The objectives of this study were to find the relationship between the olfactory sense such as perfume and sense of sight and how it affects the sensibility based on the fact that ,senses are compound feeling from detective parts of human body. First, to build the emotional rate stale we selected the 19 pairs of adjective from the previous studies that overlaps smell, color, and clothes and added one pairs of related clause. Then each pair was divided into 7 level of emotional stage. In the experiment by the selected 15 man and woman from the visual design major student of Hong-ick Univ each student was given floral, jasmin, lavender, papaya and asked them to pick one color from I.R.I Hue & Tone chart for each smell. Then, analyzed the emotional rating of selected color for given smell. The emotional structure of smell and color consists five parts; 'Esthetics', 'Romance', 'Character', 'Intensity', 'Nature', There were significant differences in frequencies of selected colors for each given smell and gender difference also affected the color selected. Average value of emotional rating scale of smell and color was ,similar to the results from previous studies on relationship between smell and emotion.

The most common method in the psychological measuring method for measuring user's emotions is to indirectly measure the user's emotion by using adjectives, called emotional words. The previous research, in order to observe user's emotional changes while they interact with a product, has extracted some emotional words and representative emotions, and made a set of subjective evaluation scale. In addition to adjective checklists, self-report questionnaire-type scales have been extensively used to assess user's emotions. This research suggested a self-report questionnaire-type scale using the representative emotions and a set of subjective evaluation scale made in the previous research. Also the reliability of the suggested self-report questionnaire-type scale was confirmed through the analysis of Cronbach's coefficient alpha. Therefore, the self-report questionnaire-type scale extracted through this research can be used in various ways to measure a user's user's emotions naturally expressed while using a product.

The purpose of this study is finding alternative parameters of the HRV so as to minimize the subjective errors by STAI and BDI, could be have two types of significant correlation levels depending on normalized method. Particularly, the LF/HF presented as the quantitative physiological parameter that can reflect both state-anxiety and trait-anxiety.

본 연구는 주거환경에 대한 시각 감성을 대표하는 어휘를 선발하기 위해 수행되었다. 어휘수집의 첫 단계에서는 주거환경 중 시각 환경에 대한 감성을 표현하는 어휘 235개를 수집하였다. 두 번째 단계에서는 수집된 어휘를 다른 피험자들에게 제시하여 주거 환경의 분위기를 나타내는 어휘 로서 적절함의 정도를 7점 척도로 표시하도록 하여 매우 적절하다고 판단된 24개의 어휘를 선발하였다. 세 번째 단계에서는 이들 어휘를 무선 적으로 두 개씩 짝을 지어 두 단어가 유사한 정도를 7점 척도로 평가하도록 하였다. 이 설문으로부터 나온 데이터에 대해 요인분석, 군집분석, 다차원분석을 실시하여 시각적 주거환경에 대한 9개의 감성어휘를 추출하였다. 이와 함께 최종 단계에서 연구자들이 400여장의 실물 사진 열람을 통해 추출된 9개의 감성 어휘가 실제 시각적 주거환경을 나타내는 데에 적함한지를 다시 한번 검증하여 다음과 같은 10개의 어휘를 선발하였다. ‘안락한’, ‘개방적인’, ‘세련된’, ‘경쾌한’, ‘개성적인’, ‘단순한’, ‘화려한’, ‘중후한’, ‘고풍스로운’, ‘전원적인’.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and define user's emotional satisfaction factors to the PC OS GUI image. The study is to investigate the relationship between PC OS GUI Image and Sensitive Vocabula교 based on user's emotional preference. 47 user preferred sensitive words are collected by the initial survey. Through the similarity test, 47 words are narrowed down to 20 comprehend words. The semantic differential methods is used in the final survey with 5 step questionnaire. From this process, user preferred the GUI design that is vocabularized as Clear, Easy, Safety, Stability. Additionally, the result shows that the image of Clear is related to Safety and the image of Easy is related to Stability. The result of the study could be used in design PC OS GUI as base data.

