In order to resolve a dispute over a medical accident, the court is in the process of appraising the medical records for medical professionals to report their medical expertise or judgments using that knowledge. The consequences of expert opinion about a medical accident are only one of the methods of evidence as a reference. Therefore, in principle, the court should not be bound to the results, but the court, which is not a medical expert, can not completely rule out medical expert opinion as to whether there is medical malpractice and causality. Therefore, it can not be denied that the proportion of expert opinion of medical records in the dispute about medical accidents is high and it has an important influence on the judgement of the court. In this paper, we examine the significance and function of expert opinion of the medical accident, examine the appraising procedure of the medical records in the court and the appraising procedure of the medical accidents of the Korean medical dispute mediation arbitrator do. In addition, I would like to examine what kind of attitude is being taken in response to expert opinion of medical records in Korea to court, to examine the implications of the case of Japan as a foreign system, and to suggest improvement points in the expert opinion procedure of medical record filing in Korea. In particular, I would like to suggest improvements on issues such as the fairness of the expert opinion of medical records and the delays in litigation due to delays in the process of expert opinion.

The purpose of this study was to estimate occlusal tooth wear and bruxism severity in TMD patients, and evaluate the effectiveness of the present age estimation method by occlusal tooth wear in TMD patients. Takei's age estimation method was applied to 163 subjects(56 controls, 107 TMD patients). The author analyzed the degree of occlusal tooth wear from the difference between estimated age and actual age. The obtained results were as follows: 1. In all age group, occlusal tooth wear in TMD patients is higher than those in asymptomatic controls. In 20's age group, a statistically significant difference was found. 2. In both gender, occlusal tooth wear in TMD patients is higher than those in asymptomatic control. In male, a significant difference was found. 3. Occlusal tooth wear in TMD patients with bruxism is significantly higher than that in control. 4. We found no significant difference in bruxism severity and occlusal tooth wear among the RDC/TMD subgroups. 5. Application of Takei's method would be still useful for age estimation in Korean. In case of age estimation of TMD patients using occlusal tooth wear, evaluation of the bruxism severity and appropriate correction according to age, sex and difference of geographical location should be considered.

서양음악을 전공하는 숙달된 가수들은 공연시 효과적인 소리의 울림현상을 생성하여 노래소리가 잘 전달되는데 이는 노래소리에 대한 음악 음형대의 형성에 기인한다. 그러나 판소리의 일반적인 창법은 발성중 적절한 감정의 삽입과 더불어 아주 깨끗한 소리보다는 적절하게 탁음을 조화시키므로서 우리민족의 정서에 맞는 감정을 전달하는 것으로 판소리 가수만이 가지는 독특한 발성법에 의해 성대의 과다한 접촉 및 진동에 의해 병변이 초래되며 심한 경우 발성기관에 병적인 병변이 발생하여 치료를 요하는 경우도 많다. (중략)

본 작품은 보통의 애니메이션에서 나타나는 캐릭터는 등장하지 않고 거의 시종일관 미술적으로 창조된 이미지들의 애니메이션이다. 흔히 구체적인 스토리에 의해 등장하는 캐릭터들의 움직임 및 그 감정을 표현하는 애니메이션과 본 작품과 같이 구체적인 대사나 캐릭터에 의존하지 않는 이미지애니메이션을 비교해 보면 이미지애니메이션은 감독의 의도와는 상관없이 관객에 따라 느끼는 감정이 다양할 수 있다. 이는 추상미술을 감상하는 것과 같이, 보는 이에 따라 전혀 다르게 해석할 수도 있지만, 전체적인 분위기에서 감독이 의도한 것이 무엇인가를 생각하면서 감상하는 것도 좋은 감상법일 수 있다.

Affective computing has gained increasing interest in the recent years with the development of potential applications in Human computer interaction (HCI) and healthcare. Although momentous research has been done on human emotion recognition, however, in comparison to speech and facial expression less attention has been paid to physiological signals. In this paper, Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals from different brain regions were investigated using modified wavelet energy features. For minimization of redundancy and maximization of relevancy among features, mRMR algorithm was deployed significantly. EEG recordings of a publically available "DEAP" database have been used to classify four classes of emotions with Multi class Support Vector Machine. The proposed approach shows significant performance compared to existing algorithms.

This study explored the relation of health habit, stress and alexithymia in high school students. The subjects were 1,201 high school students. Collected data was analyzed by using the SPSS 17.0 program for descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$ -test, unpaired t-test. In results, exercise were significantly different according to health habit between the gastrointestinal symptoms and had no gastrointestinal symptoms. For the relation among the health habit, stress and alexithymia between the gastrointestinal symptoms and had no gastrointestinal symptoms were significantly different on stress and alexithymia. Therefore, the high schools should evaluate the students'health habit and stress due to the gastrointestinal symptoms. Schools should develop the health promotion program and operate it. And also train the students about communication method to help them recognizing their own feeling and express it, and also give them opportunity.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate alexithymia, depressive symptoms, and stress response of patients with alcohol dependence. The results were taken as a basic data of ameliorating the quality of life. Methods: 94 patients with alcohol dependence completed stress response inventory, Korea depression scale, and toronto alexithymia scale successfully. Results: 55% of variance of alexithymia of patients with alcohol dependence were explained by the stress response and depressive symptoms and score of ADS, and the stress response had the most explanatory power. Conclusions: The alexithymia of patients with alcohol dependence may be influenced by depressive symptoms, education, frequency of drinking, and stress response. The specialists were identifying symptoms of depression and optimizing the management, therefore increasing the compliance and quality of life of patients with alcohol dependence.
