positive and negative emotions have a significant effect on customer's repurchase intention. The results clarified the role of Airbnb's characteristic components on repurchase decisions. Finally, subjective norms and trend-seeking tendency had no significant impact on customer's repurchase intention. The results of this study are expected to help establish effective strategies for customer experience and marketing to achieve sustainable growth of Airbnb.

Various methods for creating interesting games are used in the development process. Because the empirical part is difficult to measure and analyze, it usually only measures and analyzes the parts where data are easy to quantify. This is a clear limit to the fact that the experience of the game is important.This study proposes a system that recognizes the face of a game user and measures the emotion change from the recognized information in order to easily quantify the experience of the user who is playing the game. The system recognizes emotions and records them in real time from the face of the user who is playing the game. These recorded data include time and figures related to the progress of the game, and numerical values for emotions recognized from the face. Using the recorded data, it is possible to judge what kind of emotion the game induces to the user at a certain point in time. Numerical data on the recorded empirical part using the system of this study is expected to help develop the game according to the developer 's intention.

This study is to analyze the difference of the post-viewing emotion and behavior of the audience at a dance performance by general characteristics of the audience. To attain the goal of the study described above paragraphs, the audience of dance performance located in Seoul and Kyoungki-Do was set as a collected group. Then, using the convenience sampling method, finally drew out and analyzed 280 people in total. statistic analysis techniques were used SPSS 18.0 program. Based on the statistical methods above, we had the result of data analysis as follows; First, among the general characteristics(job, viewing frequency, dance experience, and genre), had significantly effect on the post-viewing emotion(positive emotion, satisfaction) Second, among the general characteristics(job, viewing frequency, dance experience, and genre), all the factors had significantly effect on post-viewing behaviors(researching, respectating intention).

Patients with dementia are increasing steadily and becoming a social problem. Care workers in hospitals are increasingly interested in emotional labor. Therefore, this study examines the caregiving experience of dementia patients in the nursing home. The effects of emotional labor and exhaustion of nursing home workers on job stress and satisfaction were analyzed and the moderating effect of care experience was analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. First, the caregiver experience of the nursing hospital workers showed the initial mind, the perception of the early dementia patients, the difficulties, the physical and mental limitations, the satisfaction, the experience through nursing practice, and the change of mind about life. Second, emotional labor and burnout have positive effects on job stress. Care experience reduced the impact of emotional labor and exhaustion on job stress. Finally, the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction showed positive influence.

본 논문에서는 텍스트에 나타난 감정상태를 인지하는 모델을 제안하고, 이러한 모델을 활용하여 현재문장에서 나타난 감정 및 이후에 나타나게 될 감정상태들을 예측하는 시스템에 대하여 다룬다. 사용자의 감정을 인지하고 이에 대한 자연스러운 메시지, 행동 등을 통해 인간과 상호작용 할 수 있는 컴퓨터시스템을 구현하기 위해서는 현재의 감정상태뿐만 아니라 사용자 개개인의 정보 및 시스템과 상호작용하고 있는 상황의 정보 등을 통해 이후에 사용자가 느낄 수 있는 감정을 예측할 수 있는 감정모델이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 파악된 이전의 감정상태 및 실제 감정과 표현된 감정간의 관계, 그리고 감정에 영향을 미친 주변대상의 특징 및 감정경험자의 목표와 행동이 반영된 상태-전이형태의 감정모델인 감정망(Emotion Network)을 제안한다. 감정망은 각 감정을 나타내는 상태(state)와 연결된 상태들 간의 전이(transition), 그리고 전이가 발생하기 위한 조건(condition)으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 텍스트 형태의 상담예시에 감정망을 활용하여 문헌의 감정어휘에 의해 직접적으로 표출되지 않는 감정을 예측할 수 있음을 보인다.

인간의 감성은 감정과는 구분되는 심리적 현상으로 감정이 강도가 높으며 생리적, 신체적 반응을 동반하는데 비하여, 감성은 강도가 낮으며 겉으로 나타나는 생리적 변화가 없다. 감정은 외부의 감각자극에 대하여 두뇌에서 단계적인 정보처리의 결과로 나타나지만 감성은 반사적이고 직관적으로 발생된다. 감정은 대상에 대하여 여러사람이 동일한 반응을 보이는 공통성과 객과성을 갖지만, 감성은 동일한 대상에 대해서도 개인에 따라 다양하게 나타나며 시간과 환경에 따라 변화한다. 감정은 두뇌에서 cortex와 관련이 있으나 감성은 limbic system과 관련이 있다. 이러한 감성의 특성과 발생과정의 이해는 앞으로 감성을 연구하는 방법의 결정에 중요한 자료하 된다. 감성은 개인의 생활경험에 의한 기억이 limbic system 에 형성되어 감각정보에 대한 반응을 하게 되며, limbic system은 hypothalamus와 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있어, 감성의 측정평가를 위해서는 생활경험에 영향을 미치는 제반 요인들의 파악과 함께 자율신경계의 반응을 측정할 수 있는 방법의 개바이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of service education to the emotional labor of dental hygienists and influential factors for their job burnout. The subjects in this study were 155 dental hygienists, on whom a survey was conducted. The findings of the study were as follows: The respondents who ever received service education and were satisfied with that education were better at emotional regulation. After job burnout was classified into physical symptoms and psychological symptoms, a multiple regression analysis was carried out to explore what variables would affect the two subfactors. And it's found that psychological symptoms were positively affected by emotional dissonance. The above-mentioned findings illustrated that service education had something to do with the emotional labor of the dental hygienists, and that the emotional labor of the dental hygienists had an impact on their job burnout.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among violence experience, emotional labor, positive psychological capital and job burnout in psychiatirc and emergency department nurse. During June and July 2021, date were collected from 183 psychiatric and emergency department nurse in J, K and I cities. Date were analyzed using hierarchical analysis with the SPSS WIN 21.0 programs. Emotional labor and verbal experience were positively correlated with burnout of psychiatric and emergency department nurse. Also positive psychological capital was negatively correlated with burnout. Violence experience, emotional labor and positive psychological capital were significant factors, explaining approximately 62.7% of the variance in burnout. These finding indicate that it will be more effective to strategies that can increase positive psychological capital that prevent burnout. Also based on these results, emphasizing the importance of understanding violence and emotional labor is needed to decrease burnout.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the relationships between empirical value, emotional response and behavioral response of skin-SCUBA diving participants. This study sampled 300 skin-SCUBA diving participants in the SCUBA diving pool of the Seoul Olympic Stadium, and the SCUBA diving pool of the Suwon World Cup Stadium by using convenience sampling. For data processing, this study conducted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis using PASW 18.0 Ver. The concrete results are as follows: First, the empirical value of a skin-SCUBA diving participant was found to have a significant influence on emotional responses. Second, the empirical value of a skin-SCUBA diving participant was found to have a significant influence on behavioral responses. Third, the emotional response of a skin-SCUBA diving participant was found to have a significant influence on behavioral responses.

This study was to investigates the effects of verbal abuse experience, emotional labor and nursing practice environment on job stress of nurses in hemodialysis units. Participants were 169 hemodialysis nurses. Data were collected with structured qustionnaires from March 1 to March 30, 2021. Data were analyzed SPSS 23.0 program for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Factor affecting the job stress of hemodialysis nurses were emotional labor(β=.354, p<.001), verbal abuse(β =.255, p=.005) and nursing practice environment(β=-.214, p<.001). Therefore, in order to manage the job stress of nurses in hemodialysis unit, it is necessary to prepare measures to reduce verbal abuse experience, emotional labor and create a positive nursing working environment.