본 연구의 목적은 중추신경계 반응과 자율신경계 반응을 이용하여 향이 인간에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 20-26세의 남자 10명, 여자 10명으로 구성된 피험자를 대상으로 이루어졌고, 100% Rose oil bulgrian, Lemon oil misitano, Jasmine abs., Lavender oil france (KIMEX.co.ltd) 등 4가지의 향을 사용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 전두엽 (Fz)과 두정엽 (Cz)에서 EEG를 기록하여 대역별 relative power spectrum 값을 구하고 $\alpha$대역에 대한 $\beta$대역의 비($\beta$/$\alpha$)를 통하여 향에 대한 감성 평가를 시도하였다. 또한 자율신경계 반응은 심전도, 피부온도, 피부저항의 생리신호를 측정하였다. 주관적 평가는 향의 세부적인 이미지를 나타내는 후각 감성 형용사를 이용하여, 양극의 7점 척도 25문항, 단극의 5점 척도 40문항, 그리고 각 향의 전반적인 선호도를 묻는 양극의 7점 척도 2문항으로 구성하여 자극제시 전, 후에 각각 실시하였다. 전체적으로 피험자들은 Lemon을 가장 쾌하고 연하다는 평가를, Rose를 가장 불쾌하며 진하다고 평가하였다. $\beta$/$\alpha$의 비는 쾌하고 연할수록 감소하였고 불쾌하고 진할수록 증가하였다. 또한 심박 변화율과 피부온도는 쾌하고 연할수록 감소하였고, 불쾌할수록 반대 결과를 나타내었다. 결론적으로 쾌하고 연한 향과 불쾌하고 진한 향 사이에 $\beta$/$\alpha$의 비와 자율 신경계 반응의 차이를 관찰할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 피륙의 물리화학적 특성에 의해 결정되는 촉감, 태 이외에도 색채, 무의 등 여러 요소들의 영향을 받아 복합적으로 표현되는 의류소재의 총체적인 개념인 의류소재 이미지는 어떤 것들이 있으며 이러한 이미지들은 어떻게 분류될 수 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 의류소재 이미지의 평가를 위한 축을 개발해 보았다. 1995년부터 2000년까지의 Texjournal과 인터패션플래닝에서 발간되는 98/99FW부터 0255까지 트렌드 북에서 소재를 설명하는 형용사를 조사하여 유사한 형용사를 통합 처리하여 87개의 형용사를 최종 추출하여 형용사쌍을 만들고 소재 자극 없이 형용사쌍이 주는 소재이미지만을 가지고 쌍비교법을 통해 유사성을 7점 척도로 표시하도록 하였다. 얻어진 결과를 다차원척도법을 이용하여 분석하여 87개의 형용사의 평가차원을 살펴보았다. 의류소재 이미지를 평가하는 축을 다차원 척도법을 이용하여 개발한 결과 '남성적-여성적', '새로운-낡은 듯한', '캐주얼-클래식', '모호한-정돈된'의 4가지 차원의 8개축이 개발되었다.

Emotion recognition is defined as that machines automatically recognize human emotions. Because the human emotions is very subjective, it is impossible to measure objectively. Therefore, the goal of emotion recognition is to obtain a measure that is agreed by as many people as possible. Emotion recognition in a image is implemented as the method that matches human emotions to the various features of the image. In the paper, we propose an emotion recognition system using color features of clothing image based on the Kobayashi's image scale. The proposed system stores colors of image scale into a database. And extracted major colors from a input clothing image are compared with those in the database. The proposed system can obtain three emotions maximally. In order to evaluate the system performance 70 observers are tested. The test results shows that recognized emotions of the proposed system are very similar to the observers emotions.

환경이나 작업부하 등이 인간에게 주는 피로나, stress 또는 쾌, 불쾌감 등의 감성을 평가하기 위한 정신물리학적인 방법의 하나으로 설문지에 의한 주관적인 평가법이 많이 사용되고 있다. 기존의 수작업으로 이루어지던 설문 방식을 자동화하여 PC 기반으로 설문양식을 자동 생성하고 음성을 통해 응답할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 주관평가 자동화 시스템은 주관평가 데이터를 효율적으로 처리를 할 수 있고 음성을 이용함으로써 피험자의 정신적 부담을 경감시키며 생리신호와 주관평가와의 경시적인 변화를 효과적으로 평가할 수 있다. 설문 형식으로는 5점 척도와 7점 척도를 선택하였으며 평가어는 “매우 아니다”∼“매우 그렇다”로 구성되었다. 평가어를 인식함에 있어 좋은 인식률을 얻기 위한 특징벡터의 치수와 기본 프레임 개수를 대상으로 인식실험을 하였다.
