The Effect of AI Chatbot Service Experience and Relationship Quality on Continuous Use Intention and Recommendation Intention (AI챗봇 서비스 사용경험이 관계품질과 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzes the effect of users' experiences using AI chatbot services on relationship quality and behavioral intention. For the study, a survey was conducted on users who experienced AI chatbot services, and the research hypothesis was verified by analyzing the final 299 copies of valid data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that satisfaction and trust, which are the relationship quality dimensions of AI chatbot service, were formed in users through the cognitive experience, emotional experience, and relational experience. In addition, it was confirmed that satisfaction and trust have a positive effect on the intention to continue using and recommending AI chatbot services, which correspond to the level of consumers' behavioral intentions, respectively. In addition, in terms of relationship quality, it was significant in all paths of the road of behavior, but in satisfaction, the path coefficient of the road of continuous use of AI chatbot and recommended road was significantly higher than the path coefficient in trust. This study provided a theoretical foundation that the relationship with relationship quality that affects behavioral intention also affects AI chatbot services in the online environment, and it is significant in that it suggests that relationship quality is an important mediating factor in establishing long-term relationships with consumers.

  • 영상은 동적인 시각 이미지와 청각의 결합에 의해 감성적인 반응을 유도한다. 다양한 영상 기법을 통하여 감성적 반응의 극대화를 추구하는 영화는 영상의 시청각적 요소들을 감성의 관점에서 효과적으로 설계하는데 본보기가 된다. 그러나, 제품의 설계속성들에 대한 감성적 평가결과를 모형화하는 감성공학적 관점에서 볼 때 영화는 시청각적 자극의 수준이 극히 다양하고 동적인 경험재로 모형화의 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 영화의 감성 모형을 구축하기 위한 사전연구의 단계로 영화에서의 시청각적 요인들을 문헌조사를 통해 수집, 정리, 선별하고 이러한 시청각적 요인들 중에 영화를 관람하는 관객의 감성적, 인지적 반응에 영향을 주는 유효한 요인들을 객관적이고 체계적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 감성 및 인지적 반응의 변화를 생체신호를 통해 측정하는 한편, 생체신호의 측정 시 사용된 영화의 시청각적 자극요인을 Video/Audio Processing방법에 의해 연속적인 수치로 정량화하였다. 생체신호와 정량화된 시청각적 자극요인을 동기화하고 통계적으로 분석함으로써, 생체신호의 반응과 시청각적 자극요인과의 인과관계를 통계적으로 신뢰성있는 수준에서 검증하고자 하였다. 생체신호를 종속변수로, 시청각적 자극요인을 독립변수로 하는 896개의 부분선형회귀모형(Partial Linear Regression Model)들 중 통계적으로 유의한 선형관계에 있는 경우의 빈도분석에 의하면, 시각적 요인들 중에는 밝기(Brightness), 대비(Contrast), 색상(Color), 움직임(Motion), 장면전환속도(Shot change Rate), 주요대상의 상대적 크기가, 청각적 요인들 중에는 Peak주파수, Peak주파수의 음량, 평균음량, 소음비(Sound-to-Noise Ratio)가 생체신호의 변화에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는, 위의 시청각적 자극 요인들은 특히 관객의 감성 및 인지적인 반응에 유의한 영향을 주는 요소로 작용할 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. 이를 토대로, 위의 시청각적 자극 요인들이 가지는 다양한 조합들을 설명변수로 하는 통계적인 영화의 감성 모형을 구축할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the customers according to the characteristics of the relational benefits and to compare the performances of the sub-groups. As a result of the research, the group type according to the relational benefits was subdivided into 3 groups, and each group was named emotional relational group, continuous relational group and intermittent relational group considering customer characteristics. First, the emotional relational group is the group that emphasizes the empathy and assurance between the service provider and the customer, and the continuous relational group is the group with the highest social, confidence and economic benefits. The intermittent relational group was simply a transaction-oriented group. This implies that a differentiated customer management strategy is needed for each relational benefit group based on customer experience in medical services.

  • Recently released AI speakers show a pattern of interacting with the user by mainly with voice and simultaneously displaying simple and formal visual feedback through status LED light. This is due to the limitations of the product characteristics of the speaker, which makes it difficult to interact variously, and even such visual feedback is not standardized for each product, and thus does not give a consistent user experience. By maximizing the visual elements that can be expressed through color and abstract movement to assist voice feedback, the product can provide the user with an extended experience that includes not only functional satisfaction but also emotional satisfaction. In this study, after analyzing the interaction methods of the existing AI speakers, we examined the theory of color communication in order to expand the visual feedback effect, and examined the meaning and expression technique of Color Field Painting, an art genre that maximizes the emotional experience by using only color. Through this, the AI speaker's visual communication function was expanded by designing a way to feedback communication status using LED light.

