ChatGPT, as a representative chatbot leveraging generative artificial intelligence technology, is used valuable not only in scientific and technological domains but also across diverse sectors such as society, economy, industry, and culture. This study conducts an explorative analysis of user sentiments and needs for ChatGPT by examining global social media discourse on Reddit. We collected 10,796 comments on Reddit from December 2022 to August 2023 and then employed keyword analysis, sentiment analysis, and need-mining-based topic modeling to derive insights. The analysis reveals several key findings. The most frequently mentioned term in ChatGPT-related comments is "time," indicative of users' emphasis on prompt responses, time efficiency, and enhanced productivity. Users express sentiments of trust and anticipation in ChatGPT, yet simultaneously articulate concerns and frustrations regarding its societal impact, including fears and anger. In addition, the topic modeling analysis identifies 14 topics, shedding light on potential user needs. Notably, users exhibit a keen interest in the educational applications of ChatGPT and its societal implications. Moreover, our investigation uncovers various user-driven topics related to ChatGPT, encompassing language models, jobs, information retrieval, healthcare applications, services, gaming, regulations, energy, and ethical concerns. In conclusion, this analysis provides insights into user perspectives, emphasizing the significance of understanding and addressing user needs. The identified application directions offer valuable guidance for enhancing existing products and services or planning the development of new service platforms.

In this paper, we surveyed the opinion of MOTIE(Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy) R&D PDs about what are the future promising industries and their mainly associated Ppuri-technologies. According to the survey result, the future technology trends are to shift the technologies beyond their own critical performance and dominate human-centered technologies through converging technologies. In particular, the 4 industries, personalized medical technology, intelligent and emotional-based system, solar power technology and flexible technology, are expected to be good perspective industries in the near future. In order to grow these industries, we need to develop the core Ppuri-technologies that are very closely related to the future main industries. More than all, Ppuri-technology acts as a leverage for the future promising industry and is expected to be the strong supporter in manufacturing infra.

This study consisted of methodological research verifying the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the interpersonal emotion management (IEM) strategies scale after translating and modifying the scale developed by Little et al. The study verified the content validity, construct validity, concurrent validity and reliability based on 189 nurses working at four hospitals in the Seoul and Gyeonggi region. In this study, the Korean version of the IEM strategies scale was comprised of four factors, with a total of 15 questions that included three regarding situation modification, three regarding attention deployment, four regarding cognitive change, and five on modifying emotional response. Furthermore, verification of concurrent validity revealed that the Korean version of the IEM strategies scale was a valid tool as the correlation of the emotional intelligence scale appeared as r=0.60 (p<0.001). The reliability verification showed four factors at Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.84-90$, confirming that the Korean version of the tool in this study was very reliable.It is important to note that this study provided basic data for the development of educational programs that can effectively control the negative emotions of clinical nurses at the organization level.
