In this study, the effects of the number and the presentational type of anomalous data on students'cognitive conflict and conceptual change in studying 'conservation of mass before and after combustion'were investigated. The subjects were 128 eighth graders in a co-ed middle school. A preconception test, a test of response to anomalous data, and a conception test were administered. Four types of anomalous data varying the number (one/two) and the presentational type (text/text+figure) were presented. The results indicated that students with two anomalous data showed more cognitive conflicts than those with one. However, no significant differences in the degree of cognitive conflict were found by the presentational types of anomalous data. The ANOVA results indicated that there were no significant differences by the characteristics of anomalous data in the conception test scores.

This study attempted to investigate comprehensively the impact of support and dissensus on economic satisfaction, conflict, trust, and commitment in the franchise system. Data collected from the food and beverage service industry supported all of the twelve hypotheses that were proposed. In accordance with the results, the following conclusions were made: it is very important to establish trust and commitment in a franchise system, and the core means for that would be the enhancement of the economic satisfaction of franchisees through the reinforcement of the franchiser's supports, and the effective management of conflict between a franchiser and its franchisees through dissensus settlement.

The purpose of this study is to develop a reasonable improvement plan for e-book licenses as a prerequisite for the continued operation of library e-book services. The study aims to understand the fierce conflict surrounding e-book licenses between domestic libraries and the publishing industry and to propose solutions based on this understanding. To achieve this, the legal meaning of e-book licenses is analyzed, and the fundamental reasons for conflict between the publishing industry and libraries are examined in relation to the characteristics of e-books. In addition, various types of e-book licenses are classified, and the status of library e-book licenses and conflicts in major countries around the world, including Korea, the United States, Germany, France, and Japan, are investigated. Based on this, implications that can help resolve domestic issues are presented.

Prior studies were limited in the comparison of false belief tasks with desire tasks due to lack of consideration of level of executive functions. To compensate for this, executive functions were included in new preference-related and game-related tasks of conflicting desire. These tasks were administered to 246 preschoolers ranging from 2.5 to 4 years of age. Statistical analysis was by one-way ANOVA and repeated measures ANOVA. Results showed significant main effects depending on age and task type. Younger children lacked ability of executive function, such as inhibition and working memory. Older preschoolers averaged better scores on task performance, showing that it is difficult for younger children to control their own desires and select the contradicted view.

본 연구는 청소년기 부모-자녀관계 및 노부모-성인자녀간 결속도가 노인의 생활 만 족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 각 변인들간의 인관관계를 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있 다 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다 1)노부모-성인자녀간 결속도는 비교적 높은 편이었으며 청소년기 부모-자녀관계가 애정적.권위적.자율적이고 갈등의 정도가 낮았을수록 높았다. 2) 노인의생활만족도는 청소년기 부모-자녀관계가 애정적.자율적이었으며 갈등의정도가 낮 았을수록 높게 나타났고 권위적 관계였을수록 과거 생활만족도는 높았고 미래 생활만족도는 낮았다 또한 노인의 생활만족도는 현재 성인자녀가 접촉적.정서적 .일치적.기능적.규범 적 결속이 높을수록 높았으며 구조적 결속에 따라서는 차이가 없었다 3) 노인의 생활만족도 에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변인은 청소년기 부모-자녀관계중 갈등적 관계였다.

한국사회 이념갈등을 다룬 대부분의 연구들은 이념갈등의 본질은 대북문제에 있으며, 이를 제외한 다른 정치사회적 이슈들에 대해서는 진보와 보수 간의 유의미한 차이가 없다고 밝히고 있다. 그러나 우리사회 현실을 볼 때 진보와 보수세력은 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등의 대부분의 이슈에 이해 첨예한 대립 관계를 형성하고 있다. 본 연구는 이에 대한 해답을 찾고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 이념측정의 방법과 분석틀에 있어 새로운 방법론을 제시한다. 우선 본 연구에서는 자기평가적 주관적 이념성향 대신 인간의 본성과 도덕성에 대한 태도, 사회개혁과 사회권위에 대한 입장 등으로 구성된 이념성향을 측정하였다. 또한 정책에 대한 입장이 개인의 이념성향을 결정하는 것이 아니라, 이념성향이 먼저 결정되며, 거기에 따라 정책에 대한 개인의 인식이나 입장이 나타나는 것이 논리적으로 타당하다고 본다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the causality among technostress creators. In doing so, we can suggest the ways how to reduce a technostress of employees. Research results suggest that pace of change has a positive effect on the work overload and has a negative effect on work-home conflict. Complexity of technology positively influences not only work overload but job insecurity. Work overload has a significant effect on work-home conflict. Finally, work-home conflict has a positive effect on job insecurity. Conclusions and implications are discussed.

새만금사업, 신행정수도(행정중심복합도시, 세종시), 한반도 대운하사업(4대강 살리기사업) 등과 같은 대형국책사업은 대통령 선거공약으로 제시되었다. 그러한 대형국책사업이 국가의 이익을 위해 꼭 필요한 것으로 제시되었다 하더라도, 그 결과는 좋은 의도와는 다르게 나타날 수도 있다. 대통령 선거후 환경정책기본법과 환경영향평가법에 따라 대형국책사업에 대한 사전환경성검토(전략환경평가)와 환경영향평가가 이뤄졌지만, 예상하지 못했던 정치적, 사회경제적, 환경적 갈등이 발생하였다. 이러한 개발 및 환경 갈등의 원인은 여러 측면에서 찾을 수 있겠지만, 사회경제적 항목을 중심으로 하는 사회영향평가의 미흡을 그 원인으로 제시하는 연구가 많다. 대규모 국책사업을 둘러싼 개발 및 환경 갈등을 해소하기 위해, 우리나라와 외국의 사회영향평가의 현황과 연구 동향을 고찰하고, 국책사업의 주요 쟁점의 분석을 통하여 사회영향평가의 중요성과 필요성을 강조하였다. 그리고 사회영향평가의 도입, 강화, 지침 마련에 대해 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 현재의 사전환경성검토(전략환경평가)시에 사회적 통합, 경제적 측면(B/C분석, 비용, 고용 등), 법제적 측면, 한반도 통일이나 국가균형발전 등과 같은 사회경제적 항목을 평가항목에 추가함으로써 사회영향평가를 도입하고; 둘째, 환경영향평가 시에 공공시설, 교육, 교통, 문화재, 경제적 타당성, 고용, 토지이용을 현재의 사회경제평가항목에 추가시켜 사회영향평가를 보다 강화시키고; 셋째, 한국의 환경적, 정치적, 경제적, 사회적, 문화적 상황을 반영하여(사회영향평가의 원리와 지침(가칭))을 마련하도록 한다.