Structural Relationship among User Experience, Flow and Satisfaction of Electronic Hogu System in the Taekwondo Game (태권도 경기에서 전자호구 시스템의 사용자 경험, 몰입 및 만족의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the effects of user experience on flow and satisfaction of electronic hogu system in the taekwondo game. The subjects were players who had experience using electronic hogu system in the taekwondo game for 2014 year 7month~10month. 652 samples out of 750 samples through convenient sampling method were adopted as a final data. We confirmed the goodness of fit test of the model, utilizing SPSS WIN Ver 18.0, and AMOS 7.0, and after which we tested each hypothesis. The results were as follows; First, sentient, emotional, cognitive, behavioral, relational experience of user experience did not have a significant influence on cognition flow. Second, sentient, emotional, relational experience of user experience did not have a significant influence on behavioral flow. Third, cognitive, behavioral experience of user experience had a significant influence on behavioral flow. Fourth, cognition, behavioral flow had a significant influence on satisfaction. Fifth, factor between native and foreigner taekwondo players had significantly different. This paper is a meaningful to figure out user satisfaction of electronic hogu system in taekwondo games and maximize athletic performance.

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 시중에 판매되고 있는 네 가지 휴대용 음원재생기를 자극물로 사용하여 제품 속성에 있어서의 차이가 사용자 경험의 여러 요소에 영향을 주는지 여부(가설 1)와 사용자의 정서적 반응이 사용자가 인식한 제품 특성에 의해 영향을 받는지(가설 2) 그리고 제품에 대한 전체적인 판단이 사용자가 인식한 제품 특성과 감성적 반응에 따라 달라지는지(가설 3) 실험을 통해 조사하였다. 실험결과 기능적 특성과 유희적 특성에 대한 인식 정도는 실험 참가자가 사용한 제품에 따라 서로 다르게 나타났으며, 사용자의 정서적 반응과 전체적인 선호도 또한 평가 제품에 따라 서로 다르게 나타남으로서 제품 속성에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 함께 사용자 경험을 구성하는 요소들 간의 상호관계도 테스트하였는데, 사용자의 정서적 반응이 주로 제품의 기능적 특성에 따라 달라지는 반면 사용자의 전체적인 판단은 제품의 기능적 특성과 유희적 특성 모두에 의해 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또 분석결과에서 밝혀진 한 가지 흥미로운 사실은 사용자의 정서적 반응이 전체적인 판단에 아무런 역할도 하지 않는다는 점이다.

A study on the effect of online shopping mall characteristics on consumers' emotional response, perceived value and intention to revisit based on the Extended Technology Acceptance Model(TAM2) (온라인 쇼핑몰 특성이 감성적 반응과 지각된 가치, 재이용의도에 미치는 영향: 확장된 기술수용모델(TAM2)을 중심으로)

  • This study verified the difference in the influence on the value principles held by the consumers while examining the influence of the characteristics of the online shopping mall on the purchase intent by using a TAM2 model. First, the characteristics of online shopping malls were proven to have a positive effect on the perceived ease of use and perceived utility. Second, a look at the effect of the online shopping mall characteristics on the emotional response shows that only the system quality and product quality variables had a positive effect on the emotional response. Third, the perceived ease of use, perceived utility and emotional response of online shopping mall users had a positive effect on their perceived value. Fourth, multi-group analysis was conducted to examine the difference between utilitarian goods and hedonic goods by categorizing what was purchased at online shopping malls. The results showed differences between the groups. This study is attempted to investigate various influencing factors on consumers' intention to revisit online shopping malls. In addition, the author also attempted to understand the behavior of online shopping mall visitors by dealing with more than the technical attributes and emotional aspects of shopping malls.

  • This research analyzed whether some loading persons influence at process that spectator sees and evaluates animation for theater. Research target did netizen grades and review bulletin board and mentioned estimation contents after inspection and sorted virtue research by attribute practical attribute and emotional attribute to foundation to measure assessment of consumption form. Social Exclusion and Preference for Odors Perceived to be Emotionally Warm (사회적 배제와 따뜻한 향 선호)

  • This study was based on previous ones that demonstrate how social exclusion leads to a desire for physical warmth. Research was conducted using odor-induced emotions to predict social exclusion, leading to a pursuit of emotional warmth and avoidance of emotional distance. For this purpose, a preliminary study sought to select odors perceived to be emotionally warm and emotionally distant, after which two experiments verified differences in odor preference between the social exclusion group and the control group. Results indicated that individuals who have experienced social exclusion had a stronger preference for warm odors and a weaker preference for cold odors compared to those who have not been socially ostracized. This study has theoretical value in terms of expanding the social exclusion-induced desire for physical warmth into the emotional dimension as well as examining the avoidance of emotional coldness, which had been overlooked in previous research studies. This also leads to practical implications for comfort foods, character emotions, emotional-space design, and emotions for artificial-intelligence chatbots.

Intuitive conception method based on the experiential emotion information (경험적 감성 정보에 의한 직관적인 아이디어 발상 기법)

  • Information gathered through experience transforms into knowledge and such knowledge becomes a foundation for intuitive decisions. Based on such background, the following study investigates intuitive decision making on basic elements needed for design concepts and visual conceptualizations. The study consist two phases. first, 12 structural elements of a digital camera and relation between each elements were arranged intuitively on a board. Next, sketches were generated with relationship of structural elements in mind. As a result of the study, concept with intuitive decisions effect structural thinking, various developments, specific operation methods , and sketch expressions. However, study also revealed that the freedom of human emotions don't accord with the qualification map.
