According to Heidegger, the world is disclosed in dependence on Dasein, whose existence is different for each of us. Then it is questioned how the common world can be established in spite of the individual existence of Dasein. After reviewing the preceding researches on this question, I would like to elucidate the individual and common world-disclosure based on Heidegger's lecture in 1928/29. Heidegger, in this lecture, has a vast discussion of the relationship between the common being (Mitsein) and truth. According to him, since truth is essentially communal so that it can not be privatized by individual Dasein, the space of truth encountered by a Dasein is already open to all other Dasein. The fact that the space of truth held by each of Dasein is open to all others implies a common open area that encompasses it. And this common open area is no different to the world. The world is already ontologically disclosed in common, and on the basis of this common world-disclosure, each Dasein discloses its own world according to its life history and situation.

21세기를 대비한 전기인의 자세는 세계적으로 심화되고 있는 기술경쟁 시대에 대처하여, 각자가 종사하고 있는 기술경쟁 시대에 대처하여, 각자가 종사하고 있는 기술분야에 대한 세계적인 전문가가 되어 우리 땅에 그 기술의 뿌리를 내려야 하겠다는 [국가미래를 선도하는 기술자]로서의 마음가짐이 중요하며, 아울러, 학계, 산업계, 연구계가 각각 맡은 영역에서 최선을 다해야 함은 물론, 국가가 당면하고 있는 산업기술의 개발과 기술자립에 보다 많은 관심을 가지고 이를 위한 실질적인 산학연 협동관계, 즉, 기술이전의 연결고리가 보다 튼튼해 질때, 기술의 선진화와 21세기 선진국 진입이라는 국가적 목표 달성이 가능할 것이다.

교육 인프라의 구축과 함께, 엄청난 예산을 들인 인프라의 활용을 위한 국가적인 차원의 여러 가지 논의가 이루어졌고 결과적으로 에듀넷과 교수.학습지원센터와 같은 기관들이 탄생되었다. 하지만, 방대한 자료와 훌륭한 운영 체제를 가진 기관이라도 일선 현장에서 실제 교육을 담당하고 있는 교사들 각각의 모든 요구를 만족시키지는 못하고 있다. 교사들 각자가 생각하는 수업시간에 유용한 자료의 기준이 각각 다르고, 자료로의 신속하고 정확한 접근이 웹 상에서는 가끔 어려울 경우가 있으며. 교사들 각자의 자유로운 분류 기준을 만족시키기에는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 교사들이 자신의 입맛에 맞게 교수.학습 자료를 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하려고 한다.

현재 Powerpoint는 팀 프로젝트에도 불구하고 PPT파일을 혼자서 만들고 수정해야 하면서 한 사람이 많은 시간을 소비해야한다. 또는 여러 명이서 각각의 페이지를 따로 만들고 한 사람이 각자가 만든 페이지를 받아 하나의 파일로 합쳐야하는데 이 방법은 비효율성과 불편함이 존재한다. 따라서 하나의 PPT파일을 여러 명이서 동시에 접속하여 각자의 페이지를 만들면서 시간도 절약하고 불편함과 비효율성을 제거하기 위하여 이 프로그램을 제안한다.

Agents in multi-agent systems (MAS ) are required to achieve their own goals. An agent s goal, however, can conflict with others either when agents compete with each other to achieve a common goal or when they have to use a set of limited resources to accomplish agents divergent goals. In either case, agents need to be designed to reach a mutual acceptable state where they can avoid any goal conflicts through negotiation with others to achieve their goals. In this paper, we consider a BDI agent architecture where belief, desire, and intention are the three major components for agents mental attitudes and represent resource-bounded BDI agents in logic programming framework. We propose a negotiation algorithm for BDI agents solving their problems without goal conflicts in distributed cooperative environments. Finally, we describe a simple scenario to show the effectiveness of the negotiation algorithm implemented in a negotiation meta-language.
